Upon arrival the kitchenette area was not properly cleaned, the fridge had food debris and had not been wiped down. We didn’t end up using the kitchen for food and groceries as planned. There were also dead bugs in the fridge and inside the freezer. The ottoman was dirty and needed to be wiped down with white thick spots throughout. The previous guests left socks on the balcony and it was still there after the room cleaning. The hotel says it’s smoke free but there was someone smoking cigarettes in the picnic area by the pool that came up to our room. There was also dead bugs on one of the pillows. There was dust and bugs between the quilt and comforter that I didn’t see until the second night. They don’t do daily house keeping. Whenever the room above us flushed the toilet, we could hear it in our bathroom sink. It sounded like our sink was flushing and draining. When I expressed my concerns to hotel front desk they said they would look into it and did nothing. Their elevator was broken so we had to go around and out of the way to access the elevators. I don’t recommend the balcony pool view unless you want to be woken up by other guests noise and screaming in the pool. When we arrived there was also a hair on our toilet. There were also some poop stains in the toilet that were not cleaned by house keeping. It was still there when we checked out.

When we got there the staff was ok. No smiling faces. It was just ok. The room was exceptionally spacious and that’s what I was looking for since it was my daughter’s wedding weekend. Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet. The next morning we had a great buffet style breakfast. Everything worked. May stay here in the future.

Everything was great, the hotel is pretty nice and spacious the only flaw I noticed was the carpet being very dirty I like to take off my shoes and withing minutes of being there my socks were dirty so maybe they need to wash their carpets more often
