The air conditioning didn’t work the maintenance man was rude and even turned on the heat and claimed the air conditioning worked. When I corrected him he became very rude. they would not give me another room. The pool don’t look like it’s been used in a decade. I have reported them

Bathroom and shower were not clean. There was stuff under the sink and shower/tub was black. There was someone who seemed to be stabbed on the staircase and it wasn't even clean off

Quiet clean and comfortable plus accommodating for our dog.

Room wasn’t properly stocked and maintained at check-in 3pm. Called front desk, asked for the issues to be fixed, we left at 3:30pm and returned 9:30pm, issues not fixed. Called front desk again, was informed that maintenance wouldn’t enter because of dog in room, we don’t own/have any pets! When maintenance man showed up to room, he was intoxicated, rude, pointing his finger in my face. I closed the door and called front desk once again, he they would check on the maintenance man. The End! I won’t be staying ever again!!!!

Reserved an accessible room. When i went 2 check ii in they told me the accessible rooms were already Reserved. False advertisement. Had no choice but 2 get a regular sized tiny room not wheelchair accessible at all! Bad experience
