The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and there’s a good amount of parking. The middle of the hotel is open at the top in the common area, so it makes it noisy when people are being loud there since the room doors open into that open space. It’s kind of noisy in the rooms due to this, but it wasn’t unbearable. Would stay here again!

Employee at front desk , No hello or welcome smile when arrives. Was a bit rude …. ! Very noisy from the freeway and very loud neighbors watching loud tv …!But overall everything in the hotel room was ok . When checked out another employee was there and she was nicer and says bye and thanks us .

Friendly reception. The room was clean abd the bed comfortable. Great amenities. Great location near the freeway and Carlsbad Village. I look forward to staying there again.
