Pool was closed and ice machine broken

It was okay but didn't tell you about the $20 a day parking before I went there and then they charge it to your card later on

The room needs to be upgraded. The carpet is still dark brown was black. The ice machines I had to travel to a different floor to get ice, but I do thank you for the ice. One elevator was not working.

Everything was good except for the parking fee. This is the first hotel Ive had to pay for parking. Its usually part of the amenities with your reservation.

One of the reasons I chose this property was due to a pool and hot tub being advertised. When I arrived the pool and hot tub were closed and had no water. No compensation was offered.

The pictures online were a little deceptive, though the room was not the worst. The pool was out of commission and if we wanted to use a pool it was one of a near hitels which was smaller.

It was close to Disneyland rooms were okay for the price didn’t like how there’s really no parking on top but there is a car garage. Downside is that the elevator takes you up to the Hyatt so you still have to walk to the actual hotel.

Love this hotel but disappointed the whole trip the hot tub wasnt working its kinda the reason i booked that hotel.

Pool was a little cold and often no towels

Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was great! Walking distance to Toy Story Parking Lot to catch the bus to Disneyland. Was especially happy to be able to charge my EV for free.

My daughter and I have always stayed here for Disney. But this time we were given a room that had a plumbing issue in the tub. We returned from the park to have absolute filth and sewage come up from the pipes. We appreciated being switched out of that room but I was dismayed to hear from the maintenance person that it was a known problem. You have to really FIx the problem before you rent out that room.

When we checked in the person attending was rude not very helpful . When we got to our room we found huge coach roach . It was not vaccum there was cliped toenails on the floor. The sheet had grass like they didnt change them . I did call the front office and they had someone come and clean . I dont recommend to stay here .

This hotel was disgusting. Rooms were dirty. No cleaning service. The door hardly shut. AC unit was so loud I couldn't sleep. Terrible hotel.

The worst! Bed had hair, shower was dirty and there were roaches on nightstand

Our room had mold on the curtains, there was significant mold in the bathroom vents, the room overall smelt musky. We found two roaches in our room. The beds were comfortable but I don’t think I will allow my kids to stay here just because it’s not very clean and the bug problem grossed me out.

The room smelled like mildew and was not the cleanest. I won’t stay again.

Room was clean and staff was nice. There was a dead roach in the bathroom light above the sink, so that was gross. Could use some cosmetic updates.

As soon as we walk in to the room it smelled awful. It smelled like urine in the bathroom and the carpet felt wet. We had to spray the room multiple times during our stay.

One of the beds made a lot of noise when moving around, made it hard to sleep well. Some towels had spot stains. Tub was dingy. Sheets did not smell clean.

The staff was amazing at Cortona. Very nice and helpful. I also enjoyed their continental breakfast. It was a nice way to start the morning before heading to the parks. Cleanliness wasn’t perfect. There were hairs in the sink and tub before I used them.

I really like the place, but the bathroom is kind of small, otherwise everything else is so nice.

The entry door didn't seal properly so light entered in all night. Bugs could get in and any AC or warm air would get out.

It’s was good. First time staying there. Close to Disney so not bad of a walk. Parking good. Room was comfortable but our location was horrible. Right near stairs, laundry and elevator. Very loud with kids and other traffic.

Spacious rooms

Rooms are outdated but decent enough. Walk was about 20 minutes from Disneyland. Friendly staff, convenient breakfast, close to a huge Target if you need anything.

We had a two room suite. Which was perfect for our family. Rooms are spacious which is nice. It’s about a 15 min walk to Disneyland which isn’t too bad. Our youngest is 9 and did just fine. The breakfast was pretty unimpressive. They did have things like sausage patties and eggs in the same shape. One day they had hard boiled eggs but they were cold. No yogurt, no waffle maker, no oatmeal. They did have a jar of oatmeal so you could make your own with hot water. But overall, the breakfast was not great and my kids were pretty bummed out. We will probably not stay here again, due to the distance, the breakfast options being pretty poor, and the rooms are older. Decent, but older. The pool was really well maintained though. And my kids enjoyed a quick dip. Bc it was kind of cold. The hot tub was nice this time of year though. Good hotel, truly. But for a family with growing kids, the breakfast was a huge disappointment.

Great second room for a bunk bed. Couldn't believe how roomy it was!

it was a great experience the check in process with Eli was fast and she ia super friendly. They always serve breakfast which is ok. Bed was confortable!

Note that this is called an "Inn & Suites"which gives the impression of a nice hotel, but it is really more like a motel with outside room entries facing a parking lot. The lobby was beautiful, the breakfast area was nice, and the breakfast food was decent. They also have a good size gift shop for a hotel. However the rooms were older and subpar, and not worth the price in my opinion, especially being so close to Disneyland with so much competition between hotels. The room assigned to me had a pervasive urine-like smell to it. I believe that the bathroom floor may have been mopped with dirty water in the bucket. Upon request, I was given a new room which was better, but it had a different but strong and pervasive smell as well. Since I struggle with asthma, this was a concern. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to stay the full three nights in this hotel, but didn't want to hassle changing hotels. I kind of wish I had made the switch as this was the only real negative to a great vacation. The furniture was old and the walls were drab, with no attempt at any kind of decor or theme. I noticed what looked like some black droppings appear on the bed spread at one point. I don't know the origin, and I don't want to speculate, but worth mentioning for those who are interested.

Good hotel for families, tough walk from Disneyland but too bad because you can take the Toy Story shuttles and skip most of it. My only issue with the hotel was the wifi in the room, it kept disconnecting and just not loading which was a little hard to deal with when you just want to relax at the end of the day.

We had very kind, happy natured people at the front desk, in the breakfast area and all around. Very much enjoyed our stay at Cortona!

Everything was just yucky dirty gross. It was unpleasant to stay there. They also only clean your room every 3 days… that’s insane! Our sink or shower didn’t drain properly, we asked them for new bedding one night and for a pickup of the room and they didn’t do it. Just terrible.

Stay was great rooms are nice and clean staff was friendly. Only thing was we had to leave a day early and staff was not willing to refund last night or even work with us. Even though we notified them when we checked in and when we checked out spoke to the lady up front again she explained we could have gotten the refund if we booked directly through them. So I called Expedia to see if anything could be done they were willing to refund the night of the hotel would approve it but when they called hotel they said there was no notes in the system. Emailed hotel explaining what happen and they were still unwilling to refund or help any.

Staff was amazing. Kind and helpful. We rented 3 rooms. Breakfast was fine for the hotel. I didn’t expect full service breakfast so it was good quick option before heading to the parks. Egg patty, cereal, French toast sticks, coffee etc. The staff at the desk were friendly. The lady in the gift store was very sweet and accommodating. The cleaning ladies u spoke with were also very sweet and kind. We would come me back again. Disneyland has lost its magic and we probably will not go back again. However, if my family was in the area we would stay here again.

When checking in the staff was rude when I asked questions. They seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. When settling in the room and showered once I got out I noticed that bathroom was leaking from the bathtub I called the front office and they did not let me explain and said we will send someone shortly.someone did show but they just said I will try dry the water and didn’t even bother to listen to what I had to say. On the website it said complimentary cribs and toddler bed were available. When I went to from office to ask for a toddler bed they said they did not know what that was . I showed them the email and they looked at me with a face and said we do not know what those are we only have playpens and cribs . That I think is false advertisement. I also was never made aware of the parking fee until arriving at the hotel and checking in. Overall my experience was not good. I will not be staying here or recommending.

The water pressure was pretty low, BUT we were told they are updating the hotel next month so perhaps new shower heads? and we did not have a do not disturb sign in the room and were told it wouldn't be cleaned till the third day but we came back to the room to find it had been cleaned, and my partner doesn't like that. so that was kind of annoying. oh and the ice machine closest to the room was broken BUT they did let us check in early so that was a big plus. definitely would probably stay here again. it is so close to the toy story parking lot.

Great location, nice clean and quiet walking distance from the Anaheim convention center and Disney land. Close by dining variety of options very convenient and all for an affordable price. Highly recommended!

The location was good - twenty minute walk to Disney but a shuttle was available for a fee. Car parking is very expensive so should be considered when looking at the total price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good so we had a good start to the day. Overall, nice hotel and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, as always, room was clean and the beds were comfy. Easy walk to Toy Story busses across the street or you can walk to Disneyland in about 15-20m depending on your pace

We had a fridge and microwave for an amazing price that accommodated my friends and I. It was also a quick walk to the Anaheim Convention Center.

Good location near near Disneyland

A great stay as usual, never any issues. It's quiet, comfortable and clean. The "bendy bar" shower rods could use with slightly different placement; however, it's not like they ruin an experience. Especially for a family or casual trip it's great. Right across from Toy Story parking lot for easy access to the busses. Or if you're inclined a roughly 20-25 minute walk directly to Disneyland.

The breakfast was free with great choices and tlhe rooms were very clean,beds were very comfortable!!! Enjoyed the gift shop with affordable items ,even though the hot tub,pool was nt in operation,Cortona referred guests to the nearest hotel onsite for their use,that was the icong on the cake!!!My family was impressed with overall 2 night stay.Will like to visit again ......

The breakfast and delicious and during our stay there was variety of breakfast. The room was clean and well maintained. However, walls do seem to be paper thin. We could hear everything going on outside and in near by rooms.

Breakfast was very limited and looked uncooked/cheap. We decided to just skip it. The receptionist were anything but friendly. Very short and rushing everything. Definitely didn’t feel welcome. The room had a strange smell when we first opened the door. Pillows are extremely flat. Will not be staying here again.

The Continental breakfast should be better. There was no fruit, yogurt, ect. We had toast for breakfast both days. I wouldn’t go back because of that
