Good price but was sad that the pool wasn't open since it's around 90 degrees in Fresno and I was hoping to get to swim since it was advertised as having a pool! Also the room had mold in the shower and old appliances (fridge looked like it might fall out). It smelled like it was recently cleaned on the surfaces though and the sheets were clean - thank goodness

I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel..not clean at all..floors dirty, walls dirty, tub and shower broken, shower curtain moldy..they haven't had a working ice machine for months according to Tina at front desk..

The room was disgusting filthy there was black mold in the restroom above the shower cigarette burns in the nightstand, as well as the bedding, food and different types of filth matter, splattered on the walls I would not stay here ever again. I am requesting a refund and reporting it into the county for black mold.

This hotel is one of those where you get what you pay for. The rooms are extremely clean and have nice showers and bathroom. TVs work perfectly. There's a small refrigerator with a tiny freezer in each room for your use. Unfortunately, the great City of Fresno has decided that there needed to be a homeless shelter down the street and as usual, the businesses that surround that Homeless Shelter are now suffering the effect. I will say though that this hotel has managed to keep stragglers off the property. The family that manages this hotel are wonderful. While there is a pool, I've never seen it operate. This is one of the closest hotels you can get if you're going to the Tower District. There's a great big parking lot so you don't have to worry about losing your space Etc and delightfully, there's some pretty cool Landscaping.

This hotel is one of those where you get what you pay for. The rooms are extremely clean and have nice showers and bathroom. TVs work perfectly. There's a small refrigerator with a tiny freezer in each room for your use. Unfortunately, the great City of Fresno has decided that there needed to be a homeless shelter down the street and as usual, the businesses that surround that Homeless Shelter are now suffering the effect. I will say though that this hotel has managed to keep stragglers off the property. The family that manages this hotel are wonderful. While there is a pool, I've never seen it operate. The room was sufficient. It was quiet even though the highway is just across from the road. The building needs a remodel and there was trash around the property and there was a funky door around the building. The pool was not work/empty. These hotels/motels are like dating apps…you rarely get was is advertised. My room was clean, the tub was dingy. The ice machine wasn’t functioning. The property is, however, very well lit-up. I guess they do leave the light on for you.
