Embassy Suites by Hilton Anaheim South

When we arrived, the pool was closed for renovations without any advance noticed. Although we were allowed to use a neighboring hotels pool we still had to get permission and haul kids across a parking lot and check in with the hotel before being able to use it which became a process. We also found multiple food items and personal items from the previous people who stayed in our room and when I brought it up to the staff I was told twice we would get compensated for it and nothing ever came of it. We were compensated for the fact they didn’t notify us of the pool but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was great, had an omelette bar, and everything was well stocked.
