Our "room" was more than suatible for our needs. We stayed Tuesday- Thursday. Spent the evening on Tuesday in the pool with the kids and got up semi early on Wednesday to go explore some of the hikes wich were within 15 min from the hotel. Then back to the pool where we grilled some brats by the pool on provided grills.

This is a charming resort located in the heart of Sedona, within easy walking distance of shops, dining, and groceries. The property is meticulously maintained and they have free activities every day. Rooms are spacious with soaring ceiling and fireplaces. The only possible downside is that they do try to make you sit for a time-share presentation in order to receive your "parking pass" for the property (you can request to skip the presentation).

Our loft was perfect for our family of 4. We also loved being close to the pool and gym. We used the gas grill 3 times and it was nice to have. The check in was easy and the front desk was helpful recommending biking and hiking trails near by. Overall I was very happy with the property and would definitely stay here again.

The space was very comfortable and clean. It had all of the amenities we were looking for. Such as, full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also enjoyed the multiple hot tubs pools and activities on the premises.

Our villas was nice a clean. We made use of the Murphy bed also. Loved the porch (which I didn’t see in the photos). We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Our daughter enjoyed an activity in the clubhouse. We also made use of the playground. Would love to stay again.

Stayed in 1 King Studio. Room was good size for 2 people but lacking in places to put open suitcases. I used 2 of the 4 table chairs as a makeshift storage bench besides the bed. Bathroom was OK; shower had shower curtain. On one of the hot tubs, we could not get the jets to turn on and it appeared to have some algae on the bench riser. The other hot tub we tried, half the jets worked. They had a pool and ample BBQs which we did not use. Some units, like ours, are not accessible by car. You had to use a luggage cart to ferry your belongs from the parking spot to the unit. Similiar to a hotel stay. Walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. Overall satisfied with the resort.

The villa and the property were spotless. I grilled Barbecued ribs with sauce that burned on the grill. I went out to clean the grill in the morning. it had already been cleaned and looked like a new grill. I wish I knew what was used to get it so clean. Easy check in. Villas was nice with everything you need. Went to get in bed and found women's long hair and men’s facial hair on sheets. Had to request new sheets at 9 PM in the evening. Also the floor in the bedroom wasn’t vacuumed. Had women’s long hair on it. Someone didn’t do their job well.

Although the property was nice and clean there were roaches present under the sink and in the shower. Parking was an issue, it was really hard to find a parking spot and it was not close to your room. Staff was very nice.

Sheets were filthy and towels not very clean. Recommend new pillows and sheets and towels. Looked dated. no late check out. Lots of noise from the kids upstairs early in the am. No ive in ice machine ...broken for 2 days.

It's a great idea renting a 1 bedroom apartment. As soon we opened the door we were greeted with a terrible smell!!!! We opened doors and turned on the AC but every time we walked in the smell was the same, I wish I had a candle! I liked the location, walking distance from restaurants, 6 minute drive from the shopping area. One morning I took my 8 year old to the play ground. I little outdated. Took her to indoor pool. Wasn't very clean. I would not recommend it.

I was on my honeymoon and the first room they booked us in was horrible. We saw a few bugs crawling around after being there for a couple hours, got a little creeped out and started looking around the place and saw that under the fridge had thousands of cockroaches, most dead, but a lot still alive and crawling around. We immediately went to the office and told them and they put us in a different room. We would have declined and went somewhere else but it was almost 10:00 at night and we were tired so we searched the new room and didn't see any signs of cockroaches, stayed the night and decided we would see how we felt in the morning about continuing to stay or not. The place was really nice, aside from our first room's experience, and since we hadn't seen any bugs at all we stayed the rest of our trip. The front desk had told us to come talk to the manager on the day that we left, but no one was in the office so we never got any reimbursement, which was a bummer. We won't be back again, just in case, but so long as the place isn't infested, you should be fine.

What I loved about this resort was the location. it was only 4 minutes away from Airport Mesa Vortex, and the resort offers lots of activities including stargazing. What I was not so crazy about this resort were the squeaky sound from sofa bed, the dead cockroach in the bathtub and the broken dishwasher. other than that, we had a great time at the resort. We will be back next time when we visit Sedona!

Much larger than expected. We had a 1 bedroom unit and it came with a half bath downstairs and full bath upstairs. Full equipped kitchen, large screen tv, tons of space, and was so much better than a small hotel room. We will be back for sure.

Great stay. The Villas are in a great location right off the main strip in West Sedona and near a Starbucks. The place was super clean, fully stocked and simply great. As others say, not the most up to date but everything works and huge space.

The property is ideally located in West Sedona, easily walkable to great restaurants, grocery stores, and hikes. The bed is comfortable and the unit well-equipped. Two complaints…the pool in our area was out of commission during our stay, and although the property is lovely and peaceful, the construction lacks good insulation, and we could hear every footstep and conversation from our neighbor next door/upstairs.

Plenty of room for the 2 of us (actually room for 4 or even 6 - but only 1 full bath limits you). The place was clean and very quiet. It’s a bit dated and the internet was iffy. BOTH tv remotes had dead batteries after day 1 - though after a phone call replacements were delivered to our door. Bring your own coffee. Theirs isn’t awful - but it’s flavorless. Literally (both the caffeine and non-caffeine bags) were just warm bean juice. Blech. The ice machine in the fridge was great and the electric start fireplace worked great. Would we stay again? Likely. Especially now that we know what we know.

The type of room I booked was terrible! The room is dimly lit, and the noise of the air conditioner and refrigerator at night id unbearable,making it impossible to sleep. Beds are shabby, The bedding is made pf artificial fiber. No WIFI at all.It is the worst hotle I've ever stayed in our holiday!

After several delays in my flights. I arrived at the property late about 11pm. there was no one at the front desk. There was a phone located at the front door and a phone number to call. Neither worked I ended up sleeping in my rental car that night. Never got and answer until about 430am the next morning.

The property itself was very nice. The check in process was awful. I received an email saying not to check in before 4pm - to check out local amenities before arriving. We left after working on Friday, and ate dinner on the way, arriving at about 10.15pm. The reception was locked and there was a lockbox and telephone outside with a notice that for late check ins, we should pick up the phone or call a listed number for check in. We called the number using their phone and then our cell phone’s and were hung up on about 8 times, and were told that they did not have our name listed. There was also another couple who were also being told their name was not on the list. We booked with Expedia, and the other couple booked through Hotels.com. The property itself was very nice. The check in process was awful. I received an email saying not to check in before 4pm - to check out local amenities before arriving. We left after working on Friday, and ate dinner on the way, arriving at about 10.15pm. The reception was locked and there was a lockbox and telephone outside with a notice that for late check ins, we should pick up the phone or call a listed number for check in. We called the number using their phone and then our cell phone’s and were hung up on about 8 times, and were told that they did not have our name listed. There was also another couple who were also being told their name was not on the list. We booked with Expedia, and the other couple booked through Hotels.com. We have stayed here twice now and Villas of Sedona has exceeded our expectations. On this trip, we had an issue with the toaster and coffee maker, new appliances were provided within the hour!! We also love how Villas of Sedona is centrally located, will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

My husband and i stayed at the sister villa last year and decided to come back and try the Villas of Sedona.. We love coming back from a long hike and soaking in the hot tub then enjoying the evening by the fireplace. The units are very spacious, clean and have everything you need to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! There’s also plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store! They have gas grills located throughout the property if you choose to grill out! We will definitely come back again!

The staff at Sedona Springs Resort were all so helpful! Leanne Vincent very efficiently and pleasantly helped us deal with some confusion with our reservation. This was appreciated! Great stay. The Villas are in a great location right off the main strip in West Sedona and near a Starbucks. The place was super clean, fully stocked and simply great. As others say, not the most up to date but everything works and huge space.

The property is ideally located in West Sedona, easily walkable to great restaurants, grocery stores, and hikes. The bed is comfortable and the unit well-equipped. Two complaints…the pool in our area was out of commission during our stay, and although the property is lovely and peaceful, the construction lacks good insulation, and we could hear every footstep and conversation from our neighbor next door/upstairs.

I really liked the West Sedona location as it got us a little out of the downtown congestion, but was very convenient to everything we wanted to see & do. Property was very clean and suite was well appointed with newer furnishings. Nice landscaping too.

Comfortable, rooms were spacious, clean. My teenage kid complained about the comfort of the pullout bed but… he is also 6’1 so he ended up sleeping on the floor. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to make dinner one night, I just had to run to the grocery store to get our food items. Only real complaint I have is that the pool closes at 10pm, by the time we got back to our room for the day the kids still wanted something to do (like swim), instead they had to stayed in with us old folks.

Our "room" was more than suatible for our needs. We stayed Tuesday- Thursday. Spent the evening on Tuesday in the pool with the kids and got up semi early on Wednesday to go explore some of the hikes wich were within 15 min from the hotel. Then back to the pool where we grilled some brats by the pool on provided grills.

My hubby & I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfy. The bed and linen were lovely! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook, which was great as we didn’t need to eat out all the time. The pool area is nice & relaxing. The location is walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, Starbucks & restaurants. You need to drive approximately 7 minutes to Uptown Sedona, (the tourist strip) with funky shops & cafes. Unfortunately the apartment was very dark, so the lights had to be on all the time. This really spoilt the ambiance as it was beautiful and sunny outside but the natural light hardly got in. Although we were in a non smoking apartment, the one next door was a smoking apartment so this wasn’t nice for us when the guests next door decided to sit in their back patio and smoke. I’ll be mindful in future to not book hotels that allow smokers!

I wasn’t aware that this was a time share facility but found the experience enjoyable. It may not be for everyone as their are no elevators etc and parking is tight so elderly and individuals with special needs may struggle a bit here. There is also no breakfast option. That said I would stay there again as the location is wonderful and faculty very well maintained. The staff are wonderful and attentive. Great place

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here. It was so nice to have a larger space than a typical hotel and a kitchen. It was also a great place to gather for our extended family. The pool at the center of the property was also so nice to have and felt very private with where it was located. If we come back to Sedona, we would stay here again. My only critique is that many small things could use maintenance or updating - VERY creaky stairs, some doors that stick, a railing that wasn’t completely secured to part of a wall.
