We picked this hotel because it had an outdoor pool and it was hot that day. The pool was filthy. Hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. There was garbage and leaves on the floor of the pool as well as floating throughout it. The pool deck was equally dirty. It also hadn’t been swept or cared for in some time.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. That was what I wanted. Many security cameras monitoring the parking lot. Easy on and off Interstate 40.

We booked the room and reviewed the cost. It was listed as pet friendly. Nowhere in the itinerary did it mention that there was a $25 charger per pet. When we arrived there was a sign on the wall that stated this. We were going by the total that hotels.com had provided. Since it was non refundable we were forced to pay $50 dollars more for our two small dogs. Hotels.com should make this information available before booking. It comes across as a bait and switch.

The room was clean and spacious. Had no problems with check in or check out. My husband got stuck in the elevator and we got the sense that this may of been a common occurrence at this location. A printed paper was placed in the elevator with a number to call if this happened. Front desk was able to resolve the issue without leaving the desk. Breakfast had a decent selection but no juice just milk or water.

Good location. I specifically filtered by pools and then looked for outdoor. When we checked in, the pool was closed. Wish we would have know prior to booking. The breakfast could be available longer on the weekends. Overall stay was good.

There was a hair in the bed. There was a hair in the shower. There was a used piece of soap in the shower. Toilet didn’t flush. I went to open a drawer to put my clothes in the drawer was filthy. All the furniture is broken down, looking and dirty. It was midnight they put us in a slightly nicer/cleaner room but that toilet didn’t work. Homeless encampment across the street . Would not recommend

This was a quick overnight stay for us. We weren’t going to be here long and didn’t want to pay a lot. I booked online and we drove up and checked right in. The room was clean and didn’t have any visible bugs or anything that I usually look for that makes me cringe. Overall this hotel was very nice and the staff was great.

This hotel is older and showing it (or lack of property owner to fix it up). Elevator button was crooked and off set. Carpet was detached from walls. My daughters feet were black from walking around our hotel room barefoot! The room initially looked clean, but not when you look closely. The beds were comfortable though. The guy working the front desk and the lady working the breakfast area were friendly and nice. Disappointed with the overall property itself though.

The water pressure was really low and the couch was really dirty. There were stains all over it and the carpet had a mildew smell. The staff was very nice and professional. Even arriving late, there were parking spaces in the front. Our boys loved the breakfast buffet. Overall it was ok.

The hotel was quiet but a bit rundown. The room was large and comfortable, but the fire tiles in the bath were loose (like we could have removed them), the door jamb lock was broken, and the toiket barely flushed. The hallway carpet was in bad need of cleaning and the interior walls and the elevator were beat up. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Less than impressive! I reserved at this Comfort Inn because of the positive review that was reported. I wonder if it was written by a relative of the owner. 🙄 From the black mold of the bathtub seal and pubic hair in the tub to the dancer’s bobby pin IN my bed (how does that happen with new/clean sheets??😳), it may me wish I had brought my own cleansers and linens with me! I try hard not to think about what else wasn’t cleaned! Lesson learned for this location! 😣

I did not like the light that was in the room 24-7. The blackout curtains did not keep it out. They need to put people in the rooms on the other side of bldg for a good night sleep.

This property was decent for the price. My room smelled like raid spray. The walls are very thin. You can hear people talking and banging noise from the walls. I don't know why they put everyone close together, when hotel was not full.

I was greeted with a smile at the front desk when I walked in to check in. Every staff I came in contact with were friendly and smiling. The facility was clean and welcoming. I felt safe with my children. Thank you for your hospitality!

Limited places to eat in close proximity. The check in staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The guy needed a some serious training in southern hospitality or just what it means to be nice to people. Had the personality of a wall! Would ask a very simple question about the facility and it was like I was annoying him and messing up his evening.. I was there for a funeral so I was the one having a bad day and didn’t need any added aggravation!

Great customer service. Easy check in and choice of floor for our room. In the morning the man at the front desk started coffee for us at 6:00 am even though breakfast typically starts at 6:30 am.

On the way to the hotel I purchased the stay about 1 hour ahead of time through Expedia. Instead of putting same day, Expedia placed my stay two weeks in advance, which I didn’t catch until check in. Front desk reassured me that this happens all the time and that I need to pay again, and they will work with Expedia to reimburse me for the additional booking. When I came back for the refund, the property refused to work with me on the refund despite what their employee had said . To add further insult to injury, I was initially placed in a dirty room where the sink had no plumbing and drained into a bucket. I was given a better room after I went back to the desk and complained of the sewage smell. Over all, felt taken advantage of and had an unpleasant experience with both the property and Expedia on working with me to fix the initial issue.

Such a bad experience T the check in which ruined the one day stay. There was a young guy sitting at the front desk and act almost like a robot. I never can sleep in a ground floor specially if they allow pets. We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm and was given a room in the ground floor. I told him that I am allergic to pets and requested a room other than ground floor. He said he doesn’t have any other room and there are no pets on that side today. May be it was true. But his attitude and the way he said is what I felt sad The bathroom was full of dust and the towels were placed at the bottom shelf of the cabinet. The toilet seat does fit the toilet. When you sit your thigh is touching the toilet. It took almost three minute on yhe tv. Accidentally we found out that if you press the off button twice it turns on.😀 The bed was ok. Even with ac the room was humid and I woke with a headache. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and pleasant. The person at the front desk when we check out was pleasant. This hotel was booked by mistake. I read the review for the comfort Inn near the McCain mall and booked this one and booked this one accidentally. This is one I never went to stay again,

Even with ac the room was humid and I woke with a headache. The lady in the breakfast room was very nice and pleasant. The person at the front desk when we check out was pleasant. This hotel was booked by mistake. I read the review for the comfort Inn near the McCain mall and booked this one and booked this one accidentally. This is one I never went to stay again,

Front desk men are rude, inconsiderate, act bothered when asked questions, talk back and interrupt. I would never stay here again. The room was mediocre; definitely worse than the pictures make it seem. Upkeep does not seem to be a priority at this location. Holes in bathroom filled with tissues, plugs coming out and not usable, towel hanging clearly had makeup or a stain on it, etc. Dog fee says $25, was charged $30. Email on account wasn’t mine and the front desk men wouldn’t change it so my personal information was sent to someone else. I asked 3 times to change it and the last time he rolled his eyes and said “I can’t. You booked through Expedia.” Every hotel I go to asks for my email… I feel like I’m being scammed. Breakfast was as basic as it gets. My elderly mom was dismissed when asked for hot tea bags and hot water.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. That was what I wanted. Many security cameras monitoring the parking lot. Easy on and off Interstate 40.

Great stay for us as we were passing through. Got in super late, yet the check in was super easy and safe. The hotel is right next to a police station and felt very safe. Facility was clean and breakfast was nothing fancy, but very adequate. We were pulling a small camper and parking was a bit tight, but we felt safe leaving it and the truck in the parking lot. I’d stay here again for sure and would highly recommend it to others!

We went to Little Rock for a concert. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We were able to drive a mile down the street, park across from the restaurant we ate at, and walk over to the concert. The hotel itself was clean and the beds were ver comfortable. I F I had to point out anything that could have been better, it was that housekeeping didn’t stock the room with Kleenex. In fact, I found the holder tucked back behind the towels, and one of our towels should have been retired, because it had a couple of large threadbare spots. These weren’t issues great enough to impact my overall stay, though.

Convenient to the interstate, but not a lot of places to go nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. My only issues were that I couldn't get anything on the television, and that the toilet wasn't anchored to the floor.

Proximity to Simmons Bank arena was awesome. Felt very safe with municipal building next door. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The guy at the desk just did the minimum-no extra. Asked him to make coffee after it had run out and it was awful, grounds in it. The breakfast is basic - egg “patties” biscuits and what looked like microwaved sausage patties, so don’t expect a lot. They did have waffles available. Overall, clean but basic, it suited our needs for the night.

The space was clean, check in was easy. We were told breakfast would go until 9:30am. Showed up at 9:20, fruit, pastries, waffle batter, yogurts…had all been removed. No coffee and only a couple egg patties. Workout room had no water and no towels.

Super clean & comfortable, but the breakfast most defintely needs work! Short staffed they said, which I have read that same excuse several times in the reviews! Breakfast missing items, full garbage cans, and lack of bowls & forks. Such a super clean & convenient hotel… better management for the breakfast would make this hotel so much better!! But, I did appreciate the super clean room!

Continental breakfast was OK; We stayed Monday through Sunday morning. Hot options on buffet were alternated every other day which was OK. Breakfast area was kept clean and restocked at breakfast no matter what time we were there from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Checking was super easy. The room door handles had some quirks about opening properly, but nothing terrible. Hotel was clean and maintained. Room had mini fridge and microwave. beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a tub so I was able to soak after a long day at the hospital. Breakfast was meh - we ate pretty standard breakfast, eggs sausage, waffles, biscuits were too hard to eat, but body was nourished. The price was great. It's next to a Justice facility, but not in a sketchy way - well maintained and safe feeling. Right off interstate and next to gas stations and taco truck across the street. They have the shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower which is nice. What I want to thank them for is the use of the pool. We lost our mom the day we checked in. I saw the pool and we brought up our nieces and nephews to swim - they are elementary aged and it was so nice to see them laugh and have fun after such a hard day losing their grandma. Thank you so much for your kindness allowing them to be there and the extra towels. We finally slept for the 1st time all week.
