SpringHill Suites by Marriott at Anaheim Resort Area/Convention Center

【良かった点】 フロントも清掃スタッフも皆とても親切でした。チェックイン時間前に到着した際、しばらく待つと早めにお部屋に案内してくれました。 部屋は広くて清潔感があり、ディズニーから夜遅くても歩いて帰れる立地がよかったです。1階に24時間営業のドラッグストアがあり、お水などの買い出しにも困りませんでした。 【気になった点】 部屋が広いためか、椅子の上のようにおそらく目立たない場所の清掃が少し行き届いていないところがありました（自分で対処できる程度です）。また、機械室が近かったからか、日によりますが21〜23時頃、トントン音やドリル音がかなりうるさかったです。

Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Pool was small but sufficient. Breakfast room was spacious with good options. Great location for Disney

Our stay was…. rough. We arrived at 10:30pm after a very long drive. Got to our room for much needed rest and heard loud construction right above our heads throughout the middle of the night. Next day we were moved to a new room because of the construction (apparently from CVS and not Marriott related). We get to our new room at 9 pm and listened to the family above us jumping off furniture and wrestling so loud it sounded like they were going to fall through the ceiling. Finally at 10:30pm we called the front desk for help with the noise. They essentially said “what do you want us to do about it”. Like, are you kidding me? We just moved rooms due to the noise and now the construction noise was a cake walk compared to the loud jumping above us causing the room to shake and our toddler to wake up. Our stay here was a nightmare.
