Coffee would be a good thing to offer in the office since it is not avaialble in the rooms. Excellent service at check in!

We usually stay here when in Flagstaff due to location and price. It's clean with basic rooms with fridge and microwave. No coffee pots or lounge with coffee etc. If you want a decent room with good price to stay the night then this is your place.

I was very surprised at the service. Front desk so helpful. Check in took 1 minute. Room was fresh and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge (mini) & microwave in room. Priced very reasonable. I travel through 2-4 times a year. I will be returning. Easy on & off access to interstae 40.

The web page said there would be a microwave but there was none. The furniture obviously had a spot for one as there was a mini-fridge. Also, there was no curtain or blind over the bath window and the sunrise woke me quite early in the morning. This is a basic motel and has had some upgrades, and did have a comfortable bed. Office hours are limited.

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No towel racks to hang damp or wet cloths. Sink water never did get hot and water pressure is low. Room was lacking basic supplies such as tissues, hand soap. No ice machine, or soda machine. No coffee on site. Staff were pleasant.

Ice machine and laundry kept locked. Had to ask for key and then before we were done getting ice the staff was asking for the key back.

The room was comfortable excellent pillows, bed, hot water, bathtub, bathroom. Everything updated. We were disappointed no coffee pot or coffee on premises. No Kleenex. We would have rated excellent if we had access to coffee. But we would stay here again because of the comfort, no coffee was an inconvenience. Thanks

The room was recently renovated, clean, and in good repair. The downside: no ice machine, (small container of ice available at office during limited hours,) no coffee in room or at office, slow check-in in tiny hot office.

It is a very well kept motel. Rooms were almost new.

We had to move room because the bed was covered in hair. The second room, the shower was covered in hair. It appears to be hard to get a cleaning crew here.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, great parking for the Harley’s. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly.

I gave it 3 stars for the fact that there were a few things that were a bit disappointing. First of all the water temperature for the shower took forever to heat up, the water pressure was very low. There was only one roll or toilet paper, no tissue box. The walls are a bit thin you can hear the next door guest. The sheets in the bed were stain. Im definitely not staying here ever again.

Horrible experience. They added an extra charge once we arrived to the property for a newborn so expect added fees. We also were not upgraded to a larger room with an extra bed to account for the extra person fee. We found small roaches on the bed. The tub did not even drain correctly so we could not use the shower. The toilet paper roll was used when we arrived. The sheets were dirty and when we asked for a change of sheets they placed the same exact comforter with the same stains. New flooring, mattresses, and vanities don’t matter when you have improper drainage and a bug problem by the way. We just wanted a decent, comfortable place to rest during a family trip. It was too late to find somewhere else to stay which is why we did not leave but had we seen the roaches sooner than midnight we would have left immediately. If you have children or care about cleanliness I recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Great price, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Room had not been very well cleaned. Dirty towel left in bathroom, floors dirty.

room was dirty among arrival, floors not swept or bathroom cleaned. there were crumbs/dirt in the sheets. looked like the tv stand/nightstands have not been cleaned as there were dust and dirt. light bulb on the right side of the bed was burnt out. i do not recommend this place especially for the price i paid to sleep in a dirty room

Well definitely under new ownership. All rooms have been remodeled and the outside is very well kept. Housekeeping was the best. Didnt have to ask they were there first thing making sure we had what we needed.

The place was dusty upon arrival and had bugs in the room. We made sure it wasn’t bed bugs but it was not a great welcome. The windows didn’t seem very thick so we could hear everything outside. We just didn’t feel safe.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room wasn't super small. Plenty of space. Parking was easy. Location was next to the place I was going for work. I would happily stay there again.

Pros: clean room, a/c worked, comfy beds, free parking Cons: small room, no coffee amenities, no toiletries, located by busy road and across from train track that runs all night

No nightstand, table or dresser, had to move the one chair next to the bed. Very noisy location, on the main road across from the railroad, trains ran all night.

The outside is decent, but the inside doesn’t look nearly as nice as the pics. The rooms are outdated, the bathroom has a crack in the wall, water pressure in the shower wasn’t great.

The room was too small. The A/C unit was very small and didn’t blow cold air, so the room never cooled down. On top of that, the unit was located near the bathroom and didn’t cool the room properly. They didn’t have an ice machine. They don’t even offer coffee. I do not recommend this place. Go to Motel 6 instead

Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. You could hear every move the people upstairs made and amenities. Works for the price.

Nicely remodeled. Friendly staff. Only suggestion for improvement; in our specific room there was a frosted bathroom window that could use a curtain. It got very bright in the room very early.

Very disappointed I got change $20 for checking in after 11pm I I wasn’t notify about it.

I got charged $50 fine for being disabled I came with a service dog & I got in late from driving 16 hrs. I called several hotels to see availability & mentioned I had a service dog. When I checked in I just grabbed my keys and went because I had already made the reservations online. The next morning at 6am when letting my dog out to pee the owner was outside and ran toward me angrily shaking his finger saying I’m not allowed to have a dog. I told him her vest and ID and papers were in the room. He said “show me them” then disappeared while I let my dog finish. I went to the room fully planning on going back to bed since I got in at midnight. And while I was on the toilet he came banging on the door. I yelled to give me a min. After I finished 2 mins later… no one at the door. I packed up and went to checkout, instead of getting any rest. I saw him in the yard and he said show them to the manager (his wife) I went in to office, and she said there’s a $50 fee and pointed to a sign for not disclosing I have a service animal. There were signs everywhere. As if I’d somehow single that one out, out of view at 12 midnight. Also I called ahead. I told her. She said she was on staff she didn’t get a call about a dog. She wasn’t. It was a young girl that night. These people a horrific abs rude. Try to keep in mind that I have SEIZURES… and STRESS triggers them! The whole experience set off a slew of them for the following 2 days. Absolute awful.

The rooms were clean. As for my experience, I have to say I was disappointed overall. Our TV didn't work and we didn't know this until about 11:00 pm so it was to late to call someone to fix it. Our check out time was 11:00 am so me and my husband were sleeping in. At 9:45 there was a knock on the door and then it opened. A male , Im assuming housekeeping, opened the door and and asked when we were checking out. My husband was in the bathroom and I was in bed. If checkout is 11:00 then why did he open our door? So then at 10:30 he opened the door AGAIN. I have never had an experience like this and I will never use this motel again.

I arrived at 12:30am to a locked office. I rang the bell and was allowed in. I was told that they were not a 24 hour hotel, that last check in is at 11pm but they let me in anyway. I was told it was on the Expedia description and I should have had an email sent with the information. I was not. I am appreciative that she allowed me in but her attitude was poor. I won't stay here in the future. It is next to the train as well.

It was very reasonably priced. Very clean. Simple no extras. She was very nice and personable.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN FLAGSTAFF. I booked a non-smoking room and was give a room that smelt like cigarettes. I asked the lady at the front desk if I can switch rooms and she refused. She also refused to come to the room to smell it and she refused to refund me. I had to call Expedia and file a dispute. I ended up booking another hotel because I did not want to sleep in a room that smelt like cigarettes. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I was not contacted about a late fee after 11pm, when i arrived at 1am i asked for a reciept or policy regarding a the $20 late fee. The staff was incredibly rude refused service and gave my deposti and late fee back. I drove 10 hours to get to that reserfed spot. For her to turn us away like that just because of a confusion was incredibly unprofessional and i hope she looses her job for that type of behavior. I sure wouldnt want my business to be represented by someone so inconsiderate.

What a perfect stay! Very clean and inviting! If you need a really nice place to stay without breaking the bank, this is it! The owner was so sweet and welcoming. I love the privately owned places over chains any day!

Staff nice, room clean, but no toiletries in room, no coffee maker, and no hangers. Office didn’t open in the morning until 930 so no coffee even in the office entry area and couldn’t get any toiletries, so not sure if that was an oversight or they just don’t supply it.

Location is good if you are visiting walnut canyon. However, I was very upset that when there was limited time to check in. They informed over the phone that there is 3PM to 11 PM for check in time.

Good,, affordable place to stay in Flag. Your only challenge, as with all hotels on the Rt 66 strip is the trains going through at night. Bring ear plugs.

Stay was worth the price. Room was clean. The noise outside due to traffic and train was loud at times. Other than that, the stay met my needs for one night.

I always love my stay here. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and huge bonus it's walking distance to the Museum Club (zoo) where you can always find the animals.

This is a simple facilty but did everything I needed. Clean simple room, frig, microwave all in working order. No frills but clean. Near other necessities and dining.

Very clean, the bed wasn’t bad either. A good place to stay, especially when it was a fraction of the price from the pricey hotels. Recommend this place for sure. Just wish there was a coffee maker in the room, but that the only complaint. We had a room farthest away from the road so we never heard the train.

Bare bones without a lot of extra amenities, like coffee. But it was clean and the front desk attendant was friendly. Nothing special but fine as an affordable place to crash.
