Room on 3rd floor (316?).Xin very slow (staff changeover poor). Elevator slow (silver lining - we used the stairs most of the time)! Nescafe machine out of cocoa, coffees weak. Gym hot (no a/c - window open). Hallways dirty. 4 soft & hard pillows per bed (good for anyone). Balcony over noisy pool area but nice view. Fridge with freezer. Dresser drawers roll out on own (painful walking into them at night). Breakfast: eggs. Sausage, horrid potatoes. 3 cereals (2 adult). Oatmeal packets. Coffee weak. Oj weak. Yogurt from machine unknown fat content. Unknown milk. No fresh fruit (it's California!). Bread options all sugary white (no grain, sourdough, etc). Fox fake news on tv. Ugh. Pick something neutral!! NBC, ABC, sports, weather, etc. I'd give it 4* if the breakfast was better.

The rooms are not cleaned daily, when I requested clean towels it took several hours and numerous calls to the front desk.

I did enjoy my stay here and it was very easy to get to from the freeway. My room was large and clean, overlooking the pool area. It was a little noisy because of that and the building next to mine was apparently the one where pets were allowed, as several rooms had their dogs out on the balconies, who barked at anything they saw walking by, which was annoying. The biggest issue I had was that the front desk staff did not answer calls from my room, so I had to go down to the actual front desk to get questions answered. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again if in the area.

There is a weird smell in my room at building C. No elevator at Building C. Not convenience. Avoid building C if you have to stay. Water pressure of the shower is extremely low.
