Embassy Suites by Hilton Phoenix Biltmore

I had a mixed stay at this property. First off, Chase at check-in was absolutely amazing. If this review were just for him, it would easily be 5 stars! Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not match his high level of service. The Room & Maintenance Issues: Bathroom Door: The door got stuck easily and required being slammed shut. This made it very difficult to use the restroom at night without waking up other guests. Shower Spout: The shower spout was broken and required significant physical force to turn on and off. Slow Service: I called for housekeeping at 9:00 AM, but nobody showed up. I had to call a second time at 4:00 PM to get assistance. Amenities: The Pool: The pool area was small, the water was cold, and the facility itself needed a good scrubbing. The Bar: On a positive note, the bar staff was great, and the nightcap discount is a very cool feature. Overall, the staff presence is strong, but the room maintenance and cleanliness need urgent attention.

We were there for a family event. The amenities were great and the breakfast / snack afternoon were a pleasant bonus. Made for a fun long weekend with the right breaks coming back to the hotel and regroup!
