Just up the road from the Disneyland parking structure. Property is nice, pool and hot tub have accessability chairs. There is an elevator. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful.

The parking is always the worst part about the hotel. They ran out of parking spots but had reserved parking? So we can to ask where do we park since they didn’t have any. Also, things can get pretty noisy if you are by the elevator

The stay was nice and very clean and we were very comfortable in our rooms, however the parking situation wasn’t very great. There were never any parking spaces available, and some people were double parking and we weren’t able to get out of our spot.

Noise heard from the room above early morning and late at night. Breakfast was a joke, granola bars and juice. We had a cockroach in the bathroom the 2nd night. Terrible pillows. Do not stay at this dump.

The room was spacious. The floors were dirty. When I was walking barefoot, I noticed black foot. It would be nice for them to mop more thoroughly. Otherwise, we wet a towel and rubbed it around the floor. It's a good location, though!

We got into town late around 1 am. We got into our room which smelled like mildew. The pillows were stained, floors had holes, walls had chipped paint and the chair was stained. It was gross The breakfast was also a bag of peanut butter bars (we have a peanut allergy too ). So don’t stay here if you’re counting on breakfast for your family. We went to talk to them they showed us a second room which was in bad shape as well. We then asked for a refund. No refund given still waiting too see if I will get it back. Also, was double charged the deposit. Luckily we found a nice hotel down the road.

Cleaner than I anticipated- after reading other reviews I was nervous but the friendly staff and the clean rooms made our trip effortless. The location for the price is tremendous- saving daily parking rates at Disney by just walking!

Ac, was most likely broken. It took about 2 hours for the room to cool down. Shower tub, water was not running down the drain properly. There might be an issue with the drain system. As well, room had some signs of areas broken, or worn out. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Rooms are very outdated, the AC unit in my room had dials to turn to make it colder or warmer. WiFi was also very slow and connection was bad. Also the $150 deposit is a bit much. Probably won't return unless all rooms get updated.

You get what you pay for, which is what we expected. The place was fine, however old. The shower had no pressure and the tiles were old and uneven. There was also a garbage truck collection right outside the room at 5.30 every morning, incredibly loud. The place was close enough to walk to Disney, 25-30min walk, all well lit. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Not the best room, but not the worst. The room was relatively clean, but not the prettiest room. I stayed in room 308, which I think I got the short end of the stick, because the room didn’t have a window. The internet was pretty bad, often disconnecting from my phone, but I had the complimentary wifi, while they do also offer a premium wifi. If you’re not looking for the fanciest hotel and don’t plan on staying in the room for long, it’s the perfect place.

Very close to Disneyland which is nice. On main street though so it was very loud and there seems to be no insulation because we could hear people talking in the other rooms and in the halls. A/C made weird noises and was very loud. Shower was nice and big and there was a lot of storage space in the room. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Overall it was a nice overnight stay. Definitely can't beat the location

Room had some issues, first there was a rather large gap between the floor and the door so a lot of light came through at night and I’m sure s lot of bugs came through so I had to place a towel to block it off. Wifi was spotty. The bathroom was huge but only had a tiny shower, no bath tub. I did like the TV had plenty of channels to choose from and it stayed on the same channel when you turned it on…didn’t have to go scrolling through to find it again. My friends room looked like it was renovated, they had new paint and newer AC unit with a wall mounted control. Hopefully the rest of the rooms will get renovated as well.

There was no continental breakfast they shouldn’t be allowed to advertise one, Unfortunately we stayed on one nite that the garbage had to be collected at 5am what a wake up that was. On arrival the front desk clerk had a bad attitude Made the check in very unpleasant she just wasn’t kind that’s the only way to describe. We were excited to be there we were going to Disneyland.

Overall, it was an average stay. We have stayed here previously, but this time the experience was subpar. Out of our one week stay, housekeeping only came in once, despite calling front desk the night prior to perform housekeeping. Not to mention, in our room there was adult items which left my family quite weirded out because children were the ones to fine the items. Not to mention, when we decided to talk to the front desk, there was this employee who had glasses, dirty blonde hair, who treated us poorly because we spoke in spanish amongst ourselves in regards to the housekeeping and just a very nasty attitude in general. Overall, it is a good stay because it is a 15 minute walk to disneyland and only use it to sleep. But this experience, was a complete letdown compared to my other stays here.

This is a great stay if plan on going to Disney parks. Was a 15-20 walk (depending on how fast you walk). The “light” breakfast is just granola bars which is something so if you’re looking for an actual breakfast this is not the place. Minor room details that need updating but nothing major. It was super comfortable and didn’t feel disgusting to be in. Would recommend.

Motel is directly across from Disneyland parking garage. This is about the 6 th time I have stayed when on a Disneyland vacation. The place has always been clean, it’s older rooms but very clean , never had a problem. They only serve granola bars and coffee and juice for breakfast but that is fine with me . And parking is included in the hotel price that’s a plus for me as well. Will be staying here agian if the prices stay reasonable!!

Nice 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. Also Uber cost to the park was less than $10 if you don’t want to walk. It is by the freeway off-ramp. Bring a sound machine to drown out all the outdoor noise.

The room itself was nice and clean. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room is very helpful convenient. One thing the is very misleading is the “free breakfast”. They should really consider changing that as a selling point since they don’t have breakfast included. At our check in, we received a brown paper bag with a few little granola bars, which was what they considered “breakfast”. On the first morning of our stay, my wife went down to the lobby for coffee around 9. Apparently there wasn’t any more and they weren’t going to make any. The next day, hoping it was just a fluke, she went down again around 8:45 and of course, they were out again. Very upsetting!

The property description in the booking confirmation email said “ Daily Light Breakfast serves from 7am to 10am.” However all we were handed was a pack that had 4 granola bars (that was breakfast given worth of two days stay) I am ok if a hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, I would have been ok to know it ahead so I could make necessary food planing for the travel. But this hotel falsely called out that it serves light breakfast! does. This was a disaster for our trip planning. We were planning to have a good breakfast before entering Disneyland park, but we ended there with a meager granola bars.. Needless to say we had to struggle the rest of the day ( headache and stomach gas) having not eaten the right breakfast.

This is a small place where you can rest and shower with confidence knowing it'll be clean and for a reasonable price. A 15-minute walk takes you to the tram entrance to Disney Town. The light breakfast mentioned above consists of granola bars, which is fine for me since I don't eat breakfast. They also have a lounge with coffee, water, and juice in the main office. This is the third time I've stayed here with my family, and the staff is always willing to help.

It's not what it appears they claim it has complimentary breakfast. They give you granola bars, pretty lame. Main parking is in the rear not a deal deal killer. Overall it was a decent place to stay. Just don't plan on getting breakfast there 😅

Very disappointed with the “breakfast” on the booking it says it’s included but they need to update it to just granola bars that are already all broken. After finding out there’s no breakfast for my family the apple juice was out and no coffee and was told they weren’t making more. It was very hot outside and the AC was not properly working either. Not worth staying at with kids

The room floors were sticky, edges coming up on the planks. Just kind of dingy all around. Probably won’t be staying here again. It was cheaper than other spots, but not so much cheaper to make up for what it lacked.
