This budget-friendly inn is a place we will defiantly stay again. It checks a lot of boxes on my must-have list: Comfortable beds and pillows ART bus stop right outside Fan in the bathroom Freezer in the large mini fridge Free breakfast with several options Really HOT water in the shower Parking only $10 per night and free EV charging Nice clean heated pool and hot tub These all seem like little things but they make the experience more comfortable overall. We stayed 3 nights here and 3 at the Marriott (work trip) on this visit and though the Marriott was fancy, Stanford Inn was actually our preference.

Front desk staff could have been more friendly but the ladies who worked the breakfast area were awesome! It is hard to find a hotel with a hot breakfast included so we made sure to eat before we left for the park each morning. It was convenient to ride ART to and from the park with a bus approximately every 30 minutes.

This is definitely a no frills hotel. There are literally a hundred hotels in the area due to the proximity to Disneyland so you have choices. I picked Stanford because of the price of the family suite, it was nice to have the kids in their own bedroom. Though the walls, and ceiling are paper. Sounded like someone was moving furniture ulate at night and again at 6am. The hotel is on a very busy road and we heard cars all night. There is breakfast included, the make your own waffles were great, the eggs were not. The room was always crowded. We skipped it our second morning. The only staff I dealt with was very nice, check in was easy and fast. One big bonus is that if you have an electric car, they have 4 spots that you can charge for no additional fee above the $12/night parking fee. If you are just looking for a clean room, some extra space and a comfortable bed for a good price then go for it, but bring your earplugs.

Parking fee is dumb but everything else is good. Perfect hotel if your doing Disney and the convention center. Hot breakfast options a plus. Well kept. Pool was heated and Jacuzzi was great.

Negatives: -No elevators, only stairs -Main, front window: opened ALL the way, no screen, no security lock -AC barely blows on HIGH setting -Housekeeping turned off the AC when they cleaned the room so we returned to a HOT, stuffy room. -Hot Breakfast ran out before 930am everyday. Not enough tables to sit. -Not enought parking spots for everyone at the end of the night. Positives: -Comfortable beds -Plenty/extra plugs & USB charging ports -Swimming pool was nice & refreshing -Quiet (other than the Fireworks until 1am 4th of July) -Great water pressure in the shower

Our room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the daily turndown service. The pool and hot tub were nothing fancy, but they got the job done. Having on-site laundry was a big plus during our stay. One thing to note, there’s no elevator. We arrived at 2:30 hoping to check in early, but were told no family suites were available until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which was understandable. However, when we returned, we were given an upstairs room, even though we have small children and one who struggles with stairs. We were told we could wait another hour or two for a downstairs room, which was frustrating. We chose not to wait, but in hindsight, I wish we had or that the downstairs option had been available at 3 as expected. Breakfast was okay basic continental with waffles, eggs, and sausage but the menu didn’t change at all during our 3-day stay. There were definitely some aspects I wish had gone differently, but overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience. Just not the most accommodating stay for families with young kids.

We stayed here for a three day visit to Disney land. We have stayed here before because we love the space and the two bathrooms, much needed for a family of six. Unfortunately, not getting the rooms cleaned for a three day stay was very disappointing. We had to take out our own trash twice after a tyring day at Disney. The hotel amenities stated daily cleaning but when I check received a paper saying that it would get cleaned every two days . Then when the second day came around and I ask the answer was just that They were short staff with no apology. I requested towels since we had been out and had to call to remind them. Usually have a good experience staying there and my family also stays there because I recommend it but this situation left me a little dissatisfied. The positives are: the space, a bus that picks up and drop off at hotel (daily pass 6), breakfast (basic but ok), and the location is pretty good. It is also more affordable than others.

Rooms were very clean, bathroom was impeccable, staff was friendly and greeted us every time. We honestly felt welcomed and seen as we spoke Spanish and we were greeted in our language. The breakfast was an upgrade from the traditional continental breakfast we have seen at other hotels. Parking was available at a price, but when compared to other locations their price for parking was still cheaper. The rooms were spacious and the beds were pretty comfortable, the extra bathroom option was a huge plus for us, and we won’t hesitate from checking in to this hotel again.

The loud vehicles at night were very frustrating. It didn't seem like the walls were very sound proof. Food was good at breakfast. Your feet and socks got dirty walking on the floor.

Small dead roaches on the walls, mold and musky smell throughout the room. The whole night there were cars screeching in the parking lot. Very ghetto and dirty.

The hotel was ok. The shower head was cover in lots of hard water, and we came back after the day out, to find roaches. Pretty sure they came in the large gap under the door. Staff didn’t seem too concerned about our complaint. We will not be staying here again.

We stayed in a room that had a separate room with bunk beds for the kids. It had Mickey Mouse bedding the kids thought was cool. The room is spacious. The breakfast is good. You have to pay for parking which we knew about, it was $12/day. The only issues were the floors were dirty, actually made socks and feet dirty and the room was stuffy, poor ventilation I guess.

Pros: The breakfast is great and has something for everyone. The shuttle to the park picks up right at the hotel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The heated pool was a hit with the kids. Good water pressure in the shower. Fair price. Cons: The floors do not get cleaned very well. Pillows are lumpy and the room smells a little mildewy. Good property. Only got housekeeping one day out of five although it’s supposed to be every other day. Staffing shortages or something was the stated reason. Just be sure to ration your towels in case you don’t get housekeeping.

The floors were so dirty in the rooms our feet were black. Even right after the room was cleaned. They say they have theme rooms but even after telling them we had 2 boys they put us in a pink room. We complained and they gave us a blue one but no themes in either room. Maybe more boy theme rooms as they said they had 2 princess rooms. There was rarely hot water for a shower or a bath as well as no water pressure. The pool had a black ring around the edge and the hot tub had so much chlorine it burned your eyes. The breakfast choices were limited and no real variations. For a week stay having the same options is a bit sad. With being celiac there usually is not a lot I can eat. Most places do have Cheerios as a cold cereal option. With 2 sugary cereal options for kids the Cheerios would have been a better option for them also.

Dirty, very poor cleaning through out the hotel. Their floors and some rooms have black mold. Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Not enough blankets to keep u warm. They are super thin.

We liked the cleanness of the room, but we got a room that had a share door in the middle and we heard everything next door. Our neighbors conversations and when they walked and closed their front door. Our room was 254 which is upstairs and facing the back of the property so we heard all noises all night. I believe they had an event going on that we heard cars exhaust all night racing through the street. This hotel being in the Main Street I literally heard every car passing by plus our neighbors.

Inn seems to be very dated. The location is great. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortably lumpy. Unfortunately we did not get enough sleep from the discomfort. The windows are incredibly thin. We could hear all the vehicles from the main road and we were not on the main road. The breakfast was not bad.

The staff was really nice. Our room faced the street behind the hotel and its a very noisy street, not the hotels fault but maybe they need to upgrade the windows and doors.

Location is fabulous with lots of dining options nearby. Right in the ART line for easy venturing to parks. Decent small breakfast options with sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, toast, etc. Beds are pretty hard and pillows awkwardly lumpy. Bath towels are super tiny.
Location is fabulous with lots of dining options nearby. Right in the ART line for easy venturing to parks. Decent small breakfast options with sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, cereal, toast, etc. Beds are pretty hard and pillows awkwardly lumpy. Bath towels are super tiny.

Check in was easy! Loved the layout and separate bunk area. Actual quality of mattress was so firm and uncomfortable and bedding was the thinnest I have ever experienced at a hotel. We had to turn on the heat to be comfortable at night. It was also very affordable for the size and layout. Breakfast was ok, strawberry waffle were odd and I think should be skipped for only original flavor.

For our Disneyland trip this year, we stayed at the Stanford Inn & Suites Anaheim. It was a 3 night stay, and all I can say is we will definitely be back! The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean. We got the 2 room suite, first room had 2 queen beds, and the other 1 twin bunk bed, each with their own bathroom! Easily fits 6 people comfortably. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, it was clean and well kept. The pool area has a shower, restroom some table and long chairs. Your stay does come with free continental breakfast, hours are from 6:30pm - 9:30pm which include Fresh Waffles, Bagels, Muffins and Toast, as well as Scrambled eggs, Sausage and Oatmeal. For the beverages, they have orange juice, apple juice, water, and coffee. They do charge for parking, and if you plan to foot it, It's about a 25 min walk to the park gates. However, The Toy Story Parking Lot is about a block down, or you can drive to the Disneyland Parking Garage, which charges $35 all day parking and shuttle access. So if your looking for something clean, affordable near the Disneyland Resort this is it here.

The room was a good size. We liked that they didn’t have the usual baby size hard hand soap but actual soap & lotion in a pump. Its the lil things :) Fridge worked great. AC was good. So were the beds. Pillows always go flat, but thats everywhere. Shower water pressure could have been better. They had shampoo & body wash but no conditioner. That was a bummer. Only thing i didn’t like was that i found lil hair rubberbands around the room. Close enough to a lil market, 25 min walk to Disney parks. After a long day at the parks we uber back. We’ve stayed here a couple times & like their morning breakfast too.

We were pleasantly surprised when we got our room; for the price, it’s worth it. Definitely bring ear plugs, as it is very noisy on the street and with families coming and going outside your room since it’s a motel. Great location - walkable to Disneyland. Rooms are clean, but a bit dated. Beds were comfy though!

Our stay was nice, would definitely stay again but, the lady working the desk in the morning is rude and not helpful, Jesse H who checked us in the first night was very pleasant and quick with helping get us situated, the 1st room we checked into looked clean & put together but, had a terrible mildew smell.. Jesse got us a new room quickly without any hassle.! The 2nd room was clean and smelled better but, the shower pressure was not good, though it did still have hot water. The sink pipes do need to be cleaned, a terrible stink comes from the hand washing sink and definitely could use some new softer towels.! Other than those few small details, the stay was great, the convince to get on a shuttle to Disneyland was perfect, good food places near by, breakfast was a normal hotel meal, the staff walking around cleaning the grounds were very friendly and helpful.! 4/5 star.

Amazing Staff, they remembered us from our last stay & that just shows great Customer Service. They gave us a call after we settled in our room asking if everything was ok. We absolutely loved that. The cleaning service is perfect. Especially with 3 kids, they can misplace this and that, and when we come back to our room it’s back where it should be. I have nothing but great things to say about this Hotel. Definitely recommend & we will definitely continue to book here every time we come to California. -Pacheco Family from Gilbert AZ

My family had a wonderful time at the Stanford Inn. It is clean, comfortable, the staff are amazing, and they still provide a great breakfast to start your day. It is close to Disneyland and the shuttle picks up right in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay there on our next Disneyland trip. Highly recommend it.

The worst hotel stay and i was only here for a couple hours. I stayed here a few years ago and loved it. It was nothing like a i remember. First, the area around the hotel is scary. Way worse than i remember. If youre taking your fam to disney, i wouldnt stay anywhere past the portifino. The area gets really unsafe after that. The hotel was much more run down than i remember. They changed us a $30 early check in fee for checking in ONE HOUR before check in. Which i thought was a little much. Our hotel room was dingy, musty, smelly, sticky (lots of sticky surfaces) and giant looking ants all over the bathroom. We also needed more towells and a new remote because ours was disgusting and broken. It took FIVE requests via phone and me going into the lobby before we got towells. Never got the remote. At 1 point i called the lobby about the remote and rebecca was insanely rude and hostile towards me. When i asked to talk to a manager she told me 1 wouldnt be in for days and they dont respond to after hours texts/calls. I told her i didnt feel comfortable staying somewhere where the front desk is so rude and i cant talk to a manager for days. It took an hour of expedia fighting with them before i got the refund. Rebecca mocked me, laughed at me, and had a large maintenence man follow me and my daughters around and intimidate us. If we didnt get out when we did i think they were going to physically attack us. I think they do it on purpuse so youll leave and they can keep your money.

With online reservations, I was in the lobby for 40 minutes checking in because after the first room booked, the staff member could not get the second room for me because they said that another member had locked my reservation. Whatever that means. For booking two rooms with one confirmation and one itinerary number the hotel still put a $100 hold on my card for each room. So while we’re figuring this out the lobby begins to fill up with people who had come from Disney land and they couldn’t get back in their room because Disneylands security damages the room cards for the hotel that is 2miles from DisneyLand and the reason why I even booked this spot in the first place. Safe to say I’ll never come back!

I originally booked this room April 17th a month in advanced and today when I showed up at check in , they charged me about $90 more then what I thought and they said they cancelled my booking on April 24th and that Expedia should have let me know but you didn't, it still said my booking was booked. We arrived at the hotel with our reservation pulled up on the hotels.com app after an 8 hour drive with children. The hotel quickly informed me they had no reservation for me. I showed them the reservation on the app and they informed me that the hotel had canceled a large number of reservations through Expedia last month, mine included, because the price we were sold was too low. I had recieved zero communication from any party that my reservation had been canceled. I immediately reached out to hotels.com via their live chat. After a back and forth I was told they were escalating my issue and that I would hear back in 24 to 72 hours. I had no choice but to pay a higher price for the room I had reserved as my family and I needed a hotel. The difference in price was more than $300. Now hotels.com refuses to resolve this issue. They will not Eben reference whether or not the canceled reservation was communicated to them from the hotel itself. They just keep telling me that the hotel didn't charge me a cancelation fee which has nothing to do with the issue at hand and doesn't change the fact I paid more than $300 more than the reserved price on my app. Terrible customer service.

The location is good - near lots of eateries. Close to Disney, Angels stadium and the Honda Center. It’s on a busy street so kind of noisy. The back parking lot is shared with a restaurant and I felt a little uncomfortable parking there but it was okay. It’s an older hotel but the price is right. The free breakfast is decent.

It was very well kept. It was close to Disneyland especially for the art shuttle you are one of the first stops and the second stop after leaving the park so you don’t wait a long time. Breakfast was great and our family enjoyed it. Would have liked more towels in the room but was easy to get some from the office staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great for light sleepers. You can hear all the cars and people walking by. Convenient when it comes to getting to Disney in way of the shuttle. The shuttle service is amazing. Breakfast is great. Parking fee is not included in upfront cost.

Everything was adequate, but a bit worn, and the service and staff were amazing, and it's just far enough from disneyland that there isn't too much traffic but still close enough to walk if you wanted to do so.

Breakfast no longer includes hot foods such as eggs and a breakfast meat. The options are sugar and more sugar. Was told this just happened May 1st l. Not a good change. In general, prices are rising and value dropping. Still safe and clean, close to Disney. Stay in rhe back of the hotel if you dont want street noise all night.

Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and breakfast area were a bit disappointing. Scrambled eggs were flat, not fluffy and very bland tasting as was the sausage. The seating area is very plain and had no decor nor atmosphere, did not feel at all welcoming.

It's offered from 7:00–9:00 AM, which feels a bit too narrow for the number of guests, especially considering the hotel has around 106 rooms. With 70-80% of guests (mostly families) likely eating breakfast, that's around 300 people trying to fit into a two-hour window. The issue is compounded by the fact that they stop replenishing the food about 10-15 minutes before the service ends, which means some guests are left with very limited options. I think extending the breakfast hours to 6:00–10:00 AM would make a big difference. Having the earlier hour (6:00–7:00 AM) would help guests who need to get to the parks early, while extending it to 9:00–10:00 AM would better accommodate those who are not heading to the parks or are checking out that day.

Breakfast options: I appreciated the hot eggs and sausage patties. There is also bread and toasters, diy waffles, dry cereal and milk, hot and iced coffee (but no ice) and some fruit. Maybe juice, can't recall.

Over all our stay was 10/10!! We will def be back! Great service, clean rooms, comfy beds, easy parking (you pay for it but not horrible and totally worth it!!) close to everything!

Simply put this was an awfully maintained Hotel. I hate to say it but it was. The bathroom had evidence of mold. The couch in our room had holes in the upholstery. The window shade had stains. The dresser drawers were dirty. We found a cockroach in our room. When I called the front desk about it they could not move us to a new room. They just offered to check the room for more and refunded my parking. I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights with my kids, room was very spacious, loved that there was no carpet, breakfast was really good. It's a bit of a walk to the toy story parking lot so we just took a uber. The one thing I didn't like was there was NO ELEVATOR! going up and down those stairs with luggage was bad. Everything else was good.
