Bed was comfortable, loved having a bath tub, and pet friendly.

Normally I have only good thing to say but this time there were a few things that were just so ridiculous and unacceptable I have to mention them: The woman that checked me in was not nice at all, nor welcoming. The AC is a loud portable machine with a tube out the window, not sure why the in room one was not able to be used. it is nuts that the coffee is only across the Alley, it would be so easy to put a thermos of coffee and of hot water for tea and some cups in the morning and a few teabags.

The room seemed a bit shabby, carpet very worn in several places; red moire wallpaper, red headboard, red carpets rather loud. Even louder, the heater in the room makes a lot of noise. I tried turning it off and that just made for endless drip, drip, drip noise.

The late afternoon front desk person was incredibly rude, not even a brief hello or even acknowledgement when we checked in— apparently in keeping with the quality of the hotel. Someone was actually changing clothes in the hallway when we arrived on the second floor, creepy. We left that same night for good at 6 pm and did not even want to engage the front desk for a refund.
