Rooms had no air circulation. Rooms were humid. Check-in was in a room and took a long time. Renovations were taking place during the whole time there. They did not specify where breakfast would take place since renovations were being made to the premises.

Overall good experience, rooms are nice and outside renovation still have to be finished but had a minor issue with the room that was a bit inconvenient and waiting to be resolved with the manager.

Clean, refurbished room, but poorly designed. We reserved a deluxe room with a queen bed. No info on what constituted a deluxe room, but figured an extra $12 a night would be worth a better room. What we got was a small room with a king bed. The king bed itself was a welcome upgrade, but practically everything else in the room seemed lacking except that it was clean. There was only one night stand. No closet, just an alcove with no space below to hang long items. A fridge, but no microwave, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, and no iron. Only one chair at the desk, with no room to move back and forth from one side of the room to the other if someone is at the desk. Not enough space to use the folding luggage rack comfortably and not nearly enough surface space to set things down: just the desk and a small shelf above the fridge that is rendered useless if you are hanging clothes in the space above it. The two times we asked about the room we reserved vs the room we got, the desk clerks didn’t know anything and seemed uninterested in helping us discover what the difference was between the deluxe room with the queen bed that we paid for and the standard room. One clerk did say the deluxe has a bigger bathroom, but if that’s the case, I’d hate to see the standard bathroom. They need more hooks in the bathroom to hang things since there was limited counter space for our toiletry bags. (I will say that the shower was awesome though.) We stayed 3 nights.
