One of the reason we chose this hotels was because of a reasonable price and reasonable reviews. The moment we walked in the front door we should have cancelled and left. The smell of the lobby and hallways was of body odor, cigarette and weed smoke, and uncleanliness. Both of us were concerned about cleanliness, but we went ahead hoping the room would not have the common area smell. The room smelled different and worse. It reeked of mildew and was obvious there was a moisture problem in the room. The lamp shades were disgusting and the carpet was ripped. All of the wall decor had been removed with bare paint spots and random screws sticking out of the walls. There was a bag FULL of liquid that was not discovered until later and figured out it was meant to soak up moisture in the air but was so full it couldn’t work any further. The last straw was when we found a roach scurrying around the bathroom. Unfortunately the only time we saw somebody at the front desk was when we checked in, nobody there any other time. Told us the only working ice machine was on second floor which is what it is, but the elevators reeked of weed.

The beds were horrible, the first room the fan squealed, the drain plug was broken in the second. Drywall was cracking, the entire 3rd floor smells like smoke though many of the rooms are non smoking, if the rooms smell like smoke you should be allowed to smoke in them. No late checkouts, and they sure do rush you out! I had an alarm set to give us half an hour to get packed, as we had just checked in not 8 hours before checkout, and they called almost an hour before checkout, then knocked on the door half an hour before, and again 15 minutes before checkout. Very much unimpressed. The owners are too cheap to even maintain the pool, and closed it instead of taking care of it.

Walls in halls are in terrible, scuffed-up condition. The gym could not be used. Not enough towels were left in the room. the drinking fountain was broken.

Checkout was 11am, when I checked out at 10:30am I was met by a snappy check out clerk. The ice machine was broken and appeared to be for some time. Room has just been quick cleaned, trash take out and linen changes only, possibly bathroom cleaned. I didn’t take a shower there. I won't stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from highway. Took 15 minutes to check in because attendant was not at desk. Fitness room has been closed since our last stay here. Other than this it was a good stay.

Everything seems to be broken and needing repair the fitness center is closed, the laundry is not working. The elevator doesn't quite stop at the level of the deck. the rooms are good but need a deep clean. The staff is wonderful. Will be staying there just the same

It smelled bad, (definitely can tell they have smoking rooms). The pool was closed down, but nothing was mentioned until after check-in. Lamps in the room were tore up and barely hanging on the wall. They were very concerned if you asked for bath towels, when they didn't even provide enough for the amount of guest the room was reserved for. They also charge per person in a room.

Loved the price. Room was clean but very outdated. 70's wallpaper. Smelled musty, we sprayed my wife's body spray to help. Mattress was super old and thin and pillows were worthless. But it was quiet and cheap and we just needed a place to sleep for a night. Clean and quiet are two of our most important needs so would probably stay there again. Please invest in new mattresses! Oh, and first floor icemaker didn't work, had to go to second floor to get ice.

I wasn’t terribly dirty but it was run down. It was beaten up and holes and I couldn’t even stay the whole time. I left early. So hotel owners a little information of smoke and heat. Smoke and heat both rise. So when you place all of you smoking rooms on the first floor the smoke rises up to the second and third floors. Also when you have non smoking rooms you should also enforce the no smoking in those rooms. When I was loading and un loading my vehicle because I had a pageant to do I had ten bags between everything. So to put in the room and go to do makeup then to go to page at I passed the front desk 15-20 times and I only saw someone twice. Once when I checked in and once when I was leaving at 3 in the morning because I couldn’t stand the smoke and my headache anymore. I would not stay at this hotel. Also the toilets are kids toilets that they use in preschools. Very cheap remodel.

The lobby smelled like a cigarette, and the hallways smelled like marijuana. I had stayed here previously about a year ago and thought it was pretty nice, but it has definitely went downhill will not be returning.

Overall, the motel was okay. It was comfortable and clean, the staff was very nice, but the smell was awful. The lobby as well as the room. The carpet needs to be pulled up.

Walked in and stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes before the person even looked up from their phone. Non-existent customer service. Had to change rooms because first one stunk so badly of cigarette smoke, and the lamp didn't work. No apologies, just attitude when I asked to change. The 2nd room smelled the same, if not worse, but at least we had a working lamp. By the time we left the motel, every bit of clothing we had taken, including what we had not worn had to be washed twice because the smell of cigarette was so embedded. We opted to not have house keeping in because we were only in the room for three nights, but did request clean towels everyday. They told me no. I had to bring them the dirty towels out so they could count them, before they would provide me with fresh ones. We had booked a room for three people, but the room only provided towels enough for two. Getting that across to them was a nightmare. Ending up at this motel 6 was my fault because I booked very last minute. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of weeks ahead. Save yourself

The hall where our room was located as well as our "non smoking room" smelled like cigarette smoke covered up with air freshener. The paint is coming off the walls in the bathroom and there was dirty grout around the tub. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were flat. I realize it probably says it on their website, but they don't offer any kind of breakfast, only coffee. The only good thing was that the staff were nice.

It’s an average motel. The lobby was clean and well lit. The parking was good and well lit. Our room smelled very musty and damp. The bed was average at best. There were no blankets/comforters on top. Just sheets and a thin blanket between them. The room was pretty large but mostly wasted space. The television was a plain 32” flat screen. For $50 we didn’t expect much, but I wouldn’t pay more.

Very rude check-in, the woman behind the desk had an attitude the whole time that we had the displeasure of the process. The elevator smelled like mildew and grandma's house and was hard to breathe in. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, very worn sheets that should have been thrown out because they were full of holes. We were not provided enough towels for my husband and I to shower. Only one was provided and it was frayed and stained. We will never be returning to this establishment. Ever.

Jay was fantastic! I came in flustered from traveling all day in the pouring rain and was not happy about the extra $100 deposit fee for pets or service dogs. I've been using Motel 6 across the country for 16 years and never had this "deposit fee" before. Jay (hope spelling is correct) was very calming and explained that it would be refunded and gave me some info on a great burger place! This Motel 6 must have been a hotel before because the rooms are inside and it's not like the ones where you can park right in front of your room. Anyone traveling with animals can only stay on the 3rd floor, which was a little bit of a pain because I have a paralyzed dog and a lot of stuff to bring up, but the rooms are nice, quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants you can walk to and there is a Starbucks basically in the same parking lot. I was annoyed at first due to the deposit & the only 3rd floor rooms, but Jay was so wonderful that I stayed and I'm glad I did. Great customer service!

Friendly staff. Quick check in. Plenty of parking. Hotel interior was updated but still dated. Room was clean. AC worked well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Perfect for an overnight stay. We have chosen this property more than once.

The young woman checking us in, left the desk with the excuse that she had to go to another visitor’s room. She came back 10 minutes later and checked usin. Then when I got to the room I discovered there were only 2 towels for people. I went to the desk to ask for more and was treated as if I was interrupting her work. She was irritated when she left to gather towels and irritated when she handed them over. I thanked her and she only grunted back. Not a friendly or welcoming experience

Walked in and stood at the front counter for about 3 minutes before the person even looked up from their phone. Non-existent customer service. Had to change rooms because first one stunk so badly of cigarette smoke, and the lamp didn't work. No apologies, just attitude when I asked to change. The 2nd room smelled the same, if not worse, but at least we had a working lamp. By the time we left the motel, every bit of clothing we had taken, including what we had not worn had to be washed twice because the smell of cigarette was so embedded. We opted to not have house keeping in because we were only in the room for three nights, but did request clean towels everyday. They told me no. I had to bring them the dirty towels out so they could count them, before they would provide me with fresh ones. We had booked a room for three people, but the room only provided towels enough for two. Getting that across to them was a nightmare. Ending up at this motel 6 was my fault because I booked very last minute. Do yourself a favor and book a couple of weeks ahead. Save yourself

Property is located in busy area. Rooms are fairly nice. Property used to be a Hampton Inn, Close to Restaurants and shopping. Property could stand a fresh coat of paint. But overall very good for the price. Would stay again.

Perhaps the nicest motel six I’ve ever stayed at. Looks like it might be a former Hampton Inn checkin was easy the room was super quiet and clean. The bathroom was nice and updated. The only thing I noticed was a slight cigarette smell in the lobby, and in the Laundry area near the elevator. Fortunately, our room had no odors and we had a great night sleep. I love that it’s close and walkable to Chipotle and Starbucks. We were able to get a healthy dinner late and wake up early with our coffee! I’d stay again!

After paying $156 for a room, I was told there was no coffee in the rooms, but there would be coffee in the lobby in the morning. I left at 8:00 am and the single coffee pot on the counter was empty. I asked the attendant if she was making more and she said only one pot was put out every morning so it was gone for the day! Good thing there’s a Starbucks next door.

Such a great place for a short stay room clean, bed comfy, quiet. No coffee pot in room but Starbucks across the parking lot. Coffee downstairs in the morning only. No extra amenities but the price is so reasonable. This is our second stay and we have 3 more reservations in the future.

When you book a room for a modest price you should know the room will be modest. Having said that the room was clean, fresh towels and linen. Shower clean. Fridge and microwave. No coffee in room and coffee only downstairs in the morning. Vending and soda machine on every floor and ice machine. No shampoo, amenities but for sale in the lobby for a modest price. We have several dates booked for the future. For the price it is a nice stay. The only downside is the young lady who was there in the afternoon and the morning was not very personable. Would not make coffee in the morning until her morning tasks were completed? We waited about 15 minutes.

If you’re looking for affordable nights stay it’s a good option. Hotel was clean but the room smelled musty, I’m guessing due to the air being turned off, when we arrived. The commode was really short, not ideal for a 6ft person. The bed was not made for comfort. The staff were great. The clerk was friendly and polite, very helpful. I would stay again, overnight, more than that I would shop more. Hope this helps.
