Super 8 by Wyndham Paragould

For the price it was what I needed to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was make your own pancakes, reheat frozen sausage egg muffin, fruit or ceral. They were renovating other rooms when I was there.

The only thing, (not that I would have used it) but I thought the page showed a pool, but it was no longer there.

A Super Place to Stay-Folks, for the price point, this is an outstanding value. The AC worked great and the hot water was hot!! My room had been renovated. The self serve breakfast is limited, but great for the price point. It is close to several good places to eat. Easy parking. I would stay again!!

Cigarette burns in the carpet and bed sheets. Something died in the refridgerator because it smelled awful. Beds were hard as a rock. Pretty sure there were also blood stains in the carpet. Swimming pool has been filled in with concrete. Good water pressure, and good pressure. Still not worth $115 a night

What a wonderful time I had. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was nice, the area was quiet and there was plenty of convenient parking. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Paragould.

When I arrived at the motel I was treated like a criminal.The manager Brandi charged me $140 more cash on top of the $161I paid online. She made a point to tell me that the rooms had a sensor in the room to tell them if anyone smokes in the room after telling me it was a non smoking room. I made sure she knew that I am one that follows the rules. There was no pool and they were working on the stairs by our room so we had to walk from one end of the building to the other end carrying my stuff.

Pro: I liked the staff, friendly and prompt. Check in was easy. Lobby was attractive and clean. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and never ran out of hot water. TV worked, liked having the small loveseat, but would have preferred a recliner. (Back problems) Towels were white and fluffy. Microwave and refrigerator worked and were large enough. TV remote worked. Cons: Usually when I stay in a motel (and I do quite often), housekeeping will come in on the second day, make the bed, empty the trash, bring fresh linens, etc. As far as I can tell, housekeeping never even glanced at the room while I was out. There was no TV guide, phone book, notepad, or pen available, nor was I offered any of those things. The bed was still unmade when I came back last night at 10 p.m. after being gone for 14 hours. No fresh towels, no empty trash. I can't comment on breakfast because I don't eat breakfast. I feel that when I stay at a motel, I am paying for housekeeping to freshen up the room on the second day, IF I am staying more than one night. In this case, I stayed 2 nights while attending a conference in the area. Oh, these are a couple very minor annoyances, but the bathroom needed to be swept, and there was visible dust chair legs, and one of the legs on the table was beginning to list to one side pretty good.

I got the hotel expecting a pool but was covered up the bathroom sink keeped clogging, staff was friendly so i give them a 10

Well it was a 2 story hotel with no elevators..i have a hard time with stairs so i was kinda stuck in room when we arrived...there was no mention of no elevator or wouldnt have stayed..the breakfast what there was,was horrible.they had 2 different cerals..they had one apple and a danish.. the fruit juice was so tart...i woulnt ever go there again

The lobby was beautiful and the staff was fantastic, our room wasn't clean tv didn't work, remote didn't work, toilet didn't work, the lock was only half way attached to the door.

Roaches. Had us downsize to a smaller bed and wouldnt even give me a refund

Clean rooms

The property was extremely clean, the staff very professional and the location was perfect for everything we needed to do in Paragould.

Dirty and very noisey. People above us were very noisey early in the morning and at night. Bathtub was gross and the pillows smelled very musty.

Very clean room, the bed was comfortable. Best Super 8 I've stayed in.

Found black mold in the fridge they tried cleaning it and give us the same room and charged us a extra 100 dollars after paying for the room already want worth it don't recommend

The mirror in the room was filthy, the floors were very dirty as our socks were filthy after walking from bed to bathroom. No tissue in the room.

Other than the bathroom tub being dirty and full of scum that was disgusting, but over all the room was great. Thank you. The maid needs to do a better job.

Excellent stay. Staff was very professional and fast. The rooms are HUGE. I honestly was very surprised at the size of the room and bathroom. Valuable, clean, quiet and nice people.

The price was right, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient, but the hotel overall was tired and run down. There were stains on the comforters and chair in the room, and she sheets looked worn out. The streaky mirror made me wonder what else had been poorly cleaned in the room.

The staff was nice, the free breakfast was minimal, the hotel was clean, the only real issue was the bathtub was a little worn.

Plumbing bad

Greeted like a smile and welcome. Didn’t like was the toilet was loose like about to fall off the wax ring every time it was sat on. Bolts need tightened or replaced. Great bed and mostly quiet.

Tv did not work. Staff had to attempt 3 different remotes before it worked then had to use 2 separate remotes to get it to turn on/off and adjust volume and a different one to change channels. Pillows were too hard to sleep on. Had to pay a $100 damage deposit which I’m not sure has yet been credited to our bank acct.

Romms were a great bargain. Recently renovated and would highly recommend if you are in the areea

Well, I couldn’t stay stay there because my ID showed that I lived in that city which I’m not sure why you’re not not allowed to rent a room from the city. I moved away several months ago and I came back for a visit to family, but I wasn’t able to stay there because my license has not been changed yet and had to prove just to me so I drove all the way there about four hours and had no place to stay. Luckily I was able to get a room at another place that city

I felt safe. Staff were very friendly! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Got locked out of my room all day and couldn’t get an employee to assist us. Meanwhile they were hiding in the side room where we could clearly see them. Meanwhile all our warm clothes and medicine was locked in the room which we couldn’t get into

A tornado was coming though the area. I want to the lobby area to stay. I was told I had go back to my room. The lobby was only open to checking in guests in only. They don't Care about guests safety at all. There was no plan or anything to keep guests stay during weather like this. They don't care

You all surprised me with a $100 deposit when I went to check in. I checked out yesterday morning and don't have my money back yet. It wouldn't have been a problem if I had warning in advance. Maybe it was buried in the fine print. I hope it was worth it, because you've lost my business and my trust.

Canceled. There was nothing on the site stating they charge a deposit. When we got to the hotel the wanted a $100 deposit. That needs to be on the site page.

When I arrive to check in the girl at front desk said I didn’t have a reservation .i waited outside for 20 min till she find my reservation and to come back and say there was no reservation under my name I asked her and showed my reservation number that was given to me when i reserved the room she started she couldn’t find and and i asked her can i speak to a manger was told by her they was on vacation but she was talking to the manager on the phone but I couldn’t speak to them ..she canceled my reservation without my notice and she said i had to get another room elsewhere ..so I reserved another room else where where the hotel was very poor run with bed bug and no working air and a bad smell once u walked in the hotel ..I will never go to this hotel and make a reservation to be told they couldn’t find my reservation..never got a call back from hotel manager . I will never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel after I was treated very bad ..hotel manager should be care who they hire ..I give this hotel a bad service and no recommendation no one has try to make this right nor hotel manager or hotel.com

Location was good for our route of travel, price of room was too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Rooms were not horrible but not as clean and updated as they should be for the price we paid.

Bed was comfy, TV & AC worked as should. Shower had good pressure & it was within walking distance of Walmart. The manager was on sight & knowledgeable & polite. If ever in Paragould again, this is where I'll stay.

The rooms are large and nice especially for the price point of the room. The morning breakfast sandwiches were surprisingly good

quiet location, clean amenities, many options for the continental breakfast.

The room was excellent. very clean. This was the second time we stayed at this motel. Breakfast is light years beyond what we had a few months ago.

Breakfast selection was very limited and poor. Other than that. Rooms were clean and staff was professional and polite.

The staff was great. The rooms need attention. Not a negative Nancy here but there was black mold in the room (and the room we were moved to after the first room). There were also hamdprints on the mirror and not sure what was on the walls. Our neighbor’s muffin (individually wrapped) from the breakfast was very moldy. Again, staff was great and obviously couldn’t help the room condition but ownership needs to address some things before I would recommend staying here.
