Stayed in a 2 bedroom villa condo with a full kitchen. Villa was quite large and clean. Be prepared to bring condiments such as salt/pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters, etc as the villa does not provide that. They did provide dish tabs, soap, paper towels which was nice. The resort has a large hot tub, heated pool, multiple tennis/pickleball courts with paddles/rackets that you can loan. There are also activities each day and happy hour in the afternoon with $5 drinks. The pool outside area is beautiful. There is also a fully loaded gym and a spa with access to showers, etc. The amenities are great and we would come back here again.

Jetted tub in villas, monopole trail, putting green, excellent cable channels, friendly and knowledgeable staff, villas are well stocked with almost everything including washer, dryer and dishwasher. Friendly service makes a BIG difference to us, plus they were very helpful with our desires.

I loved everything about this property. The pool area was very nice with affordable food options. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking. The grill area was very clean if you plan on grilling. Lots of activities besides the pool like, mini golf, basketball court, tennis courts, lots of games/activities free rentals and even a movie theater. I had one issue during my visit; the hot water heater decided to break and flooded my guest room which forced the kids to sleep on the couch in the living room. It happened my last night there, but maintenance arrived I’m the morning to shut it off until the new unit arrived. Over all we enjoyed our visit and think the hot water heater was an isolated incident.

Lots of construction tape around pool. Kid pool not working and unusable. Not able to get late check out. Refresh of rooms not consistent. Front desk staff did not make helping guests a priority.

It’s a cute place, we enjoyed it! Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The property is a little outdated, but still worked for what we needed and it is really close to old town Scottsdale! I also LOVED the Spa, my massage was AMAZING! I highly recommend getting a massage while you are there!

Overall this was a nice resort to stay at. It is close to Old Town Scottsdale & not far from hiking as well. The property is a bit older but it’s been updated. Overall the property was clean, our room seemed clean as well, other than a dirty bathtub after. “White glove cleaning” during our stay… that was disappointing.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless and super comfortable — perfect for our family. The pool was a definite highlight: clean, well-maintained, and great for both kids and adults to relax and have fun. Musky and dusty. A lot of carpet and drapes in a big room, but wonder when they last steam cleaned any of it. 10 AM checkout was a little early, but staff was very nice. The shower is weird: rainfall shower head over the soaking tub.

We love this little resort. It is truly our favorite little spot in the valley. If it isn't right they will do their best to make it right. We stayed in the Madeira two bedroom deluxe suite this time. Beautiful suite. Very clean. The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were downstairs and had inconsiderate neighbors and there were too many loud children at the pool this time around. But we had a great time nevertheless and will be back with our own noisy little ones next time.

Kitchen was overtaken with ANTS. Could not set food or glass of soda on the counter. Discovered this after ants swarmed our sodas and room service food within seconds. Was a waist of $60 in room service food. Filthy floors and carpet. Bathroom cabinets old and grungy dirty. Dirty old blinds and curtains. Room service food was pretty bad. Waist of money. I didn’t complain during my 2 day stay because the inconvenience to rectify would ruin my weekend get away as well. Told the front desk when checking out and the response was “I’m sorry, we will let cleaning staff know”.

Good location, great amenities. Pool and hot tub were great! Enjoyed the walking trail and mini golf course. The staff were kind and helpful. Loved having laundry and full kitchen with dishes etc. right in the villa. The carpeted floors were very dirty though - they need to be deep cleaned.

Room needed updating. When you close the drapes to block out the light coming into the room, the fan is of no use. Would also have been nice if we could’ve turned the temperature down a little bit. You can’t go past 72°.

Check in was at 4 I arrived 10 minutes prior was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to come back after 4pm which was now like 5 minutes away. About 20 min later the text told me my room was ready. Guy at front desk was rude. Got to my room and was disappointed to see how old and outdated everything was. Definitely not a nice room. It was at least clean though. A lot of better places on the Scottsdale area I wouldn't recommend staying here

Property was a good space and comfortable. Very disappointed the Air Conditioning was set on 72. This made for a very warm rooms and hard to sleep. When discussing with management they said we should use the fan provided. I would expect this nice of a property to have AC down to at least 68 degrees. It was 110 outside.

Vintage property. Spacious condos for good price, 2 king beds, with a kitchenette, one bathroom, loft and balcony. Staff was great, rooms clean but dated. It rained heavily and the roof leaked and floors were sopped with rain leaking from outside. Needs alot of repair.

The resort was OK and the staff was friendly. A couple things that tainted our stay… The balcony was on a very busy street and it was too loud to spend any time out there. They only provided coffee the first day and then you had to buy the packets after that… First time I’ve ever seen a hotel do that? Lastly, we asked for a 1030 check out instead of 10 and they denied our request. It was a Monday morning during a slow season and the hotel seemed very empty so that was quite a disappointment.

We had an enjoyable weeklong stay. The only negative worth mentioning is our villa backed the busy, noisy East Camelback Road. It was difficult to take calls on patio due to traffic noise. Traffic could be heard all night during sleeping hours.

The staff was exceptionally rude. It was the holidays and I was exhausted from entertaining family etc. I over slept my alarm because I accidentally set it for pm instead of am. As a result I was scrambling to get my things together to get out of the room in time. (Mind you I was switching to another unit on property) the way the housekeeping manager spoke to me was unfathomable. The units are very dated and could use remodeling. The thermostat was in the second floor loft so warming the downstairs was next to impossible and the bathroom was downstairs so that was where we slept rather than go up and down stairs to use restroom.
The staff was exceptionally rude. It was the holidays and I was exhausted from entertaining family etc. I over slept my alarm because I accidentally set it for pm instead of am. As a result I was scrambling to get my things together to get out of the room in time. (Mind you I was switching to another unit on property) the way the housekeeping manager spoke to me was unfathomable. The units are very dated and could use remodeling. The thermostat was in the second floor loft so warming the downstairs was next to impossible and the bathroom was downstairs so that was where we slept rather than go up and down stairs to use restroom.

Warning: Dont ever make a mistake with your reservations!!! I'm extremely disappointed. I booked a room for 2 nights for a birthday surprise, and accidentally clicked on the wrong dates, so I never checked in on the first day, and I stayed for my originally planned 2 days. Unbeknownst to me, I was charged for all 3 days, even though I didn't check in on Tuesday (because I worked 16 hours that day, and had no idea I clicked the wrong date), until I checked my bank. This is the 3rd time I've stayed there, and it will be my last. I will make sure my fellow business owners do not stay there either. I didn't receive a courtesy call and showed up to check in on Wednesday (my original start date). They weren't that busy on Tuesday, and they should have refunded me because it was a complete mistake on my part, and I still stayed my original next few days. This is disappointing to me. I'm not happy at all with what happened. I was planning on staying again for my son's birthday, but I will now go to another resort and spend my money, where staff is actually considerate of the situation, and I'm not just told by management that they couldn't sell the room... especially when there were plenty of rooms available. I liked the property and accodmodations very much, but the front desk check-in (and other matters) were a real pain. Check-in too far too long, too many questions were asked even though i checked in on line beforehand. Then the fact that the adjacent sundries shop is not manned by anyone and any purchase has to be handled by a front desk staff member, requiring a receipt, signature etc. only interfered with the check-in process. When i mentioned this to the desk person, even they acknowledged it is an issue. It made me want to avoid any front desk issues altogehter. Take a lesson from the big guys - Hampton Inn or Hilton. Check in takes no more than a minute or two and they handle a lot more people with the same amount of staff behind the desk.

Check in was at 4 I arrived 10 minutes prior was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to come back after 4pm which was now like 5 minutes away. About 20 min later the text told me my room was ready. Guy at front desk was rude. Got to my room and was disappointed to see how old and outdated everything was. Definitely not a nice room. We had an enjoyable weeklong stay. The only negative worth mentioning is our villa backed the busy, noisy East Camelback Road. It was difficult to take calls on patio due to traffic noise. Traffic could be heard all night during sleeping hours.

We loved the spacious condo rather than a hotel room for basically the same price. Although we didn’t do any cooking, the unit was very well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the upstairs outdoor patio in the late evenings, The only thing that would have been nice would have been to have a nice restaurant there instead of just a bar type grill. Will definitely stay there again.

Great pool and hot tub. There was a snack bar with alcohol but not a true restaurant. No coffee avail on site to purchase other than the premade pack you use and only get a one day supply before you have to pay for more. The room temp only went down to 72 degrees which we prefer a colder sleeping temp. Other than those minor things it was a great place for price and location.

It was a lovely property and the customer service was nice. Able to check in earlier and leave a bit late due to our flight. Thanks! My only complaint was that when we asked for more coffee they told us that we could buy it at their little shop but we only saw decaf. For the price we paid, coffee should have been available for free. I truly recommend this resort very close to the downtown Scottsdale.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are perfect. And very close to oldtown Scottsdale. However, i was disappointed how the restaurant/bar starts closing up at around 7:15 each night. This is the first resort ive stayed where there only bar closes so early.

Kitchen was overtaken with ANTS. Could not set food or glass of soda on the counter. Discovered this after ants swarmed our sodas and room service food within seconds. Was a waist of $60 in room service food. Filthy floors and carpet. Bathroom cabinets old and grungy dirty. Dirty old blinds and curtains. Room service food was pretty bad. Waist of money. I didn’t complain during my 2 day stay because the inconvenience to rectify would ruin my weekend get away as well. Told the front desk when checking out and the response was “I’m sorry, we will let cleaning staff know”.

We had a wonderful stay at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort! The grounds were kept very clean and the staff was very friendly. I booked my wife a massage and a foot scrub and she said that the spa and massage therapist or top-notch. The poor area was very well kept and the pool and hot tub were clean and clear. We only got the garlic fries and hot wings from the restaurant, but they were very good. The bar staff was very friendly as well. Our villa was clean upon arrival and everything was in great shape. All extra essentials were provided in the Villa, extra trash bags, paper towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities to cook and plates and silverware as well. There were families on the property during the weekend and the property itself seemed to be very family-friendly. We will definitely stay here again and a shout out to Alyson and Ashley for going up and beyond.

Has a small putt putt golf, nice walking path, a small movie theater.i had an issue with the jets in the bathtub and they sent someone immediately. The only con is checkout is early at 10am which is earlier than most places. Would stay here again.
