This was one of the best last minute decisions I have ever made. I loved this place so very much. Clean, comfortable, so well-priced! I enjoyed the courtyard, the pool and the restaurant.

This is a cute little spot if you're looking for better than a motel, but cheaper than a hotel. It's got a nice pool and hot tub, cute spot to eat, and a nice courtyard. The television options were pretty scant, but the room was clean and the AC ran well. Really not much within walking distance, so have a bike or car.

The pool was fabulous. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Walking distance to the gardens. The check in was a little confusing but I liked having a number instead of a room card.

We loved how closed off it was to the public. The gym treadmill wasn’t working because the sensor. The gym was small but we used what was there. Kids would have loved a hot tub. I just saw a pool and booked it.

Not enough parking spaces if property is full

I enjoyed my 4 night stay. I had my room straight across from the pool and a few units away from the gym. Both excellent the room was super comfy with the king sized bed and 5 pillows all kept clean and fresh each day. The restaurant there wasn't available per times posted but it did open on the weekend and not many patrons. Very close to the grocery store and drug store and liquor store plus it's an extremely short drive to the close by eateries. I enjoyed the many different plants and trees and the other ppl visiting were nice to socialize with at the pool. It isn't the Four Seasons but it was perfect for me

Overall it was a nice place to stay, however we were told the hours of bar and restaurant but they were closing an hour early when we arrived for a drink. The doors are a keypad and code did not work but was quickly assisted. Parking is not free, and cant park close to feel safe going to car. Room was clean and comfy, super cute. Property

This hotel is close to the airport, the zoo and the botanical garden, which is why I chose it. Unlike as stated in some reviews, it was fully staffed. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and nicely furnished. I did have to pay $10 for parking, which is strange at this kind of motor hotel. The courtyard is very nice and I do feel a lot of work has gone into this place. The only real irritation was that the bathroom sink was plugged, and it was sometimes loud with motorcycles revving on the main street outside.

Nice room. Good size. Clean sheets and towels. Bathroom clean. Nice big “court yard with a pool that is clean. One Bedside table dirty. Pieces of food on bed frame. Everything else is good.

Very clean, easy parking , easy checkin

When I got to the hotel, the room was muggy and humid. And my bedsheets were also a little wet and I’m not sure if it was from them not trying it all the way or it was because the room was humid. Other than that room was clean but did have a wet smell.

The room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the Roku TV was nice. My only complaint is that there was no broadcast television, and I had been looking forward (as a Chargers fan) to seeing Sunday Night Football on NBC … there’s no excuse for not having that option

The floors where dirty( photographs of socks and bath towel i used to clean up water i spilled. Breakfast is a joke. 1 waffle in plastic and coffee. Pictures of that too

Room was smaller than expected and there was small blood speck on the shower wall.

Lovely pool. Large clean room. Check in confusion regarding incidental holds on credit cards. No breakfast option

The keypad to get in the front door is ridiculous. Takes no fewer than 10 tries to get in our unit. It’s so touchy. Biggest bathroom ever with the tiniest sink. Get a vanity in there so we don’t have to keep toiletries on the floor. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Needs a decorator to make it feel welcoming - it just has no personality.

This property was pretty average: it had some good things and some not so good things. My room smelled great and the bed was clean and comfy. However, there looked like what appeared to be blood on the curtains and the shower had drain flies on the walls. I didn’t like that you got codes instead of key cards because I had to pull out my phone every time that I needed access. The walls were VERY thin and I could hear everyone next to and above me. Also, it’s mostly a self check in process and the lady assisting had what seemed like little patience. If you need something just for the night, it’s perfectly adequate and has a great pool area.

It is a sweet little motor hotel, cute courtyard with a nice pool. Great AC, my room stayed a comfortable 72 degrees the whole time. Comfortable bed. I liked the bidet feature. Friendly staff. It was exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.

The ceiling light flickered, so we just didn’t use it. The hot water was terrible-Took forever to get warm and then didn’t last very long. Half of the coffee cup lids were melted/deformed so they didn’t fit on the cups. The remote for the TV didn’t respond half the time. We thought maybe the batteries were dying when we couldn’t turn it on even holding directly in front of the RF emitter, but then after hitting the power button repeatedly for about 20 times, it finally came on and then all buttons seemed to work fine, so not sure what the problem was. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable and we really liked the bathroom mirror. We appreciated some of the little touches like the hdmi cord, the clothes hanger thing, the white noise machine, the plug with several charging ports on the nightstand, although it would have been nice to also have another plug option on the other side of the bed. Overall, fairly decent stay for the price.

Room itself was okay. Spacious and beds were comfortable. Area at night had some homeless hanging around the parking lot so I’d make sure to lock vehicles. Hotel is close to restaurants and gas stations. Bathroom has no lock at all which is odd.

Definitely different. No reception desk. Everything done on line like an air B&N. Nice facility, very nice pool. Restaurant on premises (which I didn't find time to try). Electrical system in the room seemed inadequate. Multiple power strips for basic items. The coffee maker kept overloading the power strip it was plugged into, making it virtually useless. No closet... Clothes rack in the admittedly very large bathroom instead. Television set up for streaming services only. Better bring your passwords.

They didn't tell me there was no staff at all in hand, I waited 40 minutes to check in after I got there. I called and emailed the hotel and never received a response.

Strange place to stay. There is no staff onsite to assist. Everything is done by text or with their "robot." They charge $10 a day for parking (so much for this being a "motel"). When I first arrived, I was told there was not parking available and that I'd have to find somewhere offsite to park !!! After complaining, they found me a parking spot. They promised a "delicious breakfast," which turned out to be an apple and a packaged pastry. The room I stayed in, the curtain on the window didn't close all the way, so people could see in my room (I had to pin the curtain back). Not my kind of place - I would never stay there again.

We had a horrible experience. Was initially sent to the wrong room with no key code to get in. Upon calling the "number" to recieve a code, we were disconnected after spending 30 minutes on hold. We were then told to "send an email" to get our key code. We found a cleaner who gave us her personal phone with her boss on the other line who was finally able to direct us to our correct room and give us a code that worked. This made us late to an appointment to drop off our rental car and almost cost us another day of rental fees on our car. There was no staff present on the property. An iPad robot was in the "front desk" area and that's it. Our room was spacious but the rug was FILTHY, sheets had a tear in it, surfaces were pretty banged up and it overall felt icky. We had no cups to drink our coffee out of. We went looking for staff or cups around the hotel and we were directed to "ask the robot". Finally, at 11:30pm (when we were asleep) there was a knock at our door claiming it was "housekeeping" maybe with glasses? Idk it was all very unsettling. The pool was fine but the certainly needed a scrub. When we sent an email to complain about our troubles with our experience thus far and asking for resolution, we were told they could "change the sheets". Not addressing any of our concerns or receiving any sort of compensation. The other patrons we talked to at the hotel were very nice and friendly and unfortunately also had similar negative experiences as us.

The property is very clean and the staff is responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

The worst check in I have ever had. Had to fill out a link from a text and it wouldn’t work. Fortunately, I was able to get someone on the phone too help.

This property is close to the airport and a short drive to Scottsdale and Tempe - as well and easy access to freeways that will take you anywhere in the Phoenix area. It is clean and the bed and bedding is super comfy. Nicely appointed room that over the pool. A mid century feel - we will defiantly stay here again, The front desk staff are very personable, especially lovely Leah:)

This turned out to be the most painful, time-consuming check-in process (took about 1.5 hours) we have ever experienced, and we have travelled extensively all over the US, as well as all over the world.  1. After booking this, we got many emails to continue the check-in process & to pay for parking. 2. In the lobby, we found a robot for checking in, resulting in getting a call from a person referring us back to the email we had received. 3. After reviewing & processing those, we paid $10 for parking. 4. We were then given a space on the other side of the building (about a two-minute walk).  5. That space was taken so & we did not get a reply so after 20 minutes called the agent who had not read our text. She then said we needed to send her a photo showing that car parked in our assigned space. Eventually got a slightly closer space. 6. We received two six-digit codes to get through the gate and into the room. 7. The room is on the minimalist side, but was comfortable. The bathroom mirror was impressive, having dim, color, & defog options. 8. Having lost faith in this property, we thought they were only being provided with one set of towels (a hand towel, wash cloth, floor mat). (The next morning, we found that bath & pool towels are in a cabinet under the sink.) 9. The breakfast is provided in two baskets in the lobby, including a packaged waffle & RX Bar. For the travel-weary looking to quickly relax and unwind, this is not for you.

We stayed here with my husband this past weekend and we loved it. It was super convenient to everything we wanted to see in Arizona. The hotel felt safe and it was quiet. Bridgette (I believe that was her name) at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The hotel room was nice and clean with a really nice bathroom and comfy bed. A steal for the price. Would come back here when coming to Arizona again.

Great staff, very helpful and accommodating a last minute booking with late check out after my initial hotel reservation didn’t work out.

Check-in is super easy if you do it before arriving. They just text you a code and you can walk straight to your room without waiting. I didn't have a car so parking wasn't an issue. There was staff on site everyday I was there. Hai noon located on site was wonderful. The pool was great. I was pretty clean. For the price it was a steal! But totally minimal breakfast so don't could on it. Only down side for me was I could hear everything going on in the court yard which was full of people around the clock. But overall great stay. Much better option than other hotels around the same price.

Didn’t stay. The place is on an eight lane highway, poor parking options, no one at the front desk, overpriced for what they offer so left and did not occupy the room.

We found the price competitive, the area facilities to be outstanding (sites and parks), on line check in to be responsive and a positive experience, and the facility to be equipped, quiet, safe, and clean. Grocery shopping was very close. 5* in my books!

Beautiful property but not near very much

Really well done and unique property! Rooms were very comfortable, pool and outside areas are nice for hanging out and protected from the outside. I’d definitely stay here again. It would be a great spot to spend a few relaxing days. The neighborhood is very “strip mall”, but close driving distance to interesting attractions

The pool was great. They had very little to offer for breakfast. On a couple days they were completely out.

The restaurant menu a little fru fry. Expected bbq from the design of the hotel, we had to drive into old Scottsdale to have dinner. Disappointed

No occupied reception desk. The "buffet breakfast" was a one bowl of chocolate chip cookies and another full of protein bars. The restaurant they claims opes at 8:30 AM doesn't open until 5 PM. If you want to park onsight,it's $10 a day. But claim one early or you'll have to park at least 5 blocks away. The bed is comfortable, but low to the ground. The facility is clean and well kept,but the downsides far outweigh that.

We love this place! 2nd time staying here and we had no issues. Power went out but was back on in literally an hour. Inexpensive, awesome retro vibe and close to so many things to do. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in town. It is our go to. The on site restaurant and bar is great, and even though there is no staff, customer service gave fast responses!

Everything was amazing, easy to check in and find out room. But what was really disappointing was the “complimentary breakfast” available in the lobby. Check in complicated and parking cost 10$ extra. Clean, felt safe, restaurant on site.. Coffee not great in the am. There are only biscuits in the morning (1), no breakfast unless you pay at restaurant. Liked the bathroom and shower very nice.
