Nice property, staff very accommodating, they should check the pool grounds, very dirty with pigeon poop on the far side by the wall. Very nice selection of breakfast. Parking lots look dirty, especially the one behind the property.

The bartender made a point to tell us how limited the bar was by saying anything thats on the menu is not available. The whole top shelf was displayed empty tequila bottles. I have stayed at many Hyatt's for their amenities and this one was bottom on my list. Ended up having to go out for food and beverages.

Waited 10 minutes to check in, was not upset as he was cooking pizza for a family. Restroom in room was unclean, trash in the receptacle toilet not flushed. The pool had bird feces all over as well as wasp. The bugs were collecting in the pool. Several of the lounge chairs were ripped and should not be put out. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast bar was great. Overall, the stay was fine. They need to double check the maintenance and cleanliness. I didn’t pay high amount for the room, so I guess I got what I paid for.

Overall it was fine. The breakfast was fabulous and was the first hotel to offer so many allergy friendly options! The elevators were TERRIFYING. Felt like they were on their last leg…took forever, made loud noises and creaks. I thought I was stuck in one because it took almost a minute for the door to open when I got to my floor.

Staff was great, room was nice and clean. Biggest issue was that I chose the hotel based on the understanding that there was a restaurant and grab and go lunch options but the restaurant has been closed for a long time and no immediate plans to open it.

The staff was great at this location including the man that made breakfast! Room was clean and evrything was fine, hot tub was cold as ice, pool supposed to be heated was also cold as ice, fireplace outside by pool broken, homeless all over the place so cant feel safe and feel like you have to watch your car all night. I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it dodnt work. Was told they can call maintenance but they wont be in until 6am then next day! Could have stayed at the Motel 6 and got the same experience. Sad for a Hyatt.

If your pool and jacuzzi are closed for maintenance you should inform your guests ahead of time. It was the main reason we picked this hotel. Only stayed one day and moved to another hotel. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the staff is great. Safe area.

Stayed here for two nights while looking for a place to live since new to Tucson and the neighborhood/area not good. Lots of homeless people walking through the parking lot and people strung out sitting out front by the turn in. Our first room was not clean there was dirt and shoes prints all over and dirt in the tub along with pubic hair. Staff was accommodating and moved us rooms and the second one was better but not great. The siding outside of the hotel was falling off and the elevators seemed old and a little sketchy. Definitely would not come back.

This hotel was deplorable and the room was filthy. It absolutely did not meet Hyatt Place standards and the hotel charged two of my credit cards an exorbitant amount of money when I didn't even stay there. I checked right out after seeing the condition of the room. I was charged for the two night stay, and then two other random charges. I am absolutely appalled, disgusted and angry.

Hotel was decent. However, I did not like the location as I did not feel that safe walking after dark. We did not get our room cleaned during our stay. Trash was left unemptied and nothing tidied. Very disappointing for a Hyatt hotel. On the positive, the breakfast was good.

When we arrived the parking lot was riddled with so many drug using homeless people. It was scary. The hotel said they had security so we should be fine. Carpet was torn in the room. Bathroom had hair on yhe floor. Sofa bed lumpy . Very little amenities.

This property is awful. Duty and very outdated. Swamp cooler for an AC unit that is loud and doesn’t really work. Hot water was like warm. Cleaning staff left dirty towels on floor along with cleaning spray on sink counter. Maid also smelled of cigarette smoke which made the room smell . Overall this place is a dump.

Great property in a not so great area. Excellent breakfast, rooms very quiet, likely due to concrete structure, not wood trusses between floors! Good condition of rooms, tv has good channel selection, but no guide, which is disappointing. Good size room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Nice walk-in shower too.

The room was laid out nice, clean and roomy. Bed was comfortable and had coffee, microwave, and frige. Was quiet and the breakfast was above the normal breakfast, wonderful selection of food. Worth the price!

Rooms were really nice - big and comfortable. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on our floor was broken (but not I the rooms themselves thankfully). Breakfast in the morning was wonderful - probably the best hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had.

Beds were comfortable and clean. Walls and ceiling were dirty. Carpet was dirty and falling apart. Deadbolt on door would not lock. A/C and heater were very noisy. Bathroom was outdated and needed upgrading. Hotel was run down and in an area full of transients. Outside aluminum siding of building was falling apart. Price for the night was too expensive for the condition of the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Free breakfast was good. Was listed as a 3 star hotel but I would’ve given it 2.

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I really expected better from a Hyatt. Within the first 5 minutes of checking in, we had our first major issue. We opened our room door and their were guests inside! Thank God they were clothed and understanding that it wasn't our mistake. After getting keys to an unoccupied room, we entered a small, underwhelming room. The 2nd major issue came when we tried to shower. I say "tried" because there was no hot water. The front desk told us this was an ongoing issue that he could have fixed in 30-45 minutes. Excuse me??? This hotel regularly doesn't have hot water??! On top of these major issues, the parking lot was covered in trash and the pool was filthy. We'll never return nor recommend this location.

Booked two queen beds as we were traveling with three adults and a three-year-old. Showed up only to find they gave us one king bed and a couch. Did not have any other rooms and would not give us a discounted rate due to their error. I was told a manager who could give a discount would be in in the morning but morning staff said no manager until Monday. We were only there one night but after a long day of traveling and also needing to rise early, it was pretty disappointing. Continental breakfast was not bad. Room itself was clean. Pullout bed had one flimsy blanket and not very comfortable. A lot of nighttime activity around the hotel and some strange characters getting yelled at for trying to sneak into the Continental breakfast in the morning. Breakfast and bar area was nice. Staff was nice but miscommunicates and it seems there is a lack of management here; a manager should always be on site or at least someone with managerial access. Probably will choose a different hotel next time I’m in Tucson.

Hotel was so nice. The room was clean, spacious, there was a well stocked coffee supply, a microwave and a fridge. The staff was so friendly, accommodating and just great. There's a free breakfast buffet in the morning, lots of local restaurants and a bar in the hotel. The only issue we had was putside the hotel. There were people gathered at the bus stop and corner all night long. But the hotel does have security that patrols all night.

There is also some noise from the freeway - earplugs are an easy fix. The hotel is clean, breakfast each day was great, the homemade cookies are not to be missed! I chose this chain hotel since I know what to expect. And they are pet friendly. Which is a plus since we are traveling with our miniature schnauzer. Their breakfast is outstanding!! Their lobby is clean and inviting. They have plenty of parking space as we were moving from one state to another and had a U-Haul and his car tow behind. Easy access to and from I-10 East. Unfortunately, the area is a plight. There’s a Circle K as you enter the property with homeless people/addicts hanging out nearby. To the right of the property is what looks like an abandoned motel but looks like had residents. I actually felt apprehensive as we arrived late and it was dark. The staff was friendly and polite.

When I made this reservation, I looked at location in proximity to Interstate 10, which was good, dining options nearby, which was okay. What I didn't expect was that I didn't feel safe here because of all the homeless people in the area. There is a rundown motel next door, and the hotel knows there is a security problem because they have a onsite security guard at night. The room we had was a very basic room, not what I expected for the price that I paid.

Overall great stay, hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was decent. The amount of homeless people wandering just outside the hotel in the parking lot was a little sketchy, especially for a risk of a car break in. Exterios was litered with debris unfortunately. Great hotel, but built in a not so great location. Will probably not stay here again.

Do not stay at this hotel it is not safe! There's shattered glass everywhere from car breakings. There are no lights at the back of the parking lot and homeless waiting for you to leave your car so they can break in. We end up leaving because we didn’t feel safe.

The bartender made a point to tell us how limited the bar was by saying anything thats on the menu is not available. The whole top shelf was displayed empty tequila bottles. I have stayed at many Hyatt's for their amenities and this one was bottom on my list. Ended up having to go out for food and beverages.

Staff was great, room was nice and clean. Biggest issue was that I chose the hotel based on the understanding that there was a restaurant and grab and go lunch options but the restaurant has been closed for a long time and no immediate plans to open it.

The property was clean and close to the freeway. The staff was ok not rude but not welcoming either. The breakfast was terrible the eggs seemed as if they were powered eggs. The bacon was burnt and the waffles overly crispy! The coffee had lots of grounds still inside after brewing. They had a bar but the check in clerk often moonlights as the bartender. The issue is she had no clue how to make any drinks lol. In the end this Hyatt was a 3 out of 5 for me. Ive stayed at several Hyatts before and this one is not even on the same scale as the others. Finally the location is very shady. Lots of homeless in the area, they didn't bother us just know the area has lots of them. There's nothing nearby thats even remotely worth going to. This place is good for a 1 maybe 2 night stay for a single or couple. Families might want to consider looking elsewhere. This is our first and last stay at this Hyatt.

Nice place well taken care of. I didn’t see any staff except for the front desk . He was help him. We part of Vehicle came in about 9:00 PM ParkVehicle where he told us to on the side of the building As we were unloading are luggage we noticed security guard outside felt comfortable seeing him there we entered our room no more 15 minutes. There was enough on the door. No one identified themselves so I did not answer the phone the door I assume it was security. They asked if my vehicle was parked in the front entrance of the building I said no but he repeated himself and I’ve just kept telling him.no no so that was it scary experience for me. Don’t know who it was. Maybe it was security or not. Everything else it’s wonderful.

Was woken up at 7:30 by the fire alarm. Went down to front desk and they tryed to play it off like nothing happened. They back in our room there was still an alarm going off in the laundry room next to us. The general manager came to turn that alarm off. I asked what the deal was and he also trying to play it off as no big deal. I pointed out that their fire doors could not close do to a smoke alarm blocking it from opening. The other door was blocked by a trash can. He then started yelling at me that I didn’t understand it was an accident. My kids were crying and they didn’t care. Worst stay at a Hyatt ever.
