If you need four walls, a ceiling, and a clean room, this is your spot. Though somewhat spartan by 5 star standards, it does the trick. The lady who runs the joint is very nice and prompt. We checked in, slept, and bailed 5 hours later. The next day, we got back late after a 350 mile adventure, slept, and bailed again 5 hours later. Upon checkout, the kid up front was courteous and helpful, and off we went for another 150 mile adventure to our next lodging. It's a great deal for the price.

There is no restaurant, breakfast, as advertised on almost all theways to book online, the room was very unkempt i.e. broken lamp fixture, mold around the bathtub, ripped bedding, one towel in a two bed room, and we asked for two extra towels, didn't receive them, they told us that they did not have extra towels. We were scared to say anything about the matters, after catching up on the online reviews. I contacted the way we booked to inquire about the nonexistent restaurant and the hotel directly and we wer told that I was lying about the website saying anything about breakfast/restaurant, they did give partial credit to reimburse for purchased food. However they refused to do anything about the condition of the room. I have the saved emails. I have the screenshots, I have the recorded calls with the employees, whom have lied to me, accused me of lying, they have demonized and demoralized my person. All because their website depicts a total different amenity than what you actually receive. And because I first-hand said something about the condition of the motel room.

The room was horrendous, my friend and I walked in and immediately wanted to leave, but when we checked the room we decided it was an absolute no, there were multiple hairs all over our beds and the sheets were stained with urine and blood, there was holes in the mattresses and protectors. Not to mention what looked to be black mold growing in between the connecting doors and in the shower. We took multiple photos and videos to dispute our stay because when we walked back down to the lobby to tell them we wanted to cancel our stay and get a refund they refused to help and were very rude, stating that the GM and shift manager were unavailable and or refused to talk to people. It was only when we mentioned going to the health department and the fire marshall that they began to cooperate, the smoke detectors were covered in tape and things like the phone and tables were covered in what looked like some dried up sauce, overall just a nasty and distasteful experience I have only been refunded for 1 night and am still waiting on my other night. I paid nearly 400 for at minimum 2 clean beds and hell, I wasn't even provided that. Not worth the money you're gonna spend and I pray for anyone else that chooses to stay here
