Clean, comfortable hotel close to downtown Little Rock and the airport. Free parking, free hot breakfast and I Indoor pool are nice amenities. The carpet in the elevators and main hallways could use a cleaning or update but rooms were clean and well maintained.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing! The room was very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. The pool was amazing! The free wifi never worked.

The staff was fantastic!! However, the area still seems to be up and coming, which isn't the worst thing, but you can definitely tell. The only real negative to the hotel was that one of their elevators was not functional while my wife and I were there and so it took forever to get from the top floor down the to the lobby.

Pool was closed on weekend with no explanation and breakfast was mediocre. Otherwise good stay and would stay again.

The swimming pool was definitely the best part of our stay- very clean and peaceful. Our room was very quiet and comfy. Good value for price here:)

Hotel was clean also had a snack bar unit didn’t need to go elsewhere for dinner! The cheeseburgers were good and reasonable

We stayed in one of their king suites with the separate bedroom & I loved it. Elevator broke down 2 days in a row so there was only one available, which sucked. Breakfast is pretty decent. Already stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

I reserved an accessible room but doorways are very narrow and no wheelchair could be used at all. There were only 3 room towels for 4 people and there were no towels at all for the pool. The beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The tub barely drained and took a long time to empty, i thought it might overflow so expedited my shower. Breakfast was pretty standard and decent. The pizza restaurant downstairs was very good but I wouldn't stay here again.

I like that they had security for the parking garage. The Clinton Library is within easy walking distance. Check out Camp Taco which is only a couple of blocks away.

The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Fried eggs were disgusting. Over the weekend the gravy was the right consistency, however, it was cold. On the weekdays, the gravy was watery and still also not very warm. On the weekend there was milk, but no cereal, but cereal showed up on Monday. In addition, Saturday night (actually Sunday morning) at 2 AM we were woken by alarms going off and everyone was evacuating the hotel because we didn’t know what was happening. The power had gone off and it was actually alarms regarding the power. It did not come back on until 7 AM. Then again on Wednesday evening when we got back to the hotel, the power was off and we were told it had been off for a couple of hours. It came back on, but then the alarms came on again a little after two and then also after 4 o’clock when we left the hotel around 7:30 AM on Thursday, the power was still out. It was an issue in the entire area there, but obviously if it happened twice in the 6 days we were there, makes me wonder how often it occurs throughout the year. Not a fun day won’t ever stay there again unless they want to offer me free nights, which the front desk person did not offer.

The wallpaper in our room was peeling off, and it looked like there was mold on the backing of it and on the wall. The receptionist was kind enough to upgrade our room because of this, but the next room had the same issue, but the wallpaper had not peeled off as much.

Room was not clean. There was a bad odor when opening the room door. The next day was going to brew coffee and noticed roaches crawling from underneath the coffee maker. Very disappointed.

Staff was great but the property itself was in shambles. Room smelt like mold and the carpet was damp in my room. Towels in the bathroom felt like sandpaper.

This was by far one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again!

The property was clean. Night staff was cordial. Not overly friendly. Just did his job at the basic level. Upon entering the room initial thought was it’s an older property. But clean. Until I saw a small cockroach which I reported to comfort inn corporate and also the front desk. Seeing a cockroach and flies in the room did not give me the feeling I was in a clean room. However it was 2 am. So we stayed.

The room was terrible, there was water damage on the ceiling and missing chunks. The shower wouldn’t drain and was dirty. I would not recommend anyone staying here

Clean, spacious, free breakfast lots of variety

The hotel is definitely showing its age. Entrance from the garage was dirty and there was trash in the elevator. We got a room two suites from the elevator and we kept hearing it go and down all night long. The rooms are not soundproof! On the plus side, the beds were comfortable, the room itself was clean, and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The location was close to many attractions.

This property is right on I-30. If your room is on the West side of the hotel, you will be disturbed by traffic noise. The hotel was great in all other aspects. If you stay here, request a room facing east.

The staff was amazing!! Had it not been 100°+ outside, it probably would have been a great stay with no complaints. The rooms AC could not keep up with the high temps though and it was, no exaggeration, close to 90° in our room. We ran in to multiple other guests that said their rooms were also very warm. The staff moved us from a double room to a king suite that was open and it was a little bit better. The living area was nice and cool but there wasn’t a unit in the bedroom so it was still quite warm but not near as bad as the first room. I appreciate the guy working trying to help but the small units in the rooms just couldn’t cut it on such a hot day.

We love staying there but the past 2 times I don’t know if it’s cause it’s hot outside but the air conditioning wasn’t working very well or we are just some hot heated people.

Staff was excellent, facilities were better than I’d expect for the price-point. Only complaint was that I had a suite and the bedroom had no air flow so living room was much colder than bedroom and it was difficult to get bedroom at a comfortable temperature for sleeping.

We didn’t have a good experience at the Comfort Inn We were on the 4th floor but you could hear road noise all night long Our room had a king size bed but the mattress was Very uncomfortable We may have gotten 3 or 4 hours sleep all night

Was put in a room were A/C didn’t work and she tried to give me a little fan .. So we got a new room and yet again A/C was not working properly

The decor of the hotel was old and showed that it was worn.

Sherell and lashes were both very sweet and made our chick-in and check-out very easy. We had to park our U-Haul with attached tow/car out by the main road next to the hotel and were okay! Someone on another review said the area was sketchy, I didnt think it was. The hotel is on the other side of the highway opposite from downtown and next to warehouses, and that’s why it felt a bit distant from the city but overall safe and okay!

Super staff at the front desk, Kendra especially. Very helpful, can-do attitude that was really appreciated by this tired traveler. Great free self-parking on site, a short drive to the riverfront and Clinton Library. Easy walk to Lost 40 Brewery. Clean and quiet. Our second stay in two weeks, both were great.

What stood out was the staff! So impressed with the staff and hotel that we booked it again on the way home. We were through late at night on the way to Boston and you tend not to get the “best” staff at night. Marcus was definitely the exception and went out of his way to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. The lady that runs breakfast went above and beyond as well. Wish we would’ve caught her name! Thanks for an amazing stay both times!

I have never left a review, but unfortunately I have to this time. We called a day prior to our stay to request an early check-in. Kendra answered the phone and sounded beyond annoyed. She said we could call the day of our reservation to request the early check-in - no problem, I used to work check-in at a hotel, so I know that is standard procedure. However, when we arrived the day of our stay and asked again, the lady at the desk (didn't see a name tag, but we assume it was Kendra), began to check us in and then very rudely told us to step aside. We don't mind waiting, we were in no hurry, but her tone was terrible. We waited about 30 mins for her to get her manager because there was an issue in their system, but finally she got us our room keys. She was not even slightly pleasant to speak with and we were being OVERLY nice. She did not apologize one time and the manager didn't either. That evening when we went to the bar, the bartender was GREAT and so sweet, but there were several patrons there and a different lady at the front desk legit walked over and actually yelled at everyone to be quiet because she couldn't hear "her guest." We are also guest staying at the hotel, so you owe us the respect of not yelling at us either. I could barely move the next day because the bed was so stiff. I normally sleep wonderfully in hotels, but this was painful. Pay the extra $30 to stay somewhere else. We did not receive a single "hello" or "thank you" our entire stay.

Had issues with front desk staff - check-in person spoke so soft and slurred all the words that I could barely got any information and had to ask again about where breakfast would be, check out staff failed to note with maintenance about my approved late check-out request, so I was knocked on twice and called into the room before my check out time. Breakfast was mediocre. The AC unit in the room was so old and gross. For the price paid, I should have booked Holiday Inn instead.

Sherrell was super nice! Check in/out was super easy and quick.. housekeeping staff always made sure we had everything we needed. All the staff were friendly..

Was a very good spot right on the edge of downtown Little Rock. Easy to get in and out, place is well taken care of, breakfast was just fine. Will look at this spot for future Little Rock endeavors.

Inside was good except for smell from deodorant room/hall spray. Very convenient to hwy when driving thru, good breakfast offered. Area around it is pretty derelict. Seems safe enough if you're just staying overnight and not walking around.

You'll be able to walk to the park/Arkansas River and easy access to the freeway.

Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of parking, bonus for me with 2 breweries within a block walking distance! Room was large, a little noisy on freeway side, but that's why I bring a white noise generator. Very close to all downtown attractions, I would gladly stay here any time I visit Little Rock

Check in was great, the parking garage had plenty of room and was clean and safe. The area around I'm not sure how safe it was. We got an Uber to downtown. Check out Flyway Brewing if in the area, was fantastic!

My daughter and I were in town for the IDK How concert at the Hall. Hotel was super nice and clean. Good breakfast choices. Staff was nice and check-in and out went smoothly. I didn’t care for the location. Saw lots of homeless people hanging out around hotel. One was two feet from the front entrance, just hanging out and appeared to be taking to herself. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Food was cold, not a lot healthy choices. Grocery store bought muffins and breads, one flavor of yogurt. Only apples and bananas for choice of fruit. Very dissatisfied with such a nice hotel. The bacon and eggs at least should of been hot.

Presidential Pizza food and service was good. Complimentary breakfast was fair at best.

The customer service was awesome. Ashani was so sweet to me and my family! The breakfast buffet was also a favorite, my husband said it was the best hotel breakfast he had ever had!

Hotel was nice. Great location and price. Pool was great and the whole family was pleased. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the pizza was so good!

I stayed there because it advertised a restaurant and a bar. It turned out to be a small bar that offered a limited menu. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel if I had known

Everything went very well. The staff were friendly, and the free breakfast was good.

There wasn't really a "restaurant," it was more a countertop seating area. But we took a chance & ordered the supreme pizza & wings and they were really good. Plus they delivered to the room. On the disappointing side, the halls & our room smelled moldy/mildewy. Furnishings were worn and needed upgrading, but overall very clean. Would like to see breakfast extended during the week for guests, especially those who are traveling. It closes promptly at 9 & with getting ready to check out we missed it.

Easy check in, room was nice, clean, and amenities were well descrived. Breakfast was a joke, water down juice, coffee was terrible and the bot food was not appetizing.

Supposed to have food available in evening but a staff member did not arrive so no food. Fortunately we were told where to walk to and it turned out to be fine . Like most places it seems not enough staff employed!!!!
