Friendly staff. Good location. Clean rooms.

This was an excellent experience! The common areas, pool area, and rooms were immaculately clean. The hospitality staff was extremely professional and courteous. A word of appreciation to David, who pointed out all the amenities, and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast options were plentiful, and provided hot as well as healthy choices.

The hotel was in a great location, and we only stayed for one night since we were only in Sedona to attend a wedding for the evening. When we arrived, we asked if our room was ready, and Kim told us it wasn't, but she would text us as soon as it was. She gave us a great map so we could better understand the area, which was very helpful. Our room was ready within 15 minutes of us leaving, so if we had been told that, we would have just waited. We would consider staying here again.
