When we arrived early, there were no rooms available for early check in which was fine. When we returned, we were told that there was no air conditioning. There was a new owner and they were working on it. Monday afternoon we were told that the electricity would be turned off from 11:30 PM until 7 AM even though it was off for only a few minutes. The room was ok, but would not choose to stay there again.

The room was clean and the check-in staff was good. Checking out was challenging as the person was on a break. Upon arrival the parking was horrible because there was a car show on the premises.

I came to Oktoberfest. Got my room at 3:30. Walked up and opened to 87 degree room. Staff said ac was out. I left and returned at 11:00 pm. Still 86 in the room. Fan blew hot air. Opened the window. Tried to sleep. Not a chance. 81 degrees with window open at 6:30. Although 59 outside. Lousy night. Don’t go til they fix the ac problem

The air conditioning didn’t work. You could set it a few degrees lower or higher and it would make noise but no air temperature got changed. 2) the fireplace didn’t work. 3) my huge room only had a single sitting chair. Not a sofa or loveseat. Not very nice for a couple to sit together.
