i had requested a bottom room floor due to my husband having a bad back and there are no elevators, when i checked in i told the gentleman when i noticed i was assigned the the 2nd floor he said he was not able to change it. got into the room and it smelled musky tried opening windows to air out the room and was unable to open it. we figured out that it was due to the ac unit so we kept it off and would have to leave the door wide open just to get fresh air. there was hair in the shower and in my towels . there was only two outlets in the whole room and which the outlets didn't even work half of the time so when i woke up in the morning my devices weren't charged. it probably took 5 minutes for us to u lock our door every time we left because they box wasn't reading our key card we even went to the front desk to have it re-programmed and it still wouldn't work properly. tbeds and pillows aren't the most comfortable. my room was conjoined with another room and the gap on the bottom of the door was so big i would be able to slide something under to the next room . i go to disneyland every other month and like to try different places and this is one i will probably not be returning to. definitely got what i paid for.

The jacuzzi was not working and they never fixed it

First off info want to say it was a fast check in the lady was helpful at check in. I was in room 235 the room had a bad odor like a mold smell.. the bed / pillow was so uncomfortable to sleep on and when you walk on the floor towards the bathroom it feels like there is a hallow hole so I did my best to avoid stepping there. I was really disappointed as I had booked the hotel because it said hot tub and light breakfast. The hot tube did nit get hot ither of the days we were there other residents said the same and for breakfast the coffee was so watered down we went to a different place to get some. I had high expectations due to the rating on Expedia but when I checked the ratings on Google they were very low. Definitely do not recommend check google reviews before booking a room.

Great stay only issues was no Ice machine it was broken and the beds were not comfortable but great location staff was so nice.

To start, the bathroom had a putrid smell that was so strong we couldn’t even use it. We had conjoined rooms on the bottom floor and ended up having to use the other bathroom instead. The bathroom wall had visible mold, and the paint was peeling off. In the main room, one of the outlets was melted and unusable a serious safety hazard. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, squeaky, and loud with every move. The towels were stiff, stained, and overall disgusting ,we had to go to Target to buy our own. The floors were filthy; after walking around, my white socks turned completely black. To make matters worse, during our stay, city officials actually came and closed down the pool for health reasons. That alone says a lot about the conditions of this place. We barely slept that night because we were so uncomfortable. At 6 a.m., we told the front desk we wanted to check out early and cancel the next night. The man at the desk offered to have housekeeping do a deep clean, but when the cleaners arrived, they were extremely rude. They knocked aggressively like the FBI and demanded that we move all of our belongings so they could clean. That was the last straw. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The cleanliness, comfort, and professionalism were all far below acceptabl

My room had a stand up shower no bath tub and I was traveling with a toddler. Not the easiest to shower a toddler. Parking was terrible. Not enough parking spaces available.

The spa and pool facilities were dirty and not working properly

One of the main reasons we selected this motel was it had a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was supposedly fixed in the morning but quit working again. The water in the hot tub was so dirty I would even put my feet in it. Never got it working for the 2 days that we were there.

Breakfast lady was Awesome! On the 2 day gave front desk a maintenance a work order ( little flying bugs coming out of sink. Came back to room that evening, the bugs were all over. Went to front desk to ask & to follow up on the work order. Front desk said that their was no notes or work order . ... Following day checked out asked if the Manager could give me a call. That front desk rep said yeh of course maybe he can credit you back one night. Manager never gave me a call or followed up with me. Guess some of the staff... Front desk ( the one I gave the work order to ) follow the example of their Manager but not following through with request & things that need attention! Ice machine was down by the office & my room. So for 2 day of my stay if I wanted ice & had to get to the front desk to unlock the pool area to use the ice machine their. Pool was closed due to them draining the pool & doing matenance. I've worked in Hotels & been Front Desk Manager. What happen to me is totally unacceptable, rude, unprofessional. Manager, 1 st Front desk person that I have the work request for matenance, & maybe matenance too Very Poor Customer Service!!!

Don’t stay here. There was mold, bugs, stains and just dirty.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms are nothing like the pictures listed on the website. My sheets had blood stains on them, the bathroom had mould and the whole room smelled like chemicals.

The hotel motel suited purpose. The upstairs was SO noisy one night then the next day the adjoining room was super loud. There was little to no water pressure and the shower head didn’t work very well. The water was hot. The shower and bathroom were clean-ish minus the hairs and dirty walls. The caulking was moldy. The beds were clean though again had hairs. The comforter and towels were stained. The mattresses were also significantly stained. Over all the stay was ok and priced right for the area. We weren’t able to try the free breakfast. We stayed three nights and were so exhausted we opted to spend a few extra bucks and get am AirBNB to finish our vacation and get good rest.

This was a pretty run of the mill budget hotel near Disneyland Resort. The room was generally clean on arrival (though we did find something sticky near the trash bin and there were some fruit flies present). We appreciated that the room had a mini fridge and the lot had ample parking. We told room service that we did not need service for the day but the team still refreshed towels every day despite our request. The area wasn’t terribly loud or quiet. Having a Joe’s Italian Ices across the street was a sweet perk. Overall a decent place; just know you’re getting what you’re paying for.

Looked at the reviews and have it the benefit of the doubt. I'm not upright, but there were some things I can't let go of. They're not cleaning the rooms. There is dust cakes on the top of the shower, floor boards, mirrors. The room was swept but not mopped. The bathroom toilet had a skid mark, so the toilet was not cleaned. The shampoo/conditioner/ body wash was caked in soap scum and dust. The towels smelled like bleach. The bed was clean, but the quality in the sheets and the bleach is making the fabric crumble. Otherwise it did its job, we had a place to stay and it was relatively quiet - I'm typically a very light sleeper and I did not wake up at all to light or sound. What was also concerning was we checked in roughly around 9pm, and they made us check in through the side window. I gave my card for the deposit and he asked me for my pin number!

Noisy and dirty

First thing I did after driving 2 hours to this place was use the restroom. First thing I see if hair on the floor, but at least the toilet is wiped (I hope). Then I see 2 roaches in the corner of the shower. How??? And then to top it off, hair on my bed. And from various people since they were all different styles. I was afraid to wake up with a hair in my mouth. Never would stay here again. You get what you pay for.

The room was dirty. There was half bodies of cockroaches and nats flying around the room the whole time. Definitely has to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. But overall was ok very close to Disneyland and stores and food.

Walls were paper thin I could hear everything next door

It is close to Disneyland and was clean and quiet. The only downside was no bathtub and shower only.

Decent hotel, bed absolutely was not comfortable and the waters pressure in the shower was an absolute joke.

My main issue with my stay was that the listing clearly mentions that you are booking a room with 2 QUEEN SIZE BEDS, and when I got there, they were 2 Full Size beds. It is a big difference when your husband is 6'2 and your 11 year old is almost 5'4 and we are traveling as a family. We did get the hotel because of the seize of the beds, also it was really close to Disneyland, free parking and free breakfas (which was just yogurt, fruit, granola bars, and muffins). Overall my main concern was the quality of rest of everyone, since Disneyland is very tiring. But the rooms were clean and the people were nice. I just do not appreciate saying you have queen size beds and then getting to a smaller bed. Please change your listing as it could make a difference to someone's choice of booking.

Room was clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, but I had brought my own. There was plenty of hot water but it took a really long time to warm up. We thought it was broken, but the desk clerk said it often takes a long time to warm up and to just let it run. Once it got there it was plenty hot. Water pressure very low in the shower though. The in-room phone to contact the front switchboard was broken so I used my cell phone to call the front desk. The complimentary breakfast had apples, bananas, individually packaged small muffins, and individually packaged small yogurts. Also a dispenser with orange juice and apple juice. The two front desk clerks we interacted with were uniformly courteous, professional, and helpful.

It was basic. It would have been okay except we stayed to get up early for Disney. One of the neighbors was up until the wee hours with a loud movie and loud talking.

Fine for a reasonably priced place to stay near Disneyland. If you're just looking for a bed/tv/shower, this is good. It had a refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, hair dryer - things I appreciate. However, we could hear every conversation from the people in the next room. The accommodations are quite old and could use updating/cosmetic attention. That being said, for one or two nights this was fine for us. FYI - the continental breakfast ends at 9am.

The cons: the floor board in room 235 was very weak. You can feel it bend. Also another spot was a burnt in spot of something. Not sure. It was missing Kleenex in the Kleenex holder. The shampoo felt watered down. It felt like a very old motel with new paint. The parking spots were very narrow and hard to maneuver. It was crazy noisy for a Tuesday night and not even summer yet. The air conditioner smelled and was loud. The pros: it was cheap. The bed was actually firm and well kept. Did i mention it was cheap?

The room was ok. Not dirty nor smelly, but just old - the bathroom needed a lot of work. The shower was terrible - no pressure and no hot waterwas

They didn’t have any “do not disturb” placards to put on your door. Room service came by multiple times. Once in the morning to ask about towels, once while we were gone to take out the trash, and again while we took a midday nap. They opened the door

The staff was rude. They really tried to rip us off when we first got there trying to say one of their staff forgot to place our card on file so now we will pay more but when I explain I booked through Expedia which already has my card info they seemed annoyed. Then our room key wasn’t working. Every night we had to go to the front office for them to give us a new one. The room was dirty, the towels were dirty and rough and the water was murky.

This is a perfect spot to stay when your focus is on getting things done in the area and remaining budget conscious. It suited my needs perfectly and the staff was great. If there’s a problem just talk to them. They’ll get you sorted!

Horrible service I booked a room with them months in advance and when I arrived after a long day at Disneyland an employee that was in charge of checking in customers said that they didn’t have a reservation under my name which I showed him my confirmation number and email and said that Expedia was to blame and that I should call them at 11pm. I believe that the hotel gave my room away and was blaming Expedia for it . I will never book that hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

They cancelled our reservation with out speaking to us. I drove all the way out there and I was told they cancelled our room. When I asked if I can rebook the room I had reserved, they said that they already gave my room away. :-(

I checked in and immediately the front desk employee was rude and dismissive. I had a lot of luggage, they have no luggage carts to assist. After unloading my vehicle I was asked to come to the office. I was told I had too much luggage, they were not happy about that, didn’t know I was being watched while unloading. During my stay, we wanted to stay longer for convenience. I booked, the hotel texted me asking when I was checking in, I told them we wanted to stay in the room we were in. That was 7am, I didn’t hear back, texted again at 9am and said that I’m assuming we can stay in our room, nobody responded. Check out is 11am, they came banging on the door at 1045 saying we have to change rooms. They had a room available but would not let us in until all of our stuff was out of the room we were leaving. We hadn’t even started packing, we found out then we had to change rooms. The front desk guy stood there and watched as we rushed to pack, it was one of the weirdest experiences of my life traveling. We moved all of our stuff to the locked door of the new room and had to stand there for 30 minutes while they “inspected” the room we were leaving. It was uncomfortable and honestly embarrassing. DON’T STAY HERE, there are so many better options around, this is a poorly maintained, unsafe, and the staff really hates their jobs.

Great room and staff.

Near enough to the Convention Center and the Disneyland resort that it could be walkable, but right on the OCTA bus line, with stops at the intersection if you don't want to walk. Evidently, the Joe's Italian Ice across the street is quite a thing to do -- long lines, but they move fast, according to the people standing in them. I wasn't in the right mood to stand in line for ices or gelatos.

I had a mostly wonderful time. Great bed. The noise on Harbor Blvd at night was terrible, loud cars racing up the street. Not the hotels fault, but should be noted.

Better nice place if you want to save some money. You can walk to Disneyland from here or catch a shuttle bus.

Exactly as expected. Clean, easy, accessible, Parkin included. Will stay here again.

The place was just perfect for us! The location was ideal, only a short walking distance from the convention center, which made everything very convenient. We also really appreciated the two pools, they were a great way to relax after a busy day. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great location for anyone planning to visit Disneyland. Free parking and the location is the reason to stay at this hotel.

It’s on the main street near Disney which is cool, but cars are racing up and down that street and people who are vacationing are super loud, you can hear everything through the walls.

The property was okay for the money, close to everything. The only issue is there is an Italian Ice place across the street, Joe’s ( great place by the way). It super busy and has limited parking, everyone that can’t find parking there parks in the signature parking lot. We left for dinner and to run an errand and both times we couldn’t find parking in the parking lot. We had to circle around until the people enjoying their Italian ice left. The other issue is the room was older which is fine but the grout around the tub was old and moldy and needs to be replaced. There is nothing wrong with an older place just needs maintenance. Also bring your own towels, which I usually do,The towels were so rough like sandpaper and smelled of pure industrial bleach. I had itchy skin all night from the bedding and towels. Like I said not bad for one night, but you get what you pay for.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s great for the money and proximity to Disneyland

Staff was friendly and room was clean. Breakfast options were significantly less than pictured. It was also a bit loud due to it being so close to the road. Toiletries were not initially provided but were available at the front desk when we asked.

The staff were nice. However, the property was old and dirty. They didn't have breakfast like advertised. It was only yogurt and muffins and a super small dining area. Will not stay here again.

This place was great for the price and location. It is a short drive to Disney and has lots of restaurants around it. The pool was open and hot tub temperature even though it was not very warm out. The breakfast is very basic with only yogurt and muffins to eat and apple, orange, coffee and tea to drink.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable so we slept well. The few concerns we had were the amount of road noise at night due to being close to the main road, the breakfast was pathetic, it was just juice and coffee, and the towel definitely need to be replaced. I had to ask for several replacement before we got some decent towels. Our stay was fine but I would keep you expectations low for this place.

This is a good basic motel. It was clean and well kept. My only complaint is the breakfast that is included was made up of a prepackaged muffin and a strawberry yogurt - nothing else. But for the price, it was great for what we needed.

There was no soap in the room. Didn't change out our dirty towels. Breakfast was a joke! Weren't very helpful with directions and other questions.

We were given an occupied room so we had to go back to the office and get another room, breakfast hours are incorrect online, we had dirty blankets (with red stains) on our bed.

For the price, this hotel provides basic needs. Rooms were decently clean, but the rest of the property was very worn down. Housekeeping would take dirty towels but never leave more so we had to ask for them. Its a bit far if you are staying for Disneyland, unless you plan to park at Disney. The "free breakfast" is laughable. Its a few prepackaged muffins. Was very dissapointed as that was one of the main reasons we picked this motel over our usual favorite even though this is farther. Would only stay here again if it is significatly cheaper than the other motels. Road noise was very loud, which I know the hotel can't fix, and it didn't matter to us but if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recomend. Overall it met the bare minimum I would look for in a motel, would stay again only for the sake of budget.
