We had an excellent stay at this location. Traveling with two teenagers so the loft was perfect for them and we had two bathrooms. The pool was enjoyed and the area was well kept with extra places to relax. Washer/dryer facilities were clean and efficient. Only downside was that there wasn’t a Keurig or dip coffee pot in kitchen. Breakfast Buffett was good and we enjoyed it twice. Breakfast staff was on point. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

The front desk manager was very accommodating when we arrived early for check in. Daily breakfast was well done also. The mattresses were rather old and worn with lots of creases and not very comfortable. The “penthouse” is just the 2nd floor of an apartment type building where there is a downstairs and small loft upstairs. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. Parking is difficult if you aren’t at the property by dinner time. We had to park quite a distance away from our place. It would be nice if each apartment had 1 designated spot especially if older guests are traveling with you.

I have stayed here many times and I didn’t know they started charging for parking. They didn’t even mention it, they asked if we were had a car and that’s it. No mention of it’s a $15. Fee. I noticed it after I saw the charge through my card.

My family and I had a great stay! My two girls like to have their own bed so it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. We played basketball and got in the pool, and went to the beach that was close by. We had a great time!

Great location and very clean property. The room is well appointed with a complete kitchen for someone staying on for more than a few days. There is also a laundry room, a few outdoor BBQ's, cornhole, pool, basketball court with balls, and a hot tub, They also have a few buildings set up for pet owners!

Loved my five night stay. Room was clean and useful with kitchen. Used the well equipped gym daily. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Real plus was the amazing staff - each and everyone I connected with was warm and helpful would definitely stay here again.

The room was amazing until we pulled the sheets back on the bed. We had stained linen on our bed. I am extremely disappointed. The front desk clerk did her best to try and and keep us at eaze. I am upset because I thought the manager would've reached out. The clerk forwarded the pictures to her boss but I didn't receive a follow-up.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking and location are easy to find. Construction and highway noise are pretty high. Construction begins at 6am with loud beeping and machinery. Areas within room very unclean. Sectional couch with spots and handprints on it. Under the couch was food and debris. Mold around sink in kitchen.

Great place good size rooms and clean. Only issue I notice was out side a lot of bugs particularly roaches. Not sure what that issue is but other then that the room was clean and good size.

This place was not clean and you could tell they only do bare minimum when cleaning. My room smelt like a wet dog and even after a ton of cleaning and sanitizing myself I could not make the smell go away. The outside was not maintained at all. Stairs never get swept outside areas right outside your room not swept. I understand that because the facility is in enclosed you can’t control the elements but that doesn’t mean you should completely neglect the outside parts of the guest area. I had to change hotels the same day I checked in

I had to buy Clorox wipes, small space air fresheners, and Pet Febreze fabric freshener because our room smelled like terrible wet dog. Which was a waste of money because I couldn't bring them home with me on the plane carry on or checked - so I had to toss them at the airport.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came by regularly to keep everything fresh. The room was everything we were hoping for and more. The friendly front desk people made it even nicer. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The only problem we had was the cleanliness of the room itself. We found a syringe cover in the main bedroom. My wife is a nurse, so she had a spare pair of gloves to pick it up. When she picked it up she got 5 or 6 dog hairs too. That experience ruined it for me. An otherwise wonderful stay was ruined because the housekeeping team didn’t do their job.

Exactly what you would expect from this chain. Full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable beds, adequate bathroom and good storage. Sound transfer from upstairs unit was quite noticeable, but convenience of staying on the first floor was worth it. Staff very friendly and breakfast better than average. Freeway sound is audible. Good value.

I really liked that the penthouse was two stories. My sister, my two friends and I like that there were two bedrooms, two bathrooms a kitchen and a living room. It was very spacious. It was almost like being home, but away from home. One of our concerns was that the downstairs bathroom shower did not have hot water. The second concern was that the upstair bathroom shower/ bathroom didn't drain very well. We like the different things that were available for breakfast. We did not get to enjoy this swimming pool, the ping pong table or the bean bag toss, because it was raining during our stay.

Good location & nice stay, however, there was on-going construction noise and banging of the upstairs unit the day we checked in. The walls are not insulated well and therefore you can hear a lot of noises, footsteps, dogs barking in the area. The parking also gets sooo crowded in the evening. We enjoyed our stay but it was probably better that we didn't spend much time inside the room, as it was on the noisey side. The gym was great though, really enjoyed their common areas like the gym, free breakfast, and basketball court. Good value, they just need to work on sound-proofing the walls more.

The room was amazing until we pulled the sheets back on the bed. We had stained linen on our bed. I am extremely disappointed. The front desk clerk did her best to try and and keep us at eaze. Staff at front desk was great! Check in early with no issues and ask to have a late checkout gave it with no charge. Breakfast was good. I stay at Hilton a lot, but after this visit I will be staying with Marriott more often.

Loved my five night stay. Room was clean and useful with kitchen. Used the well equipped gym daily. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Real plus was the amazing staff - each and everyone I connected with was warm and helpful would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what you would expect from this chain. Full kitchen, dining table. Comfortable beds, adequate bathroom and good storage. Sound transfer from upstairs unit was quite noticeable, but convenience of staying on the first floor was worth it. Staff very friendly and breakfast better than average. Freeway sound is audible. Good value.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking and location are easy to find. Construction and highway noise are pretty high. Construction begins at 6am with loud beeping and machinery. Areas within room very unclean. Sectional couch with spots and handprints on it. Under the couch was food and debris. Mold around sink in kitchen.

We had an excellent stay at this location. Traveling with two teenagers so the loft was perfect for them and we had two bathrooms. The pool was enjoyed and the area was well kept with extra places to relax. Washer/dryer facilities were clean and efficient. Only downside was that there wasn’t a Keurig or dip coffee pot in kitchen. Breakfast Buffett was good and we enjoyed it twice. Breakfast staff was on point. All front desk staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

My daughter & i loved your hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, nice bright mirror in the bathroom, big shower with great water pressure, comfortable bed & nice kitchenette area. Very good breakfast. My only complaint would be the styrofoam plates & bowls & plastic utensils. Not eco friendly at all.

All the employees are super friendly. The breakfast was amazing. My only concern was I was in the king room and the TV did not work and for my friend staying on the couch there is no pillows for her.

Overall it was great! I love the kitchenette area. The price and everything was great. The breakfast was amazing. Employees were friendly. My only complaint is that it said I was booking a king size bed and it seemed more of a full possibly a Queen.

My family and I had a great stay! My two girls like to have their own bed so it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. It was clean and everything worked properly. The breakfast was pretty good with plenty of options. We played basketball and got in the pool, and went to the beach that was close by. We had a great time!

You don't feel like you're in a hotel. The condo type facility is what I like. Breakfast is awesome. They serve rice! The pool does not look inviting and it's hard to maneuver the room keys. Overall stay is nice.

I’m thankful we were able to check in early. The hotel was older and in need of updates. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were runny and the hashbrown potatoes were a bit stale. The manager Karen was very nice and accommodating.

First a beautiful area and from the outside place looks great. Unfortunately it is not a clean place. We as a family were unpacking and in the process of doing so my wife found a woman's toy if you know what I mean and she actually picked it up not knowing what it was, as it was left in the night stand. Then I found someone soiled clothes in the dresser. The toilet and the showers were not cleaned properly. I took the items to the front desk and informed them of our concerns. Giving them the benifit of the doubt I asked them to send someone to clean again. When we returned from dinner toilet still not cleaned and stuff under the seat, sorry no nice way to say it. We also found a dirty sock under the window drapery. I don't expect perfection, but they completely missed the mark. Then when we were checking out. The manger wanted to give me some points for a future stay. No thanks and until I got frustrated he didn't want to discount the room, except tell me they took care of the parking which should be included. Based on things it should of been free. Do not recommend. I wanted to rebook but at the last minute no possible way unless I wanted to spend double. I recommend hiring more people as we all know they don't pay well and give them to many rooms to clean, so they cut corners at our expense. Management should do a better job. Lakes family

Dirty room. Leaking refrigerator. Front desk said they would send someone to take care of it. No one showed up. Cleaning staff came in 3 times during our stay.
