The Lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was very nice. We reserved a suite with hot tub for 2 days. Once we got to the room there was on a half of roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, I had to purchase something to clean the scum and mildew from the hot tub. There was blunt roach paper and weed stims on the nightstand, condom wrapper by the bed. There was only 2 towels in a suite with a hot tub and couldn't get anymore until the housekeeping came by but never seen a housekeeper. We even took our dirty towels to the front desk to get some clean ones and they couldn't do that . To use the hot tub you have to call the front desk to have them turn it on. So we wasn't able to actually enjoy the hot tub but 1 of our nights because there was no answer at the office. We will NEVER stay there again and don't recommend anyone else stay there either. They need to get some new management or go back to their management training.

It advertised pool it wasn’t open and the breakfast was 3 English muffins with nothing to go on them cereal no milk coffee that we don’t drink. You can’t get into the office because the door is always locked. There were bugs in the bathroom and roach crawling across the counter. Needless to say we won’t be going back

The room we were booked into was horribley dirty. The loves ear had huge stains on it, when we lifted the cushions there were rips, dirt and creepy crawly things all over. The bed had dirty linens- sheets, pillow cases, bedspread and mattress pad. Bedspread had cigarette burns al over it. Bathtub was dirty and when you sat on the toilet it nearly tipped over. Floors were dirty. We couldn’t imagine staying there with such conditions so we just left. Do not stay in this dump!

The heater didn’t work, moved rooms, the toilet didn’t flush, moved rooms AGAIN and it smelled like cigarettes and there were burn holes in the linens. The girl at the desk was very accommodating and helpful and apologized profusely.

This was horrible. The staff was rude. The bathroom had roaches. The shower was clearly not cleaned prior to my arrival, it had hair all in it. Had a pillowcase that was stained. Room definitely wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival.

This place was absolutely horrific and I took pictures of the room, showed them to the manager which revealed blood stains on the wall and bed, blinking lights, a dirty sink and toilet. The floor was atrocious and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I went to the manager and he refused to offer me a refund. I contacted Days In and they also refused me a refund because the manager did not check me out of the room although I literally turned the key in after I took the photos. .

It wasn't the best hotel, and the management didn't care about my problem I had the two days I was there. They tried to tell us that they were full, but we could tell that was a lie. Every night and morning the parking lot was empty as we returned or when we left out for the day. Our toilet ran the whole time we were there and their answer to fixing it was to close the bathroom door instead of fixing it or moving us like we asked. One of the front desk staffers was really rude as we were waiting in the lobby with question.

Dirty. Towels were dirty, bedding gross, furniture broken, bathtub/ shower had a hole in it. Loud guests all night. Bed was like a rock and bedding had a strange smell. The bed itself was so high I could barely jump into it. The pillows were the worse ever.

First they wouldn’t change my dates . So I had to pay for 1 night that I didn’t stay then I go to eat the free breakfast that they advertise and the waffle machine is dirty and also out of waffle mix. The juice is out and the milk is spoiled . I go to the front desk and the owner states we can’t refill any thing . Once it is out it’s out. No more. It was 8:00 it states 6:00 - 9:00 am. And he was really rude about the whole situation. Will never stay at any Days Inn again.

This hotel gave my room away with no notification. Christa was rude and not accommodating and no effort was made to get me another room. I was told the card I used wouldnt work but no call, email or any notifcation was given to me that there was a problem. They also gave several of my other friends rooms away also with no notification. This was supposed to be a guaranteed booking and a pay at hotel upon arrival.

The lady at the fro t desk was awesome, but the guy that came to check the ac that was broke was rude, accused us of breaking it, then yelled at me because he was on the phone and i was trying to speak to the desk lady. I do not recommend this place at all.

Upon arrival I notice trash in stairway.I was never informed there would be no maid servie for my entire stay.They puy up a sign later.Breakfast Juice nachine was out order of 2days.Had to go down to desk and ask for clean towel (clerk was really redue before he would give me two towels.The room smelled some fixtures dd not work.checking anotger guest and they showed him the ,he never seen the sign also.You need to drop hotel fro your chain.That hotek is lower than Motel 6 I will never stay at pig pen again

The area is very unsafe! I was woken up at 11:30 am by a fight outside our room. It went on until 1:30 am. The people kept knocking on our hotel door. It was scary! I was afraid if I called the front desk the people would retaliate so did not. Not sure they would have done anything because there were about 30 people in the parking lot. No restaurants around and lots of vacant buildings all around. In the morning I woke up to 2 police cars in the parking lot talking to some people.

The place was close to the venue we went to. Located on a busy street, but war plugs worked well. The room was truly non smoking. Bed was too high, but bedding was clean. We were located on ground floor which was nice. Would have been nice to gave some peanut butter or jelly for english muffin. Stay was good. Will stay again next year if we go that way. Thanks

Easy for a quick stop to sleep but not satisfying! At least the sheets seemed clean. The area is run down, the rooms were nice enough to stay in but I would CHOOSE it as a destination. Front desk manager Christy was nice and helpful.

Hotel was ok, the room wasn’t very clean, the beds were clean though. The bathroom was dirty. I cleaned it before we used it. The restaurants near by were all closed down and run down besides one, you had to drive up the road about a mile to get to one that wasn’t. The pool was green and couldn’t be used. Got to breakfast about 7 and there was toast, cereal, coffee, and waffle maker. There wasn’t any options.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Staff unfriendly. We thought Days Inn was a safe bet. Bit was sorely mistaken. Town stinks to high heaven and very unsafe feeling. Keep driving or pick the best western.

Closed breakfast before 9am because nobody was coming so we didn't get our breakfast, doors were licked at all times so you couldnt even enter the lobby, very shabby, rundown part of town, motel was ok but atea around it was questionable

First they wouldn’t change my dates . So I had to pay for 1 night that I didn’t stay then I go to eat the free breakfast that they advertise and the waffle machine is dirty and also out of waffle mix. The juice is out and the milk is spoiled . I go to the front desk and the owner states we can’t refill any thing . Once it is out it’s out. No more. It was 8:00 it states 6:00 - 9:00 am. And he was really rude about the whole situation. Will never stay at any Days Inn again.

The front desk worker was not customer focused. Hard to understand and unsure he was comprehending my questions. Alerted him of standing water in bathroom upon arrival- did nothing- asked my husband if he overflowed the toilet. The carpet was so nasty that it ruined my husband’s socks. His feet were so dirty the white wash rag was brown after washing them. The loveseat had gross stains and rips. The T V would freeze so it was unwatchable. The breakfast was make your own waffle, cereal or toast. There is a Rally across the street and a McDonalds to the west. Sirens went by multiple times during the overnight stay.

The hot water didn't work in the shower. The room itself had a funny smell, like mildew. My boys ran around with bare feet in the room and their feet turned black with dirt. The breakfast was very limited and they ran out of most everything by 8 am.

I went to the lobby to get bathroom paper with my Service dog and the young man immediately told me that dogs are not allowed. I said, he's a Service dog. He said still no dogs allowed. I asked did he know what a service animal means? He responded saying No, I don't understand. I asked him to look it up. Then, I came in the next morning at 8:50 am and the doors were locked into the entrance. I had to talk to that person through a glass window. I was there for breakfast and breakfast had already been broken down before 9:00. If you advertise breakfast until 9:00, then breakfast until 9:00. I pleaded with her for to just let me get some dry cereal. The desk clerk said, "No, once everything is put away it's put away until the next day". Well that was very inconsiderate and no hospitality. Training is a must. Also, I have another issue that's very concerning and I will not share with the public.

It advertised pool it wasn’t open and the breakfast was 3 English muffins with nothing to go on them cereal no milk coffee that we don’t drink. You can’t get into the office because the door is always locked. There were bugs in the bathroom and roach crawling across the counter. Needless to say we won’t be going back

Nasty room, dirty nasty wet carpet and furniture. Dirty, falling apart bathroom and sinks. No toilet paper or kleenex. Ac is vintage with a smell of old animal pee and mold mixed together to add to the pleasantry. We arrived late, tired and didn't feel like dealing with the clerk. Some people blasted music in the middle of the night. Almost suffocated in it within 7 hrs. Only simple cereal and waffles for breakfast, i feel severly overcharged. Woul NoT recommend it. 1 star is too much for the hotel.
