The price was decent, but paid more than what we should have for the services rendered. The pool was absolutely disgusting, things floating in it, and I realized that the pool filter wasn't even running, so that explains that. Things were falling apart when you touched them in the room. The coffee pot sprayed scalding hot water all over the counter. Face of the ac was falling off, the tub did not drain. The towel rack came out of the wall at the mere weight of a wet towel. The night clerk was extremely rude to me when I asked for an extra paper cup to microwave water in (since the coffee pot wasn't working) he didn't even look up and said with an annoyed tone "there are cups by the coffee makers" I just walked away, I hadn't been in there to bother him about anything and he was dismissive and rude. Other staff members were kind though so I'm not complaining about the staff as a whole. Overall though not worth $76 a night at all.

Cockroach infested dump! Do not stay here unless management changes and renovations have been done. Hundreds of cockroaches plagued us throughout our one-night stay. They were in the bed, in the furniture, in the bathtub, on the ceiling, walls and floors. The pool was almost as dirty as the room. We didn’t bother staying for the free breakfast. It was NOT worth the little savings over a more reputable hotel chain.

The issues that I had with this place are as follows: 1: when I arrived and checked in I was asked for a $100 deposit that was not mentioned at the time of reservation on line. 2: my reservation price was not what I was charged. I was charged more for the room than I was told I would be charged when I reserved the room. 3: the toilet was very little and I am a larger man and that made it hard for me to use. 4: the parking was a little difficult to navigate and there was no clear directions as to how to get to the rooms on the bottom back of the hotel. Other than that, as I said the overall stay was good with only a few things that could be handles or renovated to become more accommodating.

There were roaches in our bathroom and the floors in the bathroom were dirty. The pictures that you have for this particular property give false advertisement. This property looks NOTHING LIKE YOUR PICTURES! The air was fine, but that was about it. I was there for medical reasons, and I wasn't very comfortable at all. The breakfast looked old and horrible. Did not eat anything from there. The complete hotel needs to be updated.

First thing I noticed was the terrible smell in the room. The A/c was not working properly and then there was a bug on one of the beds. Later I went in the bathroom and there sat a small cockroach. I instantly felt like. Bugs were crawling on me. Next morning a large red cockroach ran across the floor and my sister screamed. Could not get out of there fast enough. Dont even want to take photos wanted to leave fasT. Also a100.00 deposit to assure no damages. How funny to make us pay one when the rooms were already trash. Never again will I go there.

The hotel clerk was annoyed at check in it seemed. We booked a non smoking room which smelled terribly smoky upon entering. Before we could even move the sheets back multiple roaches ran across the sheets. The hotel clerk did cancel our reservation very quickly which was appreciated.

The room smelled of mildew. The bathroom sink did not drain and backed halfway up and didn’t drain all night. The upholster chair was so dirty. We didn’t sit in it. We were there so my daughter could go to the doctor the next day and had to runoff some idiots in the parking lot. I’m 70 years old. All I wanted to do was go to bed all that mess. I won’t go back. I did feel very safe with the nighttime staff they helped with the problem.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room condition was interesting. I feel that it was nwely painted but it was a horrible job. Paint on the drapes and there were nicks on all the doors-paint missing. There was caulk all over the bathroom floor. This all makes the appearance of being rundown. Just take more time and do it correctly.

Overall it was clean, good lighting on property nice bed and pillows good breakfast but needed some air freshener it had a smoke like smell (and it was a none- smoking room) Toilet was loose and not flushing properly.

The hotel requires a $100 cash deposit at check in for any cash or debit payments. Luckily they have their own ATM in the lobby that charges you $3.99 service fee for the cash withdrawl. To get the deposit back you must have your ID and the copy of the deposit agreement and regardless of when we check out you are not able to pick up your deposit before 9 am. So we had an event early in the morning, which is the whole reason we rented a room. I had to leave a few hours into the event to rush back over at 9 am to retrieve my cash deposit. Apparently it’s known in the area that this hotel returns $100 cash to patrons after 9 am because when I pulled up my vehicle was approached by multiple pan handlers and homeless individuals. I then had to wait while they found someone to go into the room and inspect it before they were given the ok to return my deposit. The room itself was some what clean, older, the door was difficult to open as if maybe the frame had been broken before and fixed. The gentleman at the front desk took personal calls while helping me.

When calling ahead of arrival to double check my reservation staff answered and asked me to hold then sat the phone down, I waited for 30 minutes, and still nothing so I just hung up. But the room and bathroom was nice and clean.

This property has a policy requiring $100 CASH for the security deposit. It then gets refunded within a 48 hour period AFTER checkout. I don’t recommend staying here unless you are going to remain in the Little Rock area for two days after you leave the hotel; otherwise you can’t get your security deposit back. This is a very strange and suspicious practice. BEWARE.

The establishment itself was okay. Not bad for the price. However it is in a dangerous part of town. Homeless are everywhere one approached me at my car as I arrived one night. Right outside my room. I do suggest maybe a security officer to keep them from hounding guests.

My stay was much more pleasant than I anticipated. Professional, courteous, and polite staff was great to have. Checkin & checkout was quick and easy. Additionally, the area was quiet and allwed a restful sleep. My next trip to Little Rock requiring an overnight stay will be at this lodging.

The owners here are truly trying to up their game. Location is really ideal if you need to be close to hospitals or in the general area of downtown/midtowne Little Rock. Unfortunately this location is a part of an unsavory part of town. But my stay felt very safe and although it isn’t a high end hotel, the linens, pillows, TV have been upgraded to make it comfortable and cozy. Every ice machine had the good “sonic type” ice and snacks for sale at the desk. I’ll stay there again. Unexpected surprise.

Area was super sketchy. Last night the cops were called because some guy was tweaking out in the parking lot and trying to break in the cars. Some guy kept rolling up on me in the parking lot last night trying to sell me drugs. The room was fine, except there was a lot of mosquitoes that I had to keep killing. Staff wasn’t the friendliest. Yesterday they watched me like a hawk when I was eating to make sure I didn’t even take a cup of coffee to go, but today some guy had three stacked up plates in front of me and cleaned out all the eggs and sausage and just left out the front. Didn’t get charged the extra fee or anything. Then I asked if there was gonna be more food and they said it would be over 30 minutes and at that time breakfast was gonna be over so I just ate toast. overall I would stay elsewhere. Rundown and not safe.

The hotel was located in at a good distance for us to go back and forth from UAMS. The sheets were dirty, there was holes in the wall, the side wall down to pool was covered in cigarette butts and debris, for one entire day we were stuck in our room because of a football game, the owner sold all the parking spots for hotel to people parking for the ball game. Breakfast was terrible.

The breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were crusty, the sausages were soggy, the milk was sour, and the yogurt was expired. The people at the front desk kept looking at me like I was a crook instead of a guest.

The room had extra visitors with four legs in the room with us. That scattered around the room once the came on. I had to go to desk to ask for towels. The tub was dirty. So I had to clean it before use. The toilet would flush after flushing it 4 times. There was police tape on the stairwell. I do not recommend this to anyone.

The night staff was unhelpful and had no compassion for getting a tired family who chose them based on their close proximity to Children's checked in. The room was oddly sticky and damp. The shower literally screamed at you. Beds were okay and there were no bugs. The grounds smell strongly of pot. There was only one electrical outlet near the beds behind a lamp table that did not look very safe.

So there is likely an infestation or about to be one. There is also supposed to be a continental breakfast but the one pancake machine didn't work and the containers that held individually packaged condiments was full of crumbs and debris. Not worth the $80/night. Spend the extra $25 to stay at a better place n

The rooms are unfortunately right behind a convenience store/gas station which had cars blasting music several times during the night. Impossible to sleep thru that noise. Also, the beds are seriously concave and need to be replaced.
