Customer service is not the best. Also had fire alarms going off multiple times around 5am. Their "breakfast" is a LIMITED spread: muffins, cereal, coffee and orange juice. Definitely better than nothing, but super bare bones and minimal effort. The rooms themselves weren't bad, although I was assigned to a second room when the room key to my first room wouldn't work to open the door. Location is right off the I-10 so it's got quick access to freeways. There's a smoke shop and dispensary on the same block as well if you partake as well as a 24hr waffle house right next door!

La habitación bien, pero la puerta principal y la del baño no cerraban bien, nos quedamos 3 días y nomas limpiaron el cuarto un día, y porque tuvimos que ir, y la última noche a las 5 am dicen que una persona que había ingerido bebidas alcohólicas hizo qué sonará la alarma contra incendios, y de ahí sonó como 10 veces mas, ya no pudimos dormir

When we booked the room online it showed breakfast, but no breakfast, should have advertised complimentary breakfast instead. Bathroom shower pull wasn’t working…

Spotless rooms, and the staff was nice. The beds are not very comfortable, but the pillows are comfortable.
