GREAT family hotel walking distance to Disneyland and California Adventure Park. There are a bunch of restaurants within walking distance, including a Starbucks just two doors down! My only complaints were that the floors were obviously swept but not washed. There was some guck on the bathroom floor and the hardwood in the main room left our socks black. The only other thing is that the pool isn't heated! Not the end of the world, just something to keep in mind! Would definitely stay again :).

Great service, very friendly. Great location, close to restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, IHOP, easy freeway access. Walking distance to Disneyland front gate and there's also a shuttle in that area you can walk to. Safe area and kid friendly. Pool was in service as well. Free parking and free breakfast.

Free parking. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean. Only half-mile from Disneyland. Outdoor pool. Free breakfast items (coffee, orange juice, instant oatmeal, pastries, granola bars, banas). Mini-fridge, small coffee maker and microwave in room.

Great location to walk to Disneyland. We decided to stay here for the free breakfast, free parking and the pool. Turned out to be a great choice. The rooms are newly remodeled. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, perfect for bringing back leftovers. The pool was clean and heated, Great place to cool off and Our granddaughter to swim.

It was just "ok" because... It was close, but for the price there are other better options. I misunderstood there was a shuttle from the hotel, no, its the public transportation which you have to download the app, then figure out how to take it ( annoying & complicated, they didn't know how to help) , so, ended up walking. No jacuzzi & mini pool not heated. Breakfast was very Dissapointing. Guests arriving at night were very loud and parking is right outside your window ( not their fault) but in bigger places this doesn't happen. I am pretty tiny and felt the tub was definitely small. The parking Was free, so, definitely good & staff was cordial. Maybe just a one night hotel kinda place.

We came to town for a game at Angel Stadium & wanted to stay somewhere centralized & walkable. This hotel was a quintessential California Hotel! It was VERY clean & you can tell the staff works hard. Check in was a breeze - the pool was amazing (a little deep but we loved that) & the location was top notch. Perfect if you are going to Disney or the Stadium but don't want to break the bank on your hotel. It can be a little loud in the mornings (You will hear everyone leaving for the park), but it was no bother to us. Everyone was in a great mood due to the proximity to Disney. We had a lovely time and will come again.

Super walkable to Disneyland. The office staff are very helpful and polite. They still come in and make the beds every day, which I am not used to since the pandemic. We booked a room with 3 queen beds, and 2 separate rooms, which was great for our family of 4 people. The pool is not very big, but it was clean and super refreshing on a hot day. The breakfast (7-9 AM) was bananas, some prepackaged muffins and pastries, OJ boxes, and oatmeal packets. I stuck with just bananas and oatmeal, but it was fine and I ate while we walked to the park. They have hot water 24/7 in the office so when we bought ramen at the corner drugstore, we were able to prepare it with their hot water. They have coin laundry service, which was great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the hotel is always well-kept, and the location is the perfect balance between distance to Disneyland and cost! We have stayed here numerous times and it is a favorite!!! We truly appreciate that this hotel is always kept looking fresh and clean. Great job to all - front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, etc! We appreciate all of you!!!

Room was spacious and clean. Parking was great. Only 15 minute walk to Disneyland. Internet functioned great. Room 121 had a sewer smell in the bathroom. We kept the fan on. I reported it when we checked out.

So beds are comfy, clean, quiet but I didn’t enjoy the baby mouse on the floor I was able to put a plastic cup on it and left it in the corner when u went to tell the gentle men all he said oh I’m so sorry ! And just gave us a 15$ discount like no get pest control ! ASAP ! It’s disgusting. I would add a picture if I could . So disappointed.

Rooms thermostat worked well. Very clean and updated. The staff cleaned rooms daily which is a rare these days. About a 12 min walk to Disneyland. Very quiet area. Starbucks next door. Perfect location. Front desk service was excellent, breakfast wasn’t big however it was nice to go and grab something to eat while walking to the park. It was my first time staying here and it will definitely be a go to for our family again

The only thing I really liked about this property was how close it was to Disney and the cleanliness of linens bed etc. The property wasn’t in the best condition there was water damage by our front door and it caused a foul smell throughout the room. You could see daylight through all sides of the front door which is how I assume the water damage got there. There was flooring coming up by the bathroom. Also they are remodeling the rooms across from ours and the workers began working at 7:30am and you can hear everything from the room. You can hear every conversation from the room next door and every noise that occurs in the street. There are tons of loud cars that drive up and down the street that you could hear all night. Hopefully the remodeled rooms on the other side will be better but overall wasn’t the best place I stayed by a long shot.

The fact that it was so clean. I loved the hotel. I loved that we got back from a long day at Disneyland and we back to a clean room, and even our kids blankets were folded. Definitely staying again

Hotel was mostly clean. It felt a bit on the older side and wasn’t super fresh, but clean enough to stay at and met our needs. It is convenient to local dining and stores. All are within walking distance. You can even walk to the theme parks - about 11 minutes away. Breakfast is just small wrapped muffins and some bananas. Coffee is always available. The bed mattresses were comfortable, but the pillows are small and flatten out so much that you need a lot of them. Can be a little noisy when other guests arrive or leave since parking is right next to the rooms and the walls are thin. On the other hand, being able to park close to your room means less distance to haul your luggage as well. I would recommend this hotel if just staying overnight while visiting the theme parks if you are on a budget. Front desk staff was courteous and does their best to make your stay comfortable.

Location is fantastic! Quick walk to Disneyland. The room was nice and large too. Our family of 4 all had our own bed which after walking 30,000 steps inside the park was AMAZING! For the price its a very solid spot.

We stayed here during our four days at Disney. The good: clean, property in good condition, 15 min walk to inside of Disney, good beds and TV. The bad: microwave was a turn dial, fridge didn't have a freezer, VERY LOUD upstairs neighbors, only one ceiling light. I would stay here again for the right price, but if something else was available for slight more, I'd probably go there instead.

Very good location to walk to Disneyland. Parking was very easy! Room was somewhat loud. We could hear every movement of our upstairs neighbors. All in all, a great budget friendly place to use as a home base for Disneyland.

Our only complaint was that staying in room 214 we had little or no wifi. If we stood outside our door it was excellent, but in the room almost none.

The location is ideal for those planning to visit Disneyland. While the room was reasonably clean, it did not meet my expectations based on the description on the website. Additionally, we could hear heavy footsteps from the upper floor. The AC unit was making a strange noise, and the hair dryer looked unsafe to use, making me feel like I might get electrocuted if I tried it.

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland. Very close to a Starbucks and a CVS and Walgreens. The hotel is older but clean and very conveniently located. We got the two queen beds with a pull out sofa bed and it was definitely a large enough room for my family of five. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Anaheim.

The fire alarm on the ceiling in my room started making a beeping sound every 30 seconds at 3 AM. I tried calling the front desk several times, but no one answered. I attempted to fall back asleep despite the noise, but it was impossible. Eventually, I went down to the office myself and had to wake up a staff member. He replaced the battery in the fire alarm, and the noise finally stopped around 4 AM.

I attempted to fall back asleep despite the noise, but it was impossible. Eventually, I went down to the office myself and had to wake up a staff member. Hotel was nice. Room was clean and spacious. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. Microwave and fridge too, which was great for us. Slept 6 comfortably. Nothing fancy but was nice for our weekend to Disneyland. Breakfast was provided, mostly bananas and granola bars. We really liked how we could walk to Disneyland and not have to deal with parking. From the hotel to the gate was 15 minutes and that was with kids and a toddler. Good location to Other things too there is a Starbucks we ordered from right down stairs and a Walgreens like 200 feet from the hotel. The best part was the service! The staff were so polite and very helpful with things like extra towels and pillows. We will definitely stay again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! What a great spur of the moment find. The rates were perfect and the room was more than we needed. Beyond clean! The walk to Disneyland was easy and you pass the Starbucks on the walk if needed. Staff was amazing and helpful. Also a huge plus was the pull out bed in the sofa was so comfortable which I have never said before in my life. We will stay here again.

Pretty good value for the money paid BUT the breakfast is very basic AND after we checked out and were waiting for our shuttle to the airport, one kid and adult among us needed to go to the washroom BUT the staff member on duty said there is no public toilet in the property. He could have the flexibility to allow us to use any of the rooms still under cleaning, but we had to make a 5-7 minute (each way) U-shaped journey across the street to go to the washrooms at Garden Walk. That we considered extremely poor guest service.

I would definitely recommend this place. It’s clean very close to the Toy story parking lot. You just walked five minutes jump on the shuttle boom you’re there. I would definitely stay here again. I can’t wait for my next Disney trip. I know this is where I’m gonna be staying.

Great stay and quiet even though your right by one of the main roads. Close to resturants at the Gardenwalk and even a few stores like CVS. Easy parking and just a nice spot! Definitely on my list for next time!

The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from Disneyland. Very close to a Starbucks and a CVS and Walgreens. The hotel is older but clean and very conveniently located. We got the two queen beds with a pull out sofa bed and it was definitely a large enough room for my family of five. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Anaheim.

The room was clean and neat. The wifi service was terrible. We were not able to use our game console and the kids were very dissapointed. Also, the so called "free breakfast" was not worth staying at the hotel for the price. That was one of the main reasons we stayed there. They should not say it's a continental breakfast because it was not. It was more of a morning snack/coffee stand.

The Hotel allow you to park a car per room. No issues with the hotel, clean, safey, parcking included. The Bereakfast is only coffe, bread and energy bars and you can drag yogurth or fruit from the refrigerator. But it was fine for the price you pay. I like it.

The free breakfast options are better than nothing and considering where you are likely going for the rest of the day it’s good enough. Granola bars, oatmeal, prepackaged mini muffins and bananas. A keurig, hot water and orange juice for drinks. Serviceable but tight in the morning.

We encountered 3 different staff members during our 5-night stay. All 3 were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, and it was clean. The pool is heated, which was nice for the chillier evenings. Free parking was also a plus!

The walls were thin though and I heard thumping all morning from people upstairs. The shades should be blackout to allow people to sleep better and the beds need to be reconsidered. Kinda hard mattresses and the pillows weren't really comfortable. Other than that my stay was ok. Price is not justified.
