The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. The towels and sheets were super soft. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING. also the laundry facilities were very reasonable.

I loved this hotel. Staff are very friendly, and accomodating. It's close to everything, easily accessible, and after a day's (and night) visit to nearby Solvang, its like coming home to your own bed. Although it's by the freeway, it's fairly quiet and quaint. The hotel might be dated, but its very clean and the staff try very hard to maintain it, and they're always all smiles! That adds value for me as a traveller and visitor.

Inadequate soundproofing. We heard traffic noise all night. They only had thick bed pillows. The door lock broke on the second day. Rather than just giving us another room, we had to pack up and take everything with us and then unpack again in a new room that evening when we returned.

Desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room had tv, refrigerator and a microwave, but only an outlet for two plugs. Had to unplug tv to use the microwave and vice-versa. Room very clean and maid service was great. Nice breakfast. Coffee always available in the lobby.

I could have easily given a 3-4 star rating except the ground floor had a very unpleasant wet/musty odor that was very strong. I opened the window and ran the heat all night but the heater did not stay on for more than 30 seconds at a time and would blow cold air. It was also extremely noisy to run. So to summarize, the room smelled awful and we had no working heat. Unfortunate but honest description. Room was $136 for a Thurs night. Beds and bedding appeared clean. Room was updated and clean enough.

Dingy, floors were stained and dirty, smelled musty and moldy. I felt like I was living in the basement. It was nothing that I was used to and there was no point in complaining about it because we were told the hotel was full. Not impressed at all I stayed at quality inns many times and have not had this kind of experience and for the amount of money we spent I could have probably had a better experience at motel 6

The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I don’t know if we just got lucky but coming from 2 weeks staying in luxury hotels to the quality inn, this was better! Nice surprise. The free breakfast left much to be desired. It filled the hole but that was about it. I’d take the comfy bed and pillows over it.

A very nice place to stay with a pretty decent free breakfast. It is clean, safe and quiet. All of the staff were very kind .The shower was the freaking best because it was high pressure and not some low pressure junk. The only issue I had was the poor quality of the TV and station options.. Most were static or blurry... But whatever, I still found something to watch... I'd definitely stay again.

We had.a senior with mobility issue in our group. I asked the front desk if the hotel happens to have a wheelchair available so that we could use the walkway. The front desk coldly replied, "No," He then added, "We are not a hospital." Bluntly rude, indifferent, and unprofessional. It only takes one staff to ruin a business's reputation. Thumbs down to Quality Inn Buelton

The location could be better on one level...being up against a freeway isn't the nicest, but otherwise the facility is clean and many of the rooms are quiet. There is free Continental style breakfast with eggs, potatoes, bacon, yogurt and cereal daily. Most days there are also fresh cookies by the desk when you enter. Rooms are pretty clean and in relatively good condition.

I don’t understand why all the “fancy” hotels don’t take dogs. This place has always been good to us and our pets and I hope this company can lead by example of what hospitality means. Thank you Quality Inn. We had a vacation that will be remembered for generations.

Every staff member was helpful and happy we were there. The only reason I took a star on cleanliness was there was a weird smell in the hallway, but it seemed to be something they were fixing because it was less and less every time we returned to the property, and thankfully, not at all in the room. The hot breakfast was good. I have a significant food allergy, so when I asked about ingredients the manager went above and beyond to find the ingredients labels(even calling the company for the scrambled eggs) to let me know if the food was safe to eat, and the. He apologized for not already knowing. Also, there was fresh coffee in the lobby that was actually really good coffee, and when we arrived for check in at 3:30 pm, we could smell fresh baked cookies from the parking lot, just waiting for us in the lobby. It was a very good experience.

We always enjoy the convenience when staying here and the breakfast is a wonderful way to start the day. This time, our room faced the parking lot and freeway so there was a bit of road/traffic noise all night long.

Very nice and clean. Great shower and bath accessories. Bed was nice, pillows good too. Excellent hot breakfast with eggs and sausage/bacon. Couldn’t ask for more from a motel.

Very easy to get to off the highway. We were greeted with fresh cookies. The buffet breakfast was very good with more freshly baked items. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, a good value for a quick getaway. Manager was friendly and kitchen/ breakfast staff worked hard. Breakfast variety was pretty good (although eggs had little taste due to being instant with filler.) Biscuits & gravy were tasty. Also, dining area was cramped.

The staff were very helpful and kind, we asked for a first floor room and they provide us with one. The room was clean and roomy. Location was close to freeway, but couldn't hear anything. Breakfast was good.

The staff was really hardworking and helpful. They were managing checkouts while refilling breakfast while cleaning up spilled coffee. When we checked in, the receptionist even personally walked with me to my hotel room seeing that I was on crutches and had to take an indirect way to get there. Great location right off freeway though we didn't realize how thin the walls would be and how loud the freeway was so unfortunately we didn't get much sleep but the bed was comfortable. Shower really weak but was hot.
