The Scott Resort & Spa

From the moment we arrived, this hotel felt like a little escape to Cuba. The architecture, decor, and overall atmosphere were absolutely beautiful and created such a warm, tropical vibe. The amenities were top-notch — everything was thoughtfully designed and made our stay feel luxurious yet relaxing. What truly made the experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. A truly memorable stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing getaway.

Pool and lobby are

Menu was limited and not great for children. Complimentary coffee or a children's menu would have made a stay a lot more convenient. The pool was a little chilly, so we couldnt swim for very long. We really enjoyed the shuttle and location and the staffing for the shuttle. The woman who checked us in was not friendly or helpful. It was also difficult to get food at the pool. Even chips and salsa- the chips were stale and there was not nearly enough for the amount of salsa and guac we recieved. We then had a to track down a refill and the chips were mostly broken. We did enjoy the resort feel, but not sure if it was worth the $60 resort fee.

Good was great!! Ambience amazing…indoor and outdoors. Waitstaff was slow but it was all worth the least. Come to relax!

It's a beautiful, well kept property. From the entry way, to the front desk area, through to the bar and out to the pool areas, all spaces are very inviting and make you want to stop to enjoy everything about them. We found the front staff to be nice, albeit some came across a little aloof, at times — the Gen Z stare is real. All in all, this is a great spot, and I would look forward to staying here again.
