Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites

Rummet var i gott skick. Personalen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet höll på att renoveras när vi var där. Frukosten kan förbättras en hel del. Bara skräpmat med tomma kolhydrater och inget protein. Inte ens ett ägg. Fanns lite applen & apelsiner & någon banan om man kom tidigt.

No hicieron servicio a cuarto, no tendieron las camas. Cobran por el estacionamiento y no tienen espacios suficientes, tuve que dejar la llave. Habitaciones muy viejas.

Check-in was the root of all my problems for this stay. I was traveling with family, let the girl (Kareena) checking me in know and she said she'd be able to keep my family and I next door (Great! Not always possible but appreciated it very much). Well turns out the room I was assigned was also assigned to the lady who was checking in next me at the same time. Found this out when we went to open the door and there she is with her 2 sons (luckily it was 3pm and not late at night). So went back to reception and Kareena said that my name was assigned to the room and she thinks her coworker (Aixa?) Might have double booked the room. We get reassigned to a room just one door away (not too far from my family so not bad) and settled in. We returned to reception late at night to make sure that my name was taken off the original room and the gentleman (didnt get his name but super helpful) at the desk assured us it was. Fast forward to our last night before checking out the next day, we get back from Disney before midnight and our keys do not work. Apparently when we got reassigned Kareena did not put in the correct dates of our stay, put that we checked out that day instead of the next. Luckily the same gentleman was able to give us new keys, explained the error, and all of our stuff was still in the room. Side note: it was not disclosed that renovations were happening for the dining area for breakfast so breakfast was not as advertised when booking. Respectfully not booking again.

The staff was great and the location was very close and convenient to the Disney shuttles. You can extend your parking there for a small fee amd use the shuttle. The room was clean, nice and the area felt nice and safe for us.

El desayuno es muy pobre, no hay variedad, pero fuera de ello, excelente por si vas a los parques, a 5 mim caminando al Toy Story parking(dónde salen y llegan los camiones a Disney gratis)
