Days Inn by Wyndham Hardy

The property itself needs some cleaning up and remodeling. Very outdated and dingy. Staff is extremely nice. When entering the room it had a mildew/musty smell. The light switch receptacle had a corner missing from it. The fridge was old and rusty on the top and inside. The comforter had a few stains on it. They also advertise there is a pool and they don’t. It has been closed for a long time. My kids wanted to swim, so that was a let down. I went back upfront and asked for a refund. The gentleman was very nice and understanding.

They need to update their pictures on your website. The facility, rooms and “pool” are NOTHING as pictured.

A good breakfast, room was clean. The driveway outside needs to have more lights and a sign so you can see the driveway as you are crossing the bridge. It really looks like you can't turn left in front so you assume to go through the intersection, turn left to go to the motel but that doesn't work so you have to go to the top of the hill and come back,turn right to see the driveway.

They advertised a pool, there was a tree growing out of the middle of the cover they had over it because it had been out of service so long. Paid extra for a jacuzzi tub and it had mold a long black hair in it! Dead bugs all over the floor in our room!

Unkempt, trash in lobby and outside, pool derelict, parking lot full of pot holes. A very run down property. Not worth the price at all. Bathroom not clean, toilet wouldn't flush. Binder clip holding up the curtain in the room. Stay elsewhere!

The A/C didn’t drain to the outside and the carpet was wet between the door and bed. The parking lot and driveway needs lots of work.

Older hotel, clean, bed was comfy. The 2nd floor walkways were spongy and felt like they might fall through. The toilet had to be flushed repeatedly to get it to work.

Corners of each room could have used more cleaning. Breakfast was skimpy with mainly sweets, no fruit offered, juice machine was not working, donuts and mainly only sweet cereal with 2 percent milk. Parking lot with large potholes.

That staff was friendly beds very comfortable But the parking lot is a disaster

Bathroom was very unclean. Hair in tub, splatters on mirrors and walls. Rug didnt even look like it had been vacuumed. Bed was decently comfortable and sheets smelled clean.

This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. The sheets were not clean with dirt and drops of dried blood. I had bites on my feet and legs from sleeping in the bed. Dried blood and dirt on the bathroom floor. The carpets were piled with visual dirt and dust everywhere. The shower was so dirty that I couldn't get myself to use it. The plastic handle in the shower was no longer there which left multiple holes to the back of the shower. The overwhelming smell of smoke (even for a non smoking room) left me sick for days. The room was so filty that I struggled to find a clean place to want to lay my bags. I have stayed in this hotel before. Even for the older age, the room was still very clean. This time around was a completely different story. This stay definitely made me not want to return.

The room just wasn’t clean. I picked up 2 soap wrappers off the bathroom floor and the wrapper from a cup behind the trash can. The floor was dirty. Flys came in from the opening under the door. I killed at least 5 of them with the hand towel. The refrigerator had melted ice cream in it. Pool wasn’t open and we didn’t feel safe eating the free breakfast. At least the bed looked clean and was fairly comfortable. No working smoke detectors

The dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever seen the pillows had stains. The shower curtain was moldy. The tub had stains the toilet had stains. The baseboards were filthy, and so on.

The hotel did not clean the bathroom of room 104 and the guests in room 103 were allowed to run wild all hours of the night. We thought someone was breaking into our room foe a moment because they were throwing things against the walls of room 103 and 104. The shower was covered in hair, tooth paste and dirt rings from the previous guest. The floors werent vaccumed and were covered in hair and other gross things.

We actually never even stayed. Upon arriving the facility was extremely overgrown and unkept. That should have been a clue. But, we gave it the benefit of the doubt. We entered the office to check in and it is filled with personal belongings of the owners and very dusty. The gentle man at the desk was kind, initially. We checked in, and he gave us our room keys. As we drove around the back to our room there were people who were living there, and appeared to have been for a while. They had laundry hanging all over the rails. There was trash strewn about the weeds and parking lot. Upon entering one of our rooms the floor was filthy. Dirt, grime, and bugs all along the edges of the walls, and the bathroom tub drain was literally just wads of clear and white caulking smeared about with dirt mixed in. There was NO WAY I was letting my 3 small children down to play or sleep in those bed grungy beds. So…. We went back to the office and I politely asked if he had ran our card yet, to which he responded “no”. I asked if we could please just not do that we couldn’t stay here, the room was “pretty nasty” all in a polite tone. He got mad! Raised his voice at me and said he had people “begging for those rooms”. I responded kindly, “great, they can have them”. He rudely yanked the key cards from my hand and I turned to walk away as I reached the door he YELLED “you do not call my rooms nasty!” To which I responded, “I already did, sorry”. And guess what…he DID charge us!

Room was filthy. Previous occupants soap left in the shower. Shower curtain had pink mold along the bottom. Will not stay there again.

The room was run-down with the scent of mildew. The paint on the walls was peeling in places. There was rust in various locations, such as the lamps. The toilet had scum in it and the seat needed to be replaced (missing toilet seat bumper, screw coming out, hinges not holding). There was also scum and stains in the shower and sink. There were stains on the desk chair. There were multiple flies in the room.

I booked 2 rooms for a family night getaway, both rooms had the previous guests bathroom used linens still hanging over the shower rod. Both rooms didnt appear to have been vacuumed at all, one had toenail clippings on the floor. There was hairin the bathtubs. There was appearances of bedbugs in one of the rooms.

The bed was comfy and the water was hot. The only downside was it’s an older motel so there’s are repairs that could be done but for the price it was to be expected. The walls are thin so could hear footsteps from people above us and outside noise.

Large room. Clean. Very quiet. Good location.

It was fine, I guess, but they still have smoking rooms, which means even the non-smoking rooms get smoke and cause asthma attacks. It just wasn’t my best stay.

The room was nice and had a comfortable mattress. They had a very nice breakfast. The only problem was there were noisy people in the room above us

Beds are so Comfortable i always have back pain for most beds but the ones here in every room ive stayed in are great

Driveway up has next to no concrete left. Not the cleanest. Tv had only a few local channels. However, the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff has been very helpful a friendly on both my stays. Location is very good.

The owner and his family were very nice. I would definitely stay there again. Its hard to find nice people, who are genuinely nice in this world. 😃

Filthy, broken phone and mini fridge. Air Conditioner off even though it was 98 degrees outside. Booked for 2 days, housekeeping says no just 1. Can't call front desk, phone is broke. Finally get it cleared up, or so we thought, leave for day. Come back to being locked out. Another trip to front office to get keycards reactivated. We booked 3 weeks ago and they rented out our room. Had to wait for them to find a new one. Worst place ever! No more Days Inn for us.

The room was disgusting! Not old or dated. Straight up filthy! We couldn’t even sleep with the bed blankets they were gross looking and had blood dried on them. The bathroom was not sanitary to be able to use it. It was very apparent that they left the sheets from the last guest and just made the bed. That was all they did to prep the room. We tried to speak to them about the issues and show them pictures of the issues. They refused to look at the photos and kept cutting us off any time we tried to explain what the problems were. When we asked for a refund the self proclaimed owner yelled and cussed at my husband! Flat out refused to give us our money back and acted as if we were in the wrong for even suggesting it. He even went as far as to mock us for asking for a refund! The owner is a crook! Stay very far away from this place!!! We travel often and this is by far the worst experience we have ever had!

Staff was amazing. Very hospitable .

This place was such a nice surprise. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and a very welcome surprise on a long road trip.

The office was closed when I arrived, they had a after hours phone outside and no one answered, I sat outside trying to call for over an hour last night. I was traveling and knew it was going to be late so this is why I choose this hotel is because it states they are open 24 hours. So I paid for a room and had to sleep in my vehicle. They could have at least called if they was going to leave because they can clearly see my room had been reserved

Rude front desk person. Very unkept. Towels and bedding had stains, und smelled bad. Bedding was possinly not refreshed for the new guest. Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Really grimy and dirty.

This property seemed to be under renovation. The staff were kind and professional. The bedding needed to be replaced. It had spots that were threadbare.The area was beautiful. GPS did not take us to the location. We had to continue on the road and turn towards the business district to find it.

Property was conveniently located. But, the maintenance on the building appeared to be poorly self done. At about 11 pm the lights for the exterior was turned off, making it dangerous to navigate the stairs.

The man who checked us in was very nice. The hotel was decent. I would stay there again. It was in walking distance to the the Main Street for shopping in Hardy. Right next door to Spring River Draft House & Grill which had good food.

The hotel was close to the downtown district.

Did not answer if my AAA or AARP discount were applicable. Very dirty location inside and out. Railings in very poor condition. Cereal dispensers dirty. Did not trust sanitation practices, Massive room for improvement in all areas. A visit I will soon not forget. Your company should be embarrassed.

Probably the worse hotel I’ve ever stay in! This hotel advertised an operating pool, upon arrival the pool was closed for what looks like years now. When I mentioned it as I checked in the woman working told me I could cancel the room, there was no remorse or even some sort of offer of compensation for the false advertising. I booked 2 rooms for our family vacation specifically for the pool. The parking lot has so many potholes and a dumpster with garbage all around the dumpster. Our room key cards constantly needed to be rekeyed, the towels were dingy, old and rough. Thank god we brought our own towels! In one of the rooms you had to plunge the toilet every time you flushed, in the other room it was every other time! I will post pictures of the shower and drain. One room had 2 refrigerators and 1 microwave but only one refrigerator worked. The other room had 2 microwaves and one refrigerator but only one microwave worked. The only reason we didn’t leave was all the other hotels were full and we were 18 hours from home. The only good thing I can think to say is the beds were comfortable.

Was looking for a room in the area with a pool, they advertised having a pool , when got to the building was old and dirty. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere and no pool even on the peremises. So false advertising! The breakfast was horrible donuts rom somewhere never heard of. Would not recommend this place to no one! Will never stay here again.

The internet was spotty at best, the driveway need’s repaired. The breakfast had rules (1 water 1 yogurt, couldn’t take back to room)
