There was a lot of bugs coming in. Don't know where they were coming in but they were like Beatles. Could be a little bit cleaner a lot of dust. Also curtains were all ripped up. We even changed rooms due to the fact the bathroom was all tore up and bugs in the drawer.

This was leg 2 of a 4 leg honeymoon for my new wife and me and we have stayed at this property multiple times prior. Unfortunately, this time was not like all of the rest. We got into town early and arrived to the hotel to see if there was a possibility of an early check in. The person working the front desk was very pleasant and helpful stating out room was not ready yet but we can check in any time until 3am so if we wanted to go out for dinner to not worry about getting back at a specific time and our room will be waiting for us. When we got back to the hotel it was about 10pm, there was another traveler checking in so while standing in line we were summoned to a check in kiosk that had never been present before. It was very impersonal, difficult to hear and understand the individual on the screen,I had to hold my license to a screen (which made me uncomfortable) plus it took several times to get a valid picture of my license. It took much longer to get checked than normal. Once we got up to our room and began unpacking, we realized the lack of maintenance and care to the room. Furnishings were visibly worn and in need of replacement, paint chipped and missing on walls and doors, light flashing in refrigerator, bathroom fixtures replaced but not repainted, ACs running very loudly especially when compressor kicks on and the Jacuzzi would run for approximately 10 minutes then shut off. There were so many other issues but not enough space to participate. We won't be back.

Property is old. Dog friendly is the only positive thing about this property. Dog poop trash was overfilled with bags of dog poop. Trash in grassy areas for dogs. Room needs repair: paint peeling from walls, paint so thick on bathroom door, it was barely able to open/close, broken towel rack, water leaking from shower head, hot/cold water labeled incorrectly in shower, carpet shredded. Room was dirty: walls had unknown splatter marks, desk chair was stained, dead fly smashed on bathroom ceiling, bench/ottoman was stained/soiled. Room smelled musty. Only two bath towels, bath mat, and one washcloth provided. Requested additional towels in the morning, which we never received and much later in the afternoon, went to office to ask for more and finally given two additional towels and then two hand towels. Bedding was clean and beds were comfortable but would be scared to look at bare mattress or pillows. Housecleaning entered room way before 1100AM checkout. Only two buttons worked on TV remote. Witnessed extremely poor customer service with two other hotel guests while in lobby upon check-in and when asking for towels. Also, weird virtual check-in that was loud and disruptive to other guests in the lobby. Room had strong odor. Would not stay here again. Would never recommend.

Staff were friendly The amenities were not great a lot of chairs around pool broken and worn. The grounds were dingy and litter everywhere as well as transients are abundant as well as the drug deals going on. The doors constantly get stuck and the staff doesn't care that the property has people dealing dope out of the rooms
