The amanaties such as curtains, lights and toilet were in bad shape. Curtains did not close. I had to improvise a clip to keep them shut. Light near the chase chair was unsafe. There were no vending machines anywhere on property.

This hotel is old and poorly maintained. Hot tub was out of order. The pool was not heated way to cold to swim in. The bathroom tub was band-aided together with silicone which was peeling off every time you had a shower. You had to request your room to be cleaned. When room cleaning was requested the sheets weren't changed, the the bathroom toilet was never cleaned nor was the room vacuumed. For the breakfasts you had to ask for milk and it was hit and miss if yogurt was available. I would never stay in a Quality Inn ever again.

When we first arrived I asked if the jacuzzi worked. Front desk said yes but it did not work. Are room the AC /Heater had a buzzing sound all night. The toilet did not flush right. I'm glad we only stayed at that hotel for one night. The next night we moved hotels.

The staff was very nice ease of checking in and out! Room was failrly clean a few spots of mold. The property however really needs maintained! Exposed wiring around the hot tub, a supporting beam for the stairs was almoat rusted through. Needs a good coat of paint around the pool, and propwr pool chairs. It was in general disaray, but the room was comforta le and moatly clean. We had a nice grtaway

The only positive thing I can say about this stay is the beds were comfortable, but everything else was horrible and I would recommend anyone else literally avoid this property. It was dirty and completely lacked upkeep. For example, a piece of crown molding had come off above the closet, and it was literally just tossed into the closet and the part of wall left exposed was full of nails sticking out. The spout on the tub was halfway off, barely being held to the wall with some sort of super glue. The AC unit sounded like it was breaking, and although it was luckily running cold air, it woke us up throughout the night due to noise. There was mold in the bathroom, as well as completely gross things on the walls as if they are never wiped down; the bathroom had bloody snot or something on the wall by the trash can.

This hotel should honestly be shut down!!! This is the filthiest hotel I have ever been in! Absolutely disgusting! I honestly don’t know if the room had even been cleaned from whoever stayed there previously. There was hair left on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub, the toilet had feces left in it, the water wouldn’t drain in the bath tub and the sheets were dirty. If it would not have been a 2 am arrival time we would have left immediately! I have never slept in a bed fully clothed including my socks but like they say there’s a first time for everything! In the morning I walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of my socks were blackened. We notified the front desk and were offered another room but this entire property is so old and run down complete with furniture that was stained and so filthy the arms on the chairs are black that we didn’t think it would make much of a difference. Upon departure we advised that we would not be returning for our 2nd night and asked to speak to the manager. We were told that they were not on site and just come and go when they feel like it. WHAT??? Don’t waste your time or money booking here! We drove into town a few more miles for our 2nd night and for $22 more stayed at the Radisson, it was like being at a 5 star resort compared to this dump!

Comfortable bed and clean restroom outdated shower faucets old and need fixing. Leaking and hard to adjust worn out faucet and toilet stained needs replacement. TV remote not programmed to tv because we were told Maintenance took all the room tvs to replace batteries hence none syncing to the TV have to use tv buttons LOL!!

The night we arrived , I asked called the front desk to let her know our TV wasn’t working. She came to help out but couldn’t figure it out herself. All night we weren’t able to watch the TV. Around 3 you could also hear people talking very loud outside the hallway . Bad experience

good price not dirty but extremely old and broken iron and t.v. broken ends on furniture and mouldings. Needs a make over no A/C on in room when we got there and it was 112° So technically it worked but it was hours before the room cooled down. not very soundproof people upstairs having party after 1am. i dont think we will go back.

I was Given Room 208. Checking in at 7:30 pm I went to bed. I decided I would watch TV to unwind. The TV did not work, so I went to sleep. I woke up at 6:45 and tried to Brew a cup of Coffee. I tried to take a shower, and the water did not work. When I checked in I was told I had the last room. I am surprised that they would give this substandard room to a Hotels.com client. When I returned to the check in area to check out, the Gentleman behind the counter was not really interested in my complaints, as he was preoccupied with whatever he was listening to with his Headsets, which he never removed. There are plenty of reputable Hotels in Casa Grande, I will never stay in a, “ Poor Quality Inn,” under any circumstances again.

Staff actually listened to my request! I am up there in years (75) and had a leg injury, but had to travel with two 50-pound dogs. Staff made sure I had a first floor room close to a very nice dog area … it certainly made my stay easier and enjoyable.

We woke up with a flat tire, so the hotel staff help us to get help and allow us to stay a little bit longer at the room with no extra charge while our tire was getting changed. Thank you for everything my family and I really appreciate it!

I have to say when we made our reservation online we made it for the wrong date. When we got there the lady who helped us was amazing. We had our mother with us who is dealing with Alzheimer’s. The lady who helped us took care of us and she made sure that we got mom to a room asap.

The reception went well. The rooms are comfortable, updated, and clean. The common area and pool are pleasant. I think this is a good value compared to other brand to value options and would stay again. This Quality Inn is on the main drag but it’s not noisy, it’s a bit back from the main drag behind Denny’s. Many shopping and dining options are nearby.

The place looked like it had not been updated in years. They turned the water off at 8am without notice. No one working front desk for checkout. The free breakfast was very undesirable. Will not be back.

We thought that this was a hotel. It looks like an old motel six that was redone. The floors were kind of dirty. At least the beds were clean. There wasn’t any crazy bugs in there except for ants. It looks like the door was broken down by the police and it looks like they upgraded the floors and everything but it was improperly installed so the floors are like floating and we booked this in an emergency because our electricity went out for over 12 hours and it was 111° and the AC here barely worked. We had to keep it on 61 all night because it didn’t go lower than 61 and it finally got cool in the room at 5 AM and we left at 930. We didn’t try the breakfast, but other than that the staff were very friendly and great customer service.

We didn’t have time to eat the breakfast but the newly remodeled rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. AC worked great . The door to out room was a little stuck , but that’s it . The front desk and staff were very polite and super kind . We would stay here again . Our in laws live very close .

Our biggest complaint for our room was getting in the door! The door stuck every time and I had to have both arms free each time to muscle in the door - not to safe when you come back late at night. Supposedly they are fixing them next week. Breakfast was okay, would have liked some fresh fruit (other than an apple) maybe a little more variety - most days was scrambled eggs, potatoes and either bacon or sausage. Maybe some strawberries or whip cream for the waffles. The room was clean but the property is undergoing restoration so a lot of supplies in parking lot, the outside is not as clean due to renovations. We never even saw the pool so I can't comment on that.
