This was a nice place to stay. The dront desk staff was really nice and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are nice. Size of the kitchen was great and the pool area is a bonus. We used the grill mwhile there, heads up its 5 bucks a hour. Not bad though. They sell wood in the office for fireplace. We enjoyed making smores. The area though you cannot get any delivery for food after 7:45. This was a huge bummer for us. It is a food desert. Breakfast was fantastic great choices and they switch it up. The free cocktail hour was great. I enjoyed the room. About 30 mins from disneyland which is why we stayed. Maybe a little to far for us.

The suite was clean and comfortable. Although the amenities did not include streaming, there was WiFi for devices. The refrigerator was not operating well and there was an issue with the fire alarm in the suite but the staff was quick to respond and very friendly. The pool and hot tub was super clean to use. Was very impressed with the pool area!

This site has everything anyone would ask for in a hotel! Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, friendly, and charming!! The only downside is there is no elevator to the second floors. We would be unable to stay had they not accommodated us with a downstairs room. We will stay again!

The room was clean and quiet, and had a nice-size living room and kitchen. The parking was tight after 8:00 PM, but there were a couple of spaces available farther from our room. Overall, good value for the stay; would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. Breakfast was too. The suite was very clean and roomy. Seating comfort could have been better. Sofa was a sleeper. No elevators, so stairs to 2nd floor rooms may be a challenge for elderly or people with physical challenges. We would stay there again if we could get a ground floor suite.

We like this property and the rooms are nicely laid out. The only 2 issues are the parking (not enough of it close to our room) and the shower in room 125. The shower head didn't spray right. I tried all the settings. The bathtub drain is extremely slow draining. The water was ankle deep during my shower and took over 30 minutes to completely drain.

We have stayed here at Chase Suites as we appreciate the size of the suites. We usually have our grandkids, two of them, stop by for a visit. I noticed specific wear and tear in the room where we stayed (502). The carpet was frayed and it just seemed there was no attention to detail in making the rooms seem that they had upkeep (mirror had marks, areas of the rooms could have used some loving care). In a previous stay there was a cockroach in the kitchen. This made me hesitant to want to book a room. I will probably look for different lodging that provides a suite when we visit again. I feel the overall upkeep needs to be better. It is too bad, as your location is very convenient for us.

My room was very spacious and clean. I did not encounter any issues with my stay. (4 days) very quiet and breakfast was decent. I was surprised how quiet the area was. Staff was able to check me in and when I needed a bandaid for my mother they gave me extra and ointment and alcohol pads. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back

It was okay, a bit of a weird smell, and toilet was super low to ground, didn't work great. But the suite was spacious and had 2 different areas, which is nice. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. Looks nice as well

A well maintained hotel with a very friendly and curteous staff. Rooms are clean and well equiped and the included breakfast is better than most. One thing I did not like is that all the room light switches have night lights in them. Considering how many switches there are, the room is fairly well lit. This didn't bother me much but I know some people like complete darkness and that is not possible.

What an amazing surprise this room turned out to be, it is probably the best family unit we have rented! The room was huge, it included 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, including full size fridge, clean comfy beds, 3 TVs, and a nice big living room. The property has a small swimming pool but gets extra points for being heated. Breakfast was included as well as 2 adult beverages for evening. The location is very close to many reputable restaurants which includes a Starbucks just down the street as well as the iconic Brea Mall. This place is perfect for families, we highly recommend it amd we're definitely coming back!

This is a reallynice otel - the staff were very friendly, the rooms are huge, the bed was actually very comfy. Not a fan of the way the lighting works but that is a minor thing. The couch is really not comfortable though and I do wish there had been a chair of some sort for the livingroom. I would plan to stay here any time I am int he area.

WiFi didn’t work. Hotel says they don’t own the service so then pawn you off to some offsite third party who doesn’t even know where you are. Then the shower didn’t work. No hot shower and a movie to relax to after a long travel day. Very disappointed with hotel’s response or lack thereof.

it was a clean suite. i loved the size of the kitchen and that i could close the doors to the sleeping area so the living and kitchen area could be it own space. reception was friendly. the one drawback is something that can't be changed: i was unable to park right in front of the room. but other than that, it was enjoyable.

it is absolutely disgusting the hotel provides no daily room service cleaning after post covid pandemic. According to their new policy, they only provide house keeping service if the same guest stays at the room for more than 7 nights. Again it is disgusting to not clean daily or even every two days. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

When we arrived the WiFi did not work and was not fixed until late that night (about 11pm). We had no paper towels in the kitchen, the soaps in the shower were all empty, the lamp in the living room did not work and when I called the front desk I was told there was no one there but him so he wouldn’t be able to bring that stuff to my room for awhile. The pool supposedly closed at 10pm and there were kids swimming and all the lights in the pool and the area were shut off at 9:45. That’s not 10pm so not sure why they turned all the lights off at 9:45 especially when there were kids in the pool. We were never offered any kind of compensation and when we asked about late check out we were told the most they could do was an extra 30mins as that’s all they ever offer for late checkout. Idk overall wasn’t a great experience this time.

We had no paper towels in the kitchen, the soaps in the shower were all empty, the lamp in the living room did not work and when I called the front desk I was told there was no one there but him so he wouldn’t be able to bring that stuff to my room for awhile. My room was very spacious and clean. I did not encounter any issues with my stay. (4 days) very quiet and breakfast was decent. I was surprised how quiet the area was. Staff was able to check me in and when I needed a bandaid for my mother they gave me extra and ointment and alcohol pads. Hotel staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back

Had the pleasure of staying at Chase Suites for just a day but it was definitely a good one. Front Desk staff were all pleasant and accommodating, breakfast staff was as well. Easy to get in and out of, safe neighborhood, grounds well kept. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel was a huge blessing from our previous hotel we had to abandon and are traumatized from. Lovely staff, almost cried in Melissa’s arms when I was checking in my family. She was so nice and helpful. The property is beautiful and the pool was clean and safe. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Breakfast and the social hour was amazing too!

We stayed at this place for four days and were very happy with the parking, room and breakfast. The location is excellent, safe and quiet; it was right across the street from Whole Foods. Excellent hotel. It's very clean, beautiful big rooms. Hotel is very quiet. Loved the full kitchen and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also about a 25-minute drive to Disneyland.

First of all, this property is located on Imperial Highway which is a very busy road. They have units that do not face Imperial Highway but our unit did, so it was extremely noisy and almost unbearable during the night. We had a 2 bedroom unit which was just a one bed unit with the double adjoining doors unlocked to the next room over, so our 2nd bedroom had 2 doors in which to go through. If someone went out and shut the outside door, the person in the bedroom has no doorknob and can’t get out. This bedroom also connected, via adjoining doors to the next unit’s living area, so it sounded as if they were in our bedroom and we felt pretty vulnerable. Our shower tub didn’t drain. 2 of the 3 outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. This place has potential if it had double paned windows for the noise and if someone took better care of it. It served a good purpose for us as it allowed our family to have Christmas morning all together, but we probably won’t stay here again.

Overall it was a good experience. The free breakfast was a nice addition for us and the free parking is always nice. The room was a decent size and the full size fridge was nice. My only complaint is the bed wasn’t very comfortable and seemed old, and the air conditioner didn’t work that well. The place definitely needs some updating.

Very comfortable and quiet. Cheerful staff. My only complaint (and it's minor) is the in-room coffee. It's very poor quality and not much of it. Yes, there is coffee in the clubhouse, but that's not a whole lot better. The breakfast is very nice, though. All in all, we'll definitely stay here again

This is the second time we have stayed at Chase Suites. This time we had a 2 bedroom suite and brought our 95 year old Dad back to California to see family and friends. We couldn't have had better (especially for the price). We also had to bring our small dog. We were expecting the free breakfast to be packaged sweet rolls but were so happy with the homemade eggs, sausage, pancakes, tater tots, hash browns (not all on the same day). Thank you, Chase Suites. We will be back.

Most everything was very nice. Breakfast in the morning was better than most places we have stayed. Tha evening social hour was pleasant. Our only negative comment is about the in room coffee. Not sure if it was the coffee or the water to make it,but it was the worst we have ever had.

A well maintained hotel with a very friendly and curteous staff. Rooms are clean and well equiped and the included breakfast is better than most. One thing I did not like is that all the room light switches have night lights in them. Considering how many switches there are, the room is fairly well lit. This didn't bother me much but I know some people like complete darkness and that is not possible.

This is the usual style of room I like to stay in at Chase Suites Brea. However, Room 202 had some issues. The furniture is WELL-used and a little dowdy. The Toilet does not flush properly. However, I had put away my belongings and was dressing for a dinner so could not move.

I was extremely happy with the accommodations. Our rooms were huge, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free breakfast was delicious, real food! Staff was super helpful and kind. Will highly recommend and stay here again should our travels bring us this direction in the future!
