Staff was friendly, but the place could use some extra cleaning. The elevator was very dirty. The room was fairly clean. Could use some detail to dusting. The bed was firm if you like a firm bed. It was a quiet place which was nice.

Overall this is a fine stay for the price, However was disappointed with the pool being out of service since the primary reason this venue was selected was to have pool time with my grandchildren, also disappointed that hot tub showing in the pictures on the website had been taken out. The hall light fixture near my room was dusty and cobwebs all over it. The room however was clean, linens and bed were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was above average for standard breakfast.

Way too much calling that was not complete. Loading dock behind facilities loud on a week day. Breakfast was mediocre. Bed slept great. TV volume was sporadic. Pool looked disgusting.

After reading previous reviews, I was very disappointed in the hotel. Room was dirty, stains all over furniture with a weird smell. Breakfast area was your typical complimentary breakfast but the dining area needed cleaned. Pool was small with strong chlorine smell and they no longer have a hot tub. Staff was friendly but I would not stay here again.

The pool was terrible. It was cloudy - you could barely see your feet in the 3 foot section, and it had hair and other debris in it. The staff was apologetic but could only say that they would let the pool cleaning company know. The only reason we booked them was because they had a pool.

Not clean. Bathroom floor dirty. Room smelled. Door wouldn’t unlock. Got that taken care of and pizza waa on floor in our door and not sure why or where it came from. Roach on floor. Killed it and it’s now in trash if they don’t believe me.

This hotel is beginning to show its age, especially the carpet and bathroom. That being said, I consider my stay to have been good - and a good value as well. The front desk staff were all very friendly and personable. Check-in was pretty straightforward and easy. My room: Bed was clean. Carpet was fairly clean (for hotel carpet), though did have a stain between the bed and the little refrigerator. Walls were empty with screws to hang stuff that wasn't there. Not a big deal. The floor to tub junction was in need of attention, both cleaning (was some black mold) and re-grouting. Oh - and why only a single, tiny trash can for the entire King "suite" - found in the bathroom? Still - when I return to Conway in the future, I will likely book here again.

The halls and elevator were filthy and smelled bad. There were two cigarette burns in the carpet in the room. Mind you it’s a nonsmoking hotel.The duvets were old and needing replaced. The outside of the hotel looked great, so you can imagine my disappointment going in. In a positive note the staff was kind. I will definitely book somewhere else next time.

Grout gone in the bathroom, seat kept falling off, stopper gone in bath, dirt in the corners of rooms, trash and dust behind nightstand. Ive stayed at this property before and it has gone downhill in the last year. I don't think I'll be staying anymore.

We felt dirty the entire time. The carpets were stained and dirty. The couch had nasty white stains that looked unsanitary to say the least. The bathroom had cracked tiles and very dirty grout. The smell was very strange as well and was as if they sprayed a ton of air freshener to cover the various odors. We actually ended up going home a day early.

We left after seeing two rooms. The furniture and floor was filthy, the room smelled moldy, and the fold-out couch had mold or rust on the bottom of the mattress. The couches looked like something pulled off the side of the road after being tossed out of a rental house. It was so disgusting we left. In 41 years, this was the worst hotel room I've ever experienced. We went over to the Hilton Garden Inn, which was better. I wish I could post pictures.

Jetted tub had 1/3 of the jets not working. Good enough place but seems to me it’s on the verge of either fix things or slide down the hill quickly to become a horrible stay. Shower head was disappointing pressure and spray. Shower wall cracked. Bathroom door split from having apparently been kicked in at some point in it’s life.

Room was clean and spacious. The shower/tub floor was extra slippery with no texturing which caused me to slip and fall against the tub edge. I developed a very large hematoma. I filled out an incident report and went to an urgent care clinic the next morning. They sent me to the nearest hospital for a pelvic cray. Thankfully there was no bone fracture, but the hematoma really hurt for a few days. I’ve never taken a fall in a tub or shower before and believe the slippery tub floor was at fault.

Overall the property is good. The lack of bedside plugs for charging devices makes it seem dated though. No USB charging outlets and the internet was useless as I tested it at 300kbs. You could almost check email at that speed, unless there were graphics. If what you need to do is sleep - it’s great. If you have work to do that requires internet, bring your own hotspot as you’ll be frustrated.

this hotel is one to stay away from. When we checked in they said they had meeting room booked, What they failed to mention was they had the run of the whole 1st floor and parking lot. quiet time is midnight and the party went on till 3am. complained to front desk and was told they had it rented . this hotel does not care about it's guests. this room was definetly not worth 150.00. sleep was not an option and we were there for tradeshow. the pictures that is displayed for this hotel is wrong it is filthy

Very nice staff, very helpful. My husband got sick while we were there and we had to stay another night. The staff was so caring offering their help if we needed it even discounting the room for another night. Breakfast was really good. Spotless clean rooms. We would not hesitate to stay again.

From the time we arrived until we left it was nothing but horrible! They were rude and condescending and then the bathroom was filthy and nothing was done to make it right. Then they had no extra pillows or blankets and we had to go to the desk to retrieve any items ourselves

Had a great stay! All of the staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was awesome! Only thing I would note is the hot tub was kind of icky and the pool was cold. And we found a toothbrush on the floor lol.. Other than that. We will be back again! Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Needs “face lift” in bedrooms and bathrooms. Breakfast is OK - but nothing special. Breakfast area really needed “continuing” cleaning - I didn’t even want to touch the trash box door.

The hotel looks good from the street, but it’s a bit rundown and dated on the inside. The breakfast selection was limited, and they ran out of several items before the service time ended. When I asked if items could be replenished, I just got a rude “no”as a response.

I always use this hotel when I go to visit UCA and have been very happy with them, but this time, I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. I expressed my concern at the front desk, so hopefully it will be back to what it used to be when I stay there again. (Yes, I am willing to use this hotel again.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One of our room keys had trouble but after several tries, they were able to get it to work. The room was fairly clean. However, there were mystery stains on the chair, footstool and curtains. The remote to the TV was missing. There was only one small wastebasket, and it was broken. In the bathroom the hairdryer had been removed from the wall. A strong smell of iron was wafting from the drain in the shower. The breakfast was quite sad. Upon arriving in the breakfast area at 7am there were stale biscuits, sausage links and half of a dried-up egg. A few containers of yogurt were available in a bowl of melted ice. Three varieties of children's cereal were offered and a carafe of milk. The only saving grace was the ability to make a waffle. There were no attendants to ask for replenishment.

The room 203 needs a lot of repairs. Bathroom and the sheets on the bed were bad! It had old stains they tried to get out . They need new sheets. The carpet and in the hallway needs cleaned or really new flooring. It smells mildew.!! We will not stay there again!
