Das Hotel für die Verhältnisse ist ok, jedoch etwas Sanierungsbedürftig… aber trotzdem waren wir zufrieden ! Bettes Personal👍

Don’t stay here. The Front Door was broken. The trash can out front was overflowing with garbage. There was no one at the front desk. One of the elevators was broken. The working one was SLOW and sounded like it was on death’s door. The ice maker on our floor was broken. There were room numbers written on paper and taped to the wall. Our room had broken cabinets, dripping faucets and all sorts of things missing parts. One AC unit was so loud we unplugged it to sleep. Plug covers were not attached and everything was dilapidated. When I complained they said they couldn’t refund me because it was a third party and when I contacted hotels.com they told me they couldn’t help me that the hotel had to refund me. I used $100 of my one-key rewards and all hotels.com would credit me back was $50. All the way around this was a bad experience. Shame on Marriot and Hotels.com.

Hotel was old and needed updating. Bathroom was tiny with no counter space at the sink. Beds were super hard and pillows caused poor sleep and head/neck aches. Overall, with good reviews and the fact that there were no bed bugs, I would stay there again.

We like to stay at this hotel when we are staying in the area. It is close to restaurants and shops. The bed was super comfy and we like that the suite comes with 2 bathrooms. I did notice a few burn spots on the carpet near the foot of the bed. The mini fridge also had some issues while opening and closing. I let them know about the fridge during checkout so they could note it. Breakfast was great. The employees maintaining it stayed on top of wiping everything down. Which was great because it was very busy during the meal service. We would stay there again.
