I checked in on Friday, May 8th, and immediately inspected the room and bed. The sheets were absolutely disgusting and clearly had not been properly cleaned. I notified the front desk right away, but I was told housekeeping was unavailable at the time. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no manager was on site. I requested a different room because the condition of the bed was unacceptable, but my request was denied. I was extremely upset, especially since I was in town for a college graduation and expected a clean, comfortable stay. Eventually, the sheets were changed, but the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will never stay at this location again, and I will be contacting corporate regarding this issue.

AC struggled a bit but we did fine. Breakfast service was disappointing. Thinking were empty, no rush to keep up with guests needs. No coffee cups till asked. Rough when you are hungry and need to get going down the road.
