Super cute and clean. Loved everything about it. Patio area for sitting outside was nice. The room had convenient plugs on the nightstands for phones. Convenient location to shops and restaurants. Only "difficult" part is parking. There is a lot behind the hotel but not dedicated to this hotel and was full when we got there. We parked somewhere else and later on, moved the car. So it worked out. Will stay here again for sure!!!

Loved! So clean and charming. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference, night lights, a wealth of electrical plugs next to the bed, coffee room with lots of choices, no yucky carpet, fridge and microwave, walkable to stores and restaurants. Stayed in many hotels on my trip and this was a standout.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was clean, liked the coffee maker, that was different. huge selection of KPODs and it was in the coffee room, instead of your room.

Easy access from back parking lot. Lovely patio with fountain. The STARBUCKS coffee machine was an added delight. They even had the needed corkscrew in the room. Quiet & comfortable. This inn is right near everything in Cottonwood.

The rooms are completely updated and very nice. No Exterior lights leading to the rooms so it is extremely dark and dangerous at night. The stairs leading to the rooms are extremely steep so extreme caution is necessary especially when coming back to the room after dark

Very convenient location for shopping and dining. Parking leaves something to be desired, as does the extremely steep stone staircase leading upstairs. Scary!

Very nice place! Everything was clean and seemed freshly renovated. I felt safe as a solo female traveler and I would gladly stay again. The owner of the hotel, KB, is very nice.

I absolutely loved this place. Everything was super clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was tiny but it was CLEAN and everything was great. Great location. I will definitely be back. 12/10!

Have stayed here numerous times throughout the years and each time we have enjoyed our stay. The rooms are small but functional, wifi works well, courtyard is beautiful, Starbucks coffee machine has great coffee at no charge, and you can walk up and down the Historic downtown without getting in a car. We'll be back!

Truthfully, The iron horse inn was terrible. The room was nothing like the pictures. I'm sure the used that app that help see how it would look with furniture and what not. The bed made squeaky noises. A/C took hours to cool down. Towels had brown stains. I could go on but what for. I hope the owner puts more effort in getting new towels and better beds. Sorry but not sorry.

Everything was perfect except the bed was a little uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just the room we stayed. Other than that parking is free, and 24hour complimentary , coffee/tea room (self serve). We will stay here again, and maybe try another room to see if the beds are different.

The Iron Horse is old but nicely updated. Close to shopping, wine tasting, and several breweries. The rooms are around a courtyard that people party in and it gets loud. Posted no noise after 10:00PM but is not enforced.

Although it was quite hot, the a/c in the unit and ceiling fan kept the room quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and tv performed well. Appreciated the fridge and unlimited coffee in the morning. We always use the 10% discount at breakfast and loved our waiter at the Red Rooster.

The bed was horrible. It sqeaked everytime you would move a little bit. We left one day early because of it and still paid. Such a disappointment.

This is a lovely boutique hotel that is extremely clean and has the most comfortable beds and all the amenities of 5 star larger hotel chains. The location is in the best walkable location of Old Cottonwood for shopping, great restaurants, a brewery, and wine tastings.

Lovely check-in experience! The place is absolutely wonderful, comfortable, clean! Side note - the parking is in an alley in the back and not marked so when you see a place that looks like the back of a strips mall, you’re in the right place. 😄. Overall amazing experience.

Traveling with a group of 8 and introduced them to the Iron Horse. Fantastic location and loved the courtyard. The staff were not very helpful or friendly at any point but we would still stay here again.

Initially there was confusion, some of it my fault, but Debbie did her due diligence to fix it. Upon Final check out however I was charged 3 times for one night that had to be charged separately. As it stands I am still owed one of the payments charged in error.

Our email prior to checking in said that we had paid already, since we had made these arrangements months ago, we really didn’t remember if we did . When we went to check our email, the clerk at the hotel was very rude - saying that the email just said that because we held our room with our credit card and that she wasn’t charging us twice. I didn’t appreciate her tone. I think, first that the email should not have said paid, and maybe should say pending. The other issue I had was that someone tried to use a key to open my door while I was inside my room! I opened the door and they had already walked back down the stairs. I told the desk clerk and she brushed it off. I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

This hotel is charming and comfortable, and located in a wonderful spot. From here we can walk to restaurants and shops, and to the hiking paths next to the Verde River. We'll stay here every time we're in Cottonwood, because there's still a lot to explore.

I wish I had known about this place sooner!! Cottonwood is a lovely town about 30 minutes from Sedona. This hotel was right on Main Street and everything was within walking distance. Had a lovely dinner at Nick’s too!!

I wish I had known about this place sooner!! Cottonwood is a lovely town about 30 minutes from Sedona. This hotel was right on Main Street and everything was within walking distance. Had a lovely dinner at Nick’s too!!

Loved! So clean and charming. Sometimes it’s the little things that make a difference, night lights, a wealth of electrical plugs next to the bed, coffee room with lots of choices, no yucky carpet, fridge and microwave, walkable to stores and restaurants. Stayed in many hotels on my trip and this was a standout.

Although it was quite hot, the a/c in the unit and ceiling fan kept the room quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and tv performed well. Appreciated the fridge and unlimited coffee in the morning. We always use the 10% discount at breakfast and loved our waiter at the Red Rooster.

The rooms are very well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Staff members were amazing, providing local recommendations and making sure everything was to our liking throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the Starbucks coffee and extra waters. Thank you!

Cute hotel in old town Cottonwood. Great location to park and walk. Room was comfy, although the bathroom felt like a cruise ship bathroom. Our room was over a walkway so it was fairly noisy. But the courtyard is very nice and quaint.

Easy access from back parking lot. Lovely patio with fountain. The STARBUCKS coffee machine was an added delight. They even had the needed corkscrew in the room. Quiet & comfortable. This inn is right near everything in Cottonwood.

Nicely renovated historic place with a nice courtyard. Room was nice. Staff was great. There are no amenities such as a pool, breakfast, snacks, vending machines. There was a room for coffee or cocoa, but the hot water did not work the day we were there. It was no big deal for us as we were heading to breakfast anyway, but that was our only real issue. This is an old property so don't expect luxury. But a great place and a great price.

Cool place. Easy access to coffee and ice. The front desk steered us to a great restaurant for dinner, Belfrey Brewery. Room was clean, compact but not closed in feeling. We enjoyed our stay
