We were very disappointed that ongoing construction on the property significantly impacted our experience. The hotel property also did not look like the photos advertised online due to the construction. We have stayed at this property before, and this visit was nothing like our previous experience due to the construction. Customers should be informed about any major construction at the time of booking, especially when they are paying full price for the room and the resort fee. We also booked a resort-view balcony room, but there were fences outside our balcony. I can provide photos if needed.

We didn’t have a great stay here for the $457 one night price. Old, outdated and notably in the midst of a major renovation. Our room did not have a working TV, phone, or AC. We asked for help from Lu immediately upon check in and had to follow up twice to have any help or resolve. A lot of the property grounds are blocked off, and it wasn’t very convenient to walk around the property in spite of the gorgeous surroundings. For the price, I wouldn’t return.

We had a room on the 4th floor and it felt like an attic room. It was dark and had 3 high windows. No view and a little claustrophobic. The room was clean but the a/c didn’t work properly. It was very loud and didn’t stay cool. It would be very warm in the middle of the night. We are Marriot customers and were disappointed in this stay. Especially for the cost and all the construction going on.
