Needed an ice machine on 2 floor, the $50 hold deposit on my account and bathroom had not been sweep under the vanity .

It was just ok. The pool was not available for use. The breakfast was ok. There wasn’t anything I could really complain about, but there was nothing that I was excited about.

Very nice room, staff, hot breakfast, but snow was not cleared out at all in front of entrance, sidewalks, or parking lot. My handicapped husband had a terrible time getting to and from the car to park it.

Loved the nice lobby. The bed in my room, needed a new mattress, however. There was a considerable "dip" in it.

Clean, comfortable, large room with jetted tub. Breakfast was good except for the gravy for the biscuits which was horrible.

It’s in a good location to get back on to the interstate. It’s fairly affordable. Easy to park. Seems safe and close to food and Walmart.

Comfortable & reasonably priced!

We were fairly disappointed with the room value for the price. Breakfast was fine, and service was good, but the plumbing in the room was terrible. Water pressure was great, but neither the sink nor the shower drained. The sink was unusable and it felt disgusting to shower in a shower with standing water. Personally, I'm not a fan of the community toiletries as they seem easily taintable so I always bring my own. There is no hand towel holder in the bathroom so it never dries sitting on the counter. The pool was gross too and had a bunch of bird turds and bugs floating around in it.

WHAT BREAKFAST? THINGS in packages to heat up. We went to Denny's instead. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. Pool was over Chlorinated. Granddaughter broke out in a rash. It needs a - 2 rating not anything in the 8's.

Overnight with grandkids. The pool was nice and the room comfy. Breakfast was great for all of us. Staff is friendly and helpful

Checked in to room 114 and found a live bed bug. Immediately checked out and requested a refund. Not staying there ever again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great value and just what we needed for a quick stay. Coffee was very good!

Check-in was quick, and the facilities were decent. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, except for an ant infestation in the bathroom, which got into my shaving kit. Ants being in a second-floor room was a concern. The rest was fine, except due to the demand for rooms this weekend, the room was overpriced by $80-$100.

The room had clearly not been cleaned outside of (hopefully) replacing the linens with clean ones in a while. The fridge had something dripped down the front of it & crumbs all in the handle. One of the chairs had visible stains all over the seat. The carpet was stained in multiple spots. The blanket on one of the beds was stained. There was a hair on the bathroom wall & the shelves under the sink had stuff that had dripped on them. The bedside table had a sticky ring from a cup & sticky drops of whatever had been in that cup on it, which I cleaned off with a clorox wipe that I had with me, so I know it could've been easily cleaned by housekeeping & wasn't. There was a spot where something had gotten spilled on the wall & hadn't been cleaned up. The worst part though was that there were multiple spots that had what appeared to be black mold that had been sloppily painted over. Which means that the hotel was actively trying to hide that there was a mold problem in the room. Missing things with cleaning can happen (though these were a lot of things to miss), but actively trying to cover up an issue isn't okay. I noticed these spots in a corner above the shower in the bathroom, immediately inside the door to the room from the hallway about eye level, & inside the bed area higher up on the wall near the smoke detector. I never even tried the free breakfast because I was so grossed out by the room. I didn't even brush my teeth before leaving because I didn't trust the water.

Check in was ok. When we got to the room and used the bathroom we notices most of the towels were dirty and the facuet was broken. There were marks all over the walls and a few stains in the carpet

$127 for a room for ONE night that had a dirty bathroom (trash in the trash can still), urine around the base of the toilet and ants in the bathtub/shower. TV didn’t work, there was mascara stains on the pillow and the people next door were smoking weed. Will NEVER be back.

This is the second time I had stayed in the same room, and both time there were ants in the bed and in the bathroom.

Traveled as a team and there was bed bugs in one of the girls rooms. All of girls had been staying together so we checked out early. They did give us 1 night refund

clean / but has a unpleasant smell

Very run down. Needs to be updated. I wanted to leave and go somewhere else, but with a toddler I was just ready to settle down for the night. In my opinion the accommodations did not match the rating. I should have paid attention to the date it was built.

The facility was ok. Room was clean and decorated well. Microwave was old and outdated. Suite was small

In room 108 we experienced a constant loud dripping onto the exterior of the ac. This made it impossible to sleep

We trust Comfort Inn for moderate pricing, free decent breakfast and quiet stays. This room smelled of mildew (like laundry left wet). It could use an update. Bathroom was clean in general but wall edges of floor tiles had buildup. Room was clean from any personal traces and neat. Front Service desk was very efficient,pleasant, knew his job and had professional aire. pleasant

This property was great for our 1 night stay. The room was large, the bed was comfortable, there were two comfortable chairs, the TV was good and our accessible bathroom was good. The property is a bit dated but all was nice. We would stay there again if passing through.

The hotel and staff are great! Could use some updating and renovations in the bathrooms but other than that it was a great stay!

Room smelled moldy

Was great, person checking us in did a great job. We had an issue with our toilet and it wasn't going to be a quick fix so he moved us so we wouldn't be bothered. He got us a new room and brought the new keys to our room and offered to help move our stuff.

Very well kept property. Best part was the friendliness of the staff. The lady that checked us out was superb! She was super nice and extremely helpful! Think her name is Sandra but not for sure.

The front desk lady Rebecca was super nice and has great hospitality, we loved her a lot but the guy who is also works as a clerk, he was the worst clerk we’ve ever had. We reached out to the GM but what we heard from the GM was different story from us. The guy even lied to his GM and even the GM believed the clerk more than our story. We won’t come back to this hotel and DO NOT RECOMMEND at all. We usually use more than 10 hotels in a year but this hotel’s clerk(except for Rebecca) was the worst and we’ve never had any problems with any hotels but this one.

Connie and Chris were both so helpful. They are the reason I've stayed there each time I'm passing through.

This plane is phenomenal. The woman doing the check in is awesome. She lets you know all the details including options to eat, which are plenty within the immediate area. And a discount is given at the pasta place right around the corner. The gentleman working in the morning is great as well. Breakfast is solid. Basically an enhanced continental breakfast like most hotels these days. Anytime I’m in the area I’ll stay here.

Ms. Connie turned a bad situation around and made me feel seen, I appreciate her and her manager. I had counted the hotel out because of how hotels.com Handled business but going forward I will book directly through the hotel.

My apartment flooded so my mom and I had to stay here for the night. The staff were very kind, courteous, and accomodating. The room was spacious and inviting. The bathroom was beautiful, but the shower was absolutely amazing. It was therapeutic. They had a huge variety of breakfast items which were very delicious. Thank you for an amazing time!

Paid for dog deposit, people hating that I had my dog, telling front desk. Guy at the desk was rude. Won’t be going back or referring anyone to this hotel.

Young lady that checked me in was delightful and personable. She had recommendations on places for dinner and there were plenty within a 10 minute walk. Gentleman working the front desk in the morning was equally as kind. An absolutely great stay!

Close to hospital

Convenient location for an overnight stay.

Relatively inexpensive, large room, great value, breakfast was on par with others. Waffle House within walking distance. Very friendly staff.

Staff was great at check in, breakfast was great. The room was clean, roomy, bed was kind of hard for me but my husband said he slept great. There were no toiletries in the bathroom to use, but for the price I am okay with that. I brought my own. I would stay here again! It was close to many things to eat and shop too.

Good place for an overnight stop off I30. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff (unlike some places where the desk attendants don't seem to care!). Convenient to freeway but no noise. Lots off nearby, walkable services including Walmart and restaurants.

This location is right next door to a Cracker Barrel, and easy access to I-30.

I liked how convenient the location of the hotel was relative to the shopping and food spots. Walmart was right there and it didn’t disappoint!

Nice hotel but could use a better breakfast

Staff was very kind! Kids loved the breakfast! Cozy and comfortable room! Very clean, but bathroom needs repainting.

We were told it was a buffet breakfast and it was grab and go and waffles. We paid extra to stay here for that reason. Our room smelled like smoke and musty, they switched our rooms. The new one was good.

The room was clean but the carpets in the room and halls need to be cleaned. Breakfast options were very sparse, nothing hot except for instant oatmeal, we ate elsewhere. Probably wouldn’t stay here again

Very good overnight sleep for road trip. Limited free breakfast only carbohydrates if that’s important to you.
