My initial assigned room had a key that wouldn't open the door. The room had a smoke detector that was removed and the fire suppression systems were covered by paper and plastic. There were also cockroaches in the room crawling on the wall. The towels were sub part at best. There were no amenities like a microwave and refrigerator. This was a far cry and unlike the Vagabond Inn where I live in San Luis Obispo. The pool was more like a salute to algae than a relaxing area for guests.

First, when I arrived I was asked for a $50 CASH deposit which had not been mentioned on Hotels.com. No overhead light in my room. Light on desk didn't work either. Only light was in the toilet and over the sink. No TV. Door frame was missing chunks of wood and so deadbolt didn't feel secure. Shower was running slowly, not dripping when I arrived and I couldn't shut it off. Ceiling over shower was missing chunks and moldy. Not a single coathanger. Chair was filthy. Floor felt filthy. Floor matt provided for shower was dirty. Pool was green. Worst motel ever.

WIFI didn't work the whole time. Toilet hardly flushed. Dog was barking and crying all night upstairs. Hourly train passing honking its LOUD horn. No phone from room to contact front office. Smelled.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pricing was not too bad. There was no Wi-Fi. One thing I was very disappointed was their water heater wasn’t working I only took half a bath with cold water, very uncomfortable. I didn’t like that the water never came out hot.

Had roches, bugs in room! NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM! This place should be shut down! Expedia said this hotel had a continental breakfast,they only had coffee and tea!I went on the hotels web site and that is all they said they had. The beds were ok, the white comforter had black marks on them, the pillows were flat, two pillows didn't even have a pillow. I looked down at the pool and the water was very murky and green, would not let my dog swim in that pool. The furniture in the room was broken and mismatched. Even the travel brochures in the lobby had a thick layer of dust, it would be best to just get rid of the travel destination stand. The room had roaches crawling everywhere, the walls in the bathroom, the tv stand. The overall condition of the room did not match anywhere close the what is advertised.

Blood on "fresh sheets", mold on walls, air was thick and hard to breath, smelled of mildew, the front desk attendant had already checked someone in under my name and my reservation. Had to find anofher hotel last minute and spend even more money.

This hotel is disgusting, pee on the hallways, dirt on the floor in the room, insects all over and million bed bugs, I have pictures of how disgusting this hotel is, please don’t go there, when I presented my complaint they didn’t even apologize and they didn’t want to give me a refund after I left with staying the 3 nights that I paid

This is by far the most atrocious hotel I have ever walked into it. Seems it has not been cleaned for a long time. There's cockroaches and giant holes in the wall. There's no soap in the soap dispensers. The towels were dirty, hair, Dirt and mold around the tub. The walls are stained and have who knows what all over them. There are cobwebs in the corners of the room. My two year old found and tried to put a random pill that was here on the floor in his mouth.One lamp doesn't work, the shades are all stained and disgusting there was dirt in the sink. No trash cans anywhere in the entire room, toilet paper not in the dispenser but placed on the back of the toilet. The TV hardly works and is mainly static. The man checking us in casually asked me for 50 dollars after I received the room key then didn't document it until I stood there and told him I want a receipt. I later went down to ask for more towels and after asking him multiple times, he gave me only a single towel. . . I can not believe how disappointed I am with this place! It is unacceptable! My 2 year old finding some random pill on the floor was my breaking point! Who knows what it is or what it could have done!

Initial room had no working fridge or tv. The vent in bathroom was hanging exposed. Yes they moved me to another room tv barely had signal so there was static and lines and the hot water was the biggest problem. Kids couldn’t take baths due to water staying cold! No room service no phone and when asked for items was given one towel and one sheet. One lamp had no bulbs at all. Only one light bulb worked on center lamp post. I made it work but will not rebook unfortunately. Thank you.

A friend of mine and I came in on July 13th after a long day of travelling and were sent to a room which had no electricity (we tried all the light switches etc.) and had cockroaches on the walls and windows. As two female travellers, we felt unsafe and asked for a refund in which the man working the lobby claimed would arrive in 3-4 business days, it has now been over a week and I have yet to receive my refund!

The window to my room had a hole in it. Like not just cracked, a hole. There was no refrigerator, which was super inconvenient. There was also no hand soap in the dispensers. There was no shower curtain. The tv quality was bad, and the remote control didn’t work. Another lady at the front desk when we were checking in was there to replace her remote, so we weren’t the only ones. The floors were dirty, I got black feet from walking on it barefoot. The site advertised a pool, but the pool was green with algae and unusable. I didn’t plan on using it in the first place, but you shouldn’t advertise a pool if said pool is unusable. Def not the best experience.

Check in gave cash deposit . Room had graffiti on the walls mildew smell coming from the bathroom, tv didnt work, burnt out light bulbs, weird stains on the floor. I asked to be moved and host refused because I was checked in past 20 mins. Then after I checked out, the morning host refused to give me my deposit back. I paid in cash. He threatened to banned me for asking for my own money!! I had to call the police for him to give me my money. Pulling scams on anyone.

The room has no latch lock on the front door. The smoke detector was missing. There was gang style tagging in black marker on the mirror. The door had obviously been kicked in at one point and the screen to the window was hanging half off and was bent. Only good thing was the price, AC was cold and the shower had good water pressure.

The service was actuality ok minus the lady doing the checkouts. She was rude and condescending. The rooms waa semi-ckean, the bathroom had no light, the door handle was broke (my girlfriend was actually locked in when she shut the door), the air vent rebister was on the ground. Last up the wi=fi was useless.

First room had no electricity, outlets were hanging out of the wall and there was a stain on the sheets (which were also the blankets) from water leaking from the ceiling. Second room had power, but the soap dispensers didn’t work. Also, there were bugs in the room. Didn’t shower because it was just nasty. Waited until the next day and got a better hotel. Isn’t there mandatory inspections to pass?

When I went to check in, I was told that because I didn't pay beforehand (which was a choice on the hotels.com website), I didn't have a reservation even though I showed the clerk my confirmation email. The website is deceiving as it had the choice to pay or not to pay; nowhere did it say that the reservation would not be honored if it was not paid for ahead of time.

Booked stay with Fresno Inn Address lead us to Vegabond Inn Homeless people in front of motel. Two homeless tent in parking area. Went to check-in and were told that they had our reservation, but were sold out and didn’t have a room for us. Hotels.com was able to cancel and get us booked at another hotel. Honestly, it was a blessing that they didn’t have a room. My wife stated that she would have forfeited the funds paid and stayed in the car. Memorial Day weekend and we traveled an hour to the next place.

Check in gave cash deposit . Room had graffiti on the walls mildew smell coming from the bathroom, tv didnt work, burnt out light bulbs, weird stains on the floor. I asked to be moved and host refused because I was checked in past 20 mins. Then after I checked out, the morning host refused to give me my deposit back. I paid in cash. He threatened to banned me for asking for my own money!! I had to call the police for him to give me my money. Pulling scams on anyone.

When I arrived I was givin a room number that was already occupied and I had to find that out the hard way! I understood that mistakes happen and requested a different room. The second room was without any bed sheets or smoke detectors and when I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs I found the smoke detector hidden under the mattress with the wires hanging out. The person at the front desk was rude as hell and tried to flip the whole thing on me. Granted I was pretty upset when I walked into the lobby but I had every right to be and the lack of compassion was disgusting. This place should be torn down and turned into a parking lot for the much better hotels across the street!

I like that location is convinience, a few seconds walk you have Denny's and Carl's Jr . Gas stations are near only 3min walk. Not clean,, and noisy at odds hours. I understand i lot of homies(less) here in Cali. And the hotel has some rules. Read those checkin chackoout rules others qise the owner would try charge you $20 to 70USD.lol

I would not stay in any of the hotels off of Jenson especially this one looks nothing like the picture. Hotel room is dirty stains all over and has cockroaches.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The walls inside are dirty with holes, exposed outlets, burn marks, missing lightbulbs, tv is barely hanging on the wall and is out of focus. The pool is filthy and there are homeless people everywhere outside. The pictures are very misleading. I wish I would’ve booked somewhere else.

I chose this property simply because it was very close to the Fresno Zoo, and it's relatively low rate, but you get what you pay for. First off, the area surrounding the property was pretty rough around the edges. The lobby of the front office was locked and inaccessible. I had to do my check-in at a small side window like a bank teller. A sign that this property has seen its share of problems. As for the room I was assigned, 212, it was stifling hot because the A/C was left off. It worked, but it took awhile for the room to feel more comfortable. and there were at least two live flies buzzing around landing on everything. The toilet was not flushed, and there was no toilet roll holder. The TV was left unplugged. Who unplugs the TV? The picture quality was not great. When I pulled back the bed covers, I found many little white plastic bits throughout the mattress. What they were, I had no clue. I also found found long brown hairs on the mattress, on the bathroom counter, and also one imbedded in one of the bath towels. I kept my socks on the entire night because I could not trust what might be on the floor. And to top it all off, when I ran the shower the following morning, there was absolutely no hot water! This was, by far, the worst fleabag of a motel I ever stayed at bar none. After I managed to engage the deadbolt, I could hear people outside shouting, and making a lot of noise, and made me concerned for my safety as well as my car's safety from thieves .

We arrived there at night but we didn’t check in because we didn’t like the area because it didn’t look safe. Many homeless people and the area didn’t look clean. The swimming pool water was green. We called the hotel at night and they told that they would cancel the booking for us, but they didn’t do it.

The positive is that there are nice restaurants and convenient stores close around. But the negative is that the place lack having certain conveniences like not having a refrigerator, and the uncleanness of the rooms. The maid service is awful, and also there is a major bug infestation in the room, and the rooms could use some updated repairs.

I drove up around 9:30pm. There were several people hanging around. There appeared to be s*x work being conducted and folks that appeared may take advantage of my car full of stuff. Planned to take a quick shower and leave. Light wouldn’t work. Felt along another wall and what I hoped was another switch was a hole in the wall. No t.p. installed on holder. Window was completely cracked in several places. Decided to leave immediately. Felt completely unsafe and the room was of poor quality. Thankful for nearby Denny’s where I could settle and figure out what to do next.

There were bugs crawling, sheets were not comfortable, it stinks, needs lots of repair, doors were damaged. Tub was dirty and drained didn’t want to drain. Toliet looked clogged. There was no microwave or hair dryer of use. Overall I wasn’t satisfied and the location wasn’t so bad. I give a plus for nearby convenient restaurants and gas stations.

First, when I arrived I was asked for a $50 CASH deposit which had not been mentioned on Hotels.com. No overhead light in my room. Light on desk didn't work either. Only light was in the toilet and over the sink. No TV. Door frame was missing chunks of wood and so deadbolt didn't feel secure. Shower was running slowly, not dripping when I arrived and I couldn't shut it off. Ceiling over shower was missing chunks and moldy. Not a single coathanger. Chair was filthy. Floor felt filthy. Floor matt provided for shower was dirty. Pool was green. Worst motel ever.

We arrived at property to check in and front desk lady was upset about somethings going on the night prior. She was very rude in checking me in. I wasnt rude or being mean, just wanted my room to sleep. She asked for a deposit even though i had already paid online. She didnt mention where the room was just handed me the card and number or room! As i opened the room there were cochroaches on the floor and bathroom. The light fixture didnt turn on. Had to use my flashlight. The ac worked good! The water from the tub wasnt pressurized to shower properly. As we checked out, another lady was super busy doing paper work with custodians and she didnt even bother to say theres coffee or tea help yourself. She took about 15 mins to finish checking me out! I asked if there was any breakfast as it indicates on the website and she rudely said no. We only have coffee, i told her well theres none, can we get fresh? She didnt say a thing. I waited for her for about 5-10 mins and she never made any coffee. Bad service, all i wanted was to sleep and shower to be ready for my next day adventure.

Had roches, bugs in room! NO SMOKE DETECTOR IN ROOM! This place should be shut down! Expedia said this hotel had a continental breakfast,they only had coffee and tea!I went on the hotels web site and that is all they said they had. Where do I begin? The clerk was so soft spoken that I could not hear him well enough to get any proper instructions. They charged us for our service dog. As we were getting set up in our room we noticed several issues. First, there was no microwave or coffee pot (as there should have been, per the web site), and by the time we left we still had not received them. The electrical outlets that we could see were loose in the wall. The bottom of the door was damaged. The wall by the door showed water damage. The bathroom tile was stained and dirty with spots of mold. And then we found a COCKROACH eating on a piece of spilled dog food! These were just the important things. There were numerous others. Avoid this place even if you are on a tight budget....it is not worth it!
