Great staff, comfortable, clean, and quiet rooms with all the amenities we needed. Just wish we could have stayed longer

I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. The Bill men were invisible never showed up to either get me in or out front desk. Staff was very helpful, but it seemed like that people around her were just not helpful or concerned at all.

Great place to stay. We had dinner and drinks at the bar, great service.

Bedding passed the black light test. Hotel smelled really good throughout the hallways and elevator. Two options for parking: garage or lot around hotel. Bar area and plenty of seating/tables to sit and eat or work in lobby area.
