I thought the property was very nice. The breakfast was good. The pool area was very nice. It is very convenient to Old Town Cottonwood and not that far from Sedona. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Great property for all. Restaurant was very good and free breakfast was good. Lots of parking and it felt safe. The only issue we had was the hot tub was cool and the jets were not working properly (water bubbling all over). Im sure they would have fixed it by now.

The hotel is realistically more motel than hotel. The room doors face externally. There are 2 buildings with rooms and a main building with the lobby, breakfast, banquet hall, and small restaurant/bar. It’s important to note there is not an elevator to the second floor. You must climb outside stairs to access your room. Rooms are really nice. Lots of space. The refrigerator is larger than what you expect to find in a hotel. Everything was incredibly clean and new. The included breakfast is in the main building, is quite a small space, and just ok. We went the first day and opted for another option after that. The swimming pool and hot tub areas were nice. We didn’t use it but there were a few families that here during our stay. It was quiet, guests were respectful and staff friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.

It was pet friendly, although the surrounding landscaping is typical desert gravel, there is a small artificial turf area for dog relief. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet and the breakfast was great with waffles, eggs and sausage and more. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast lady.

There wasn’t much right about this place. Room was horrible and nothing like the pictures. Water barely trickled out of sink. You get a quarter size piece of soap for sink. Heater is noisy. Little black things all over sheets. We left early and told front desk but never able to speak to manager. The breakfast buffet there was a homeless person taking food from buffet and touching everything. It was just awful…

When we enter in our room, we noticed that bed sheets are covered with hairs. I saw 3 hair ball on one bed and 2 on other. I saw one staff had a dog and he didn’t pickup after his dog dumped just in front of our room. I know he is staff as he gave us towels after sometime on request.

I was surprised how it had such great reviews. It was dated and not clean. The shower has multiple hairs in it and the water pressure was just above a trickle. Sheets and towels were old and smelled like bleach. It was like staying at a low rated Best Western Quality Inn, but pricier. Cleaning staff were parked outside my door at 9:00, but no rush!

It was a nice motel, great price. The sheet was well used and had a small rip and the pillow wasn't very comfortable but it was clean and the bed itself was comfortable. The room walls were thin so wasn't very quiet but it wasn't too loud either. Our room wasn't in the main building but we still felt safe. Also the rooms came with a mini fridge and microwave 😊

Not a fan. One, I think the room was originally designed as a suite, with a shared door with the room next to us - and we hear everything. Two, No one was at the front desk when we checkin, or checkout. No one answered the call either. We waited around 20min for someone to show up at 9PM.

From the front desk with Edward to the room staff and the breakfast staff, all were pleasant, smiling and friendly. Clean room, nice bedding, well kept pool with a lounge area. And as a bonus, a full service authentic Italian restaurant and bar on site with affordable prices and tasty and generous portions. Attentive and friendly wait staff. Close to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here.

Loved everything but the breakfast choices. White bread, wheat bread and a plate of unwrapped stale donuts! The bagels were not cut in half so they didn’t fit in the toaster. The juice and coffee machines not not fit were jammed in a corner so one slow person could affect everyone else. The waffle machine was a mess with drips and cooked pieces all over. This breakfast area did not belong in such a nice hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had a pet so it is an extra $25 per pet per night. But the room we stay in showed no sign that previous pets that had stayed in the room. No stains or smell the breakfast was good. They served fresh waffles, with scrambled eggs and sausage.

From the front desk with Edward to the room staff and the breakfast staff, all were pleasant, smiling and friendly. Clean room, nice bedding, well kept pool with a lounge area. And as a bonus, a full service authentic Italian restaurant and bar on site with affordable prices and tasty and generous portions. Attentive and friendly wait staff. Close to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here.

I love the staff at the Lux Verde! They truly go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction! The sweet gal who checked is on made sure we knew the local haunts thar are exceptional, and she was not wrong! The property was very clean, our room was quiet and comfortable. Thank you Lux Verde, we will see you again!

This was the nicest hotel we could find for the price. It was remodeled and looks good from the outside, and the restaurant area was very nice and upgraded the hotel room, however was pretty good except our front door opened on its own and the air conditioner was extremely loud and didn’t seem to get much cooler. The refrigerator to the mini bar did not shut so there was water on the floor and my food got ruined. We had to put a chair against it to keep it closed. Everything else was nice except the toilet seat looked like it was from the 1940s. Not sure how that was the way it was, but it wasn’t great.
