Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pine Bluff

Late arriving because there was a double homicide next door and had to wait for cops to let us turn. When I checked in the lady helping me was watching a live stream about the shooting. Said it happened a lot but usually not next door. Only one person in the lobby at a time so had to wait outside for my turn. The parking lot was a zoo with people partying. I paid for an upgraded king suite and what I got was a room with a nasty hot tub in the middle of the room. The toilet was dirty )black streaks in the bowl).,the bedspread was threadbare and The carpet was coming up. No kidding, was so bad that we left immediately, paid through hotel.com so couldn’t get my money back. Had to pay for another hotel in a better part of town. To make it even worse in the short time we were in the room my wife got bug bites up and down her legs. I wouldnt book this hotel again

The manager and staff are INCREDIBLY RUDE. I made reservations for others in my group and chose “pay at the property “. They charged my card at noon, check in is at 3p and refused to reverse charge and let the others pay for their own room. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The rooms stunk, the towels were stained and dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had the worst experience at the Days inn and suites by Wyndham(the name is laughable)in Pine Bluff AR. We were not even able to stay here. The rooms were disgusting. There were bugs in the bed and what appeared to be blood. Mind you this is what I could see with the little light I had. One working light in the room and the room smelled like something had died in it. They were rude and Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this building. The 30 mins I spent on this experience was the worst customer service experience of my life. Also they refused to give a refund even after Hotels.com tried. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!
