The breakfast buffet looked so amazing, but I did not partake....this time! LOL Just started a new workout/eating routine.. however, I did use the gym everyday and it was a really nice gym to use! I was super impressed! There were chocolate chip cookies in the lobby during certain times, it was very clean, they had water bottle water dispensers, the cleaning staff was very nice and the pool area was well used by everyone and looked phenomenal! Very clean and well kept! Rooms had coffee maker, micro and fridge... PERFECT for me! Desk staff was nice and the little snack bar in the lobby looked well stocked! Will definitely stay there again! Great location!!!

It was mediocre. Our tub did not drain it was plugged. Beds hard. Their “hot tub” was Not hot at all. Nice pool but was ice cold no one swam in it. Liked the daily breakfast except the eggs were cold. These are easy things to fix, to get a better rating.

We booked the hotel for the kids to swim around, but upon arrival we got notified that the pool has been closed and hot tub closed as well. Noone notified us about that prior to our arrival or upon booking, the manager said only their main website has this information, but if booked through third party such as Expedia, they too bad, they don’t share this information. Sad and ruined joy for kids.

Everything was great except the fact that I booked this hotel for the hot tub. I’d been driving for 12 hours and was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub after checking in, but the hot tub was closed for remodel.

The amount of chlorine in the jacuzzi was almost toxic.. it took 3 days to get chlorine off our skins, our bathing suits got discolored completely (ruined 200 dollars worth of suits).. Dirty bandaids outside of pool area. But!! Everything else was super clean!

I’ll start by saying that we’ll never consider this destination again. Upon entering our room we noticed several beetles crawling on and near an outdoor access door-frame. I gathered (squashed) them and flushed them. We placed a towel along the lower area of the door as we could see daylight. The next morning things seemed ok until the weather warmed and the beetles returned. I went to the front desk and ask for assistance in eliminating the insects. They acted surprised that there were bugs. When they came to the courtyard door they saw 100’s of these beetles and offered a new room. We accepted the offer for a third floor room high away from the bugs. That next room had a “cleaning agent” smell that even with airing out overnight with an open window did not eliminate. We complained about that and were then offered a third room. No bugs, no odors but this one a finicky lock that would sometimes fail to open without assistance from someone inside. Other guests must have complained as well because we noticed some 24hrs after our initial insect complaints that they were finally spraying for the bugs. One would think that upon killing 100’s +++ of bugs with insecticide that maintenance would clean up the dead bugs. They did not. Two days later the bugs still lay dead along the walls and doorway entrances. We were offered zero concessions but at least they offered new rooms!! As you might guest it’s not fun changing rooms after settling.

I like many guest who stay in hotels, rely on wifi to work from. This place had the worst wifi I've ever experienced. I had to connect to my phones hotspot which wasn't much better to work. The parking was so limited. The staff were allowing cars with trailers to take up to 4-5 spots, and a few cars were double parked. We told the staff and they told us to park across the street. Which was up a hill and totally inconvenient. The front desk wouldn't take cash to make purchases of drinks, and the candy was old and turning white. The breakfast wasn't anything special either. I wouldn't stay here again. If they had better internet I'd be a lot more forgiving.

The Hotel and rooms are beautiful! Offering spacious clean rooms with a nice decor; making our stay very pleasurable. The beds are very comfortable which guarantees a good night’s rest. There’s a walking-path we took from the hotel into Boulder Pointe that was streamlined with beautiful trees! Round trip is 5 1/2 miles. Trees! Trees! Trees! Consisting of Pines, Aspens and Myrtle Trees. Absolutely stunning!

Beautiful hotel. Clean large rooms. Breakfast choices were fine. My only problem was that the heater in the room didn’t work and it got very cold at night. A mechanic came and tried to fix it. He came back with an entire new unit but it was too late to start such a large project. We got two quilts from housekeeping. It was very a disappointing and uncomfortable way to end our vacation.

It was excellent the Staff and the room and the breakfast was really good and I would like to thank Victoria that check us in and then calling to make sure we got to the room and make sure we were happy with it and if there was anything we needed very sweet young lady . Check in was super fast by using the link before arriving. Staff was helpful. Hotel was nestled among the trees -close to NAU but away from traffic noise. Hotel breakfast was typical continental style choices. Bed was a little hard for my liking but the rest of my family was fine. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. I would recommend to a friend.

I love this property, really enjoy staying here. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean. It is very walkable to go get something to eat, they have a kohls next door. Highly recommend this hotel.

We love this property and stay here any time we are driving through Arizona. They are: Great about pets Comfy bed (not the best, but not the worst) Clean, nicely updated bathroom Great breakfast Dining options nearby that are walkable Near the freeway, but not right next to it Rooms are large with nice views. Very comfortable - highly recommend!

Another great stay at an LQ! Friendly, helpful and professional staff made it a pleasure to be there. The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast always delicious. It was ideally located for all the numerous attractions Flagstaff has to offer. I’ve already booked the next trip there!

Wonderful hotel, walking distance to restaurants and college. Quiet, comfortable and great breakfast with waffles and eggs. Staff accommodated our requests for a room in a quiet area as I am a light sleeper.

The room was in good condition. The breakfast was horrible! I think you need to change it up a bit. The only fresh fruit was oranges that were over a week old. Try a little hash browns. Definitely more cut up fruit. Staff was very nice. Love the location. Bathroom needs more washcloths.

Great stay! Room was clean and spacious. Included breakfast was above average. Only downside was the too-soft beds but the staff told us that the beds are in the process of being replaced. In a nice area of Flagstaff.

We have stayed at this LaQuinta several times. It is convenient to downtown Flagstaff and many food options. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with several pillow options. The bathrooms are big enough and modern. The breakfast is good, but not great. They don’t offer brewed decaf coffee which most places do.

I've stayed at this La Quinta a few times. It seems to be slowly going downhill. This visit was for three nights when visiting the Flagstaff area. The front desk staff are exceptional and the service is good. The room was okay. The bed was moderately comfortable (I realize that is subjective). The A/C Unit worked, but would get VERY loud within 2-3 minutes. Fortunately we were able to open the window to cool it down in the room. The TV service is really pointless. It's about 20 channels that no one watches. I'm not sure why even have a TV without decent cable service. Most disappointing is that the breakfast has really gone downhill. Eggs floating in water. Undercooked bacon. Two basic bread choices (white and white bagel) and some packaged oatmeal. Now if you want pancakes or waffles, there are like 4 different variants of that, but for those wanting a healthier option, good luck. The coffee was some of the worst I've ever had. Not sure I'd stay in this location again unless things improve.

Our room was extremely clean and quite large. It was also very quiet. The breakfast was very good with good selections. Cereal, eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt and many different juices. All the staff were very friendly.

Was not happy with the breakfast, there were too many people we were unable to get any food. They had to open up another room to accommodate everyone. Stayed at this hotel for the breakfast but did not get to eat it!

I stayed in a pet room on the bottom floor. The room looked and smelled clean and well maintained. The front desk clerk’s were friendly, as well as the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was good and sufficient for starting the day. I and my dog enjoyed the stay. I would definitely recommend for pet owners.

Single traveler with pet dog and have stayed at this property during previous extended weekend get-a-ways. Clean & comfortable bed/pillows and linens, room.waa immaculate at check in. Although it rained the entire weekend, staff kept lobby cleaned and and comfortable.

We loved our stay !! First the location was perfect for us , we visited the Grand Canyon south Rim , Antelope canyon , a Winery in Sedona , Montezuma castle , Horseshoe bend , Winslow and more , the room was spotless clean , the staff was amazingly friendly , we don’t have a dog but we felt it was so sweet that they had a bowl of dog treats out , the breakfast was great every morning, would love to give best credits to ENVY !! Absolutely fantastic and great personality, thanks to housekeeping and front desk staff as well , we will definitely stay here again !!

Room was pretty clean. Some trash in one of the trash cans from a previous stay. Wish soap bars were in room. Did get them from the front desk. Breakfast was good but better at the Laquita in Page. Loved the cookies in the evening in the main lobby. Very clean hotel. The best of our weeks stay in Arizona.
