Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Dorado Hills by IHG

The gentleman who checked us in was great, so friendly. Nice, quiet place to stay. But….go out for breakfast, or grab a banana. They should call it a light breakfast snack available. The coffee downstairs was good. They do not provide bottled water for the coffee machine in the room. Elevator sounded like it was going to break. Front desk said they had new part installed- but permit in elevator shows expired 6 months ago.

Great place, enjoyed it with the family. The elevator was broken but that’s the only downside we had.

I was on a 3 week vacation. Stayed at 5 different hotels. This was by far the best. Starting with the lady who checked us in. She was so nice and professional. Everything about this hotel was amazing. We will stay here again if traveling to Placerville.

My Lakeview balcony room was awesome. Beautiful view and well equipped with frig and microwave. Elevator still not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Breakfast was also great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fresh pancakes and great cinnamon rolls. Staff was very friendly.
