This property did not have a hottub as listed, the hot water took 10 minutes to get warm. The heated pool was cold The keys to my room didnt work and breakfaat was cold

Good: Clean facility & room. Breakfast is your typical hot breakfast with eggs & bacon one day, pre-made folded southwest egg things & apple sausage chips the next. Staff is friendly, parking is abundant. Fitness center is small but had decent equipment. Bad: Right down the street from Oakland so your car will get "bipped" if you leave anything in it. REMOVE EVERYTHING! They have security, but that involves a mobile patrol that comes around every few hours, not a stationary guard. Ice machine on 3rd floor doesn't work.

No hot tub. I choose this property for the hot tub - false advertising! The hotel is out of the way. The staff was great in letting me check in early but when I needed to have a late checkout I was told I could but then I was harassed by housekeeping and the front desk when I didn’t checkout. Housekeeping was amazing with helping with additional towels and very friendly. Very clean hotel and very comfortable beds.

Gym had many unserviceable machines. Water in shower was arm, but never hot.

There was ample parking.

2nd stay at this location. Easy parking, close to everything that I needed access to. Busy center was good for printing out some work documents. Breakfast was good...menu basic, but offerings changed everyday. Front desk staff were great.

It was easy to park my large trailer.

It was clean, and the employees were great. But it’s an old building, and a very noisy area. I could hear power tools out my window, and smell gasoline. Breakfast is fine, but I booked through hotels.com and they said a hot tub was on property. There is only a heated pool. I was quite disappointed.

Attending a baseball game in Oakland and it wasn't very far. Parking was included and that was a plus. Breakfast options were good too.

not clean, hot water not working

We had a clean room with a very helpful housekeeping staff. There were varied breakfast options that our whole family could enjoy.

The room was nice and fairly clean but the carpets and chairs in the room were filthy. I had to clean the desk chair before I even felt comfortable sitting on it. Even after cleaning, it wasn't great. The floors were covered in stains and dirt. My kids white socks were stained brown just from walking on the carpets. More frequent carpet and upholstery cleanings would really be helpful. The bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was nice but didn't have much of a selection. Daily they had some sort of eggs and a meat selection. They had a good waffle bar, oatmeal and a selection of breads, pastries, and cereals. Overall, I would stay here again.

Beds are not good, service is good. Breakfast is not good like it was before. Mold in my shower I usually come here when I come to Hayward but I might try somewhere else

Basically fine until I found pubic hairs on the clean folded towels before I took a shower. That disgusted me.

Everything is fantastic! We’ve stayed here before and will always return as staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, nice, and quiet

Broken toilet, no daily room attendance, dried urine on the bathroom floor, dismissive front office, horrid breakfast.

Good size rooms, quiet and clean. Beds can be comfier but not terrible.

Room was well appointed with cabinets and drawer space, lights, and bed was comfortable. I liked that there was a keurig coffee maker. Plugs by both sides of the bed facilitated charging over night. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options with a rotating hot food available daily. There were some misses though - shower water pressure was a bit weak, no place to hang a couple of hand towels near the sink, no makeup mirror, our couch had a tear, a couple of light bulbs flickered (I didn’t call that in), after one room service there was only one tissue in the tissue box. None of these issues are bad enough that would prevent me from staying there again, if the price continues to be competitive.

I booked a King non smoking but when I came check in they said they sold out. The room was really noisy that make it hard for me to sleep .

The room was spacious and comfortable. My room faced the parking lot, which wasn’t ideal, but luckily it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t like that the bathroom door doesn’t stay open, but I did appreciate the nightlight that provided just enough illumination after dark. There was also a bit of noise in the corridor, and it would be nice if there were reminders for folks not to have loud conversations, but luckily this happened once I was already awake.

Heater and aircondiction were not working during our stayed

We liked the spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and adequate.

I got an extra charge for $131.69 for a cancelling fee but I was actually there for the weekend , AND THEY WONT REFIND ME !!! Talked to their customer service and they basically told me I’m S.O.L .

Great customer service easy check in and out

Hotel is ok. Front desk greeting clerk was not friendly, They charged us $75 pet fee for one night stay for our emotional dog as a surprise after we left a perfectly cleaned room. There was no statement, invoice, bill for this charge. We even checked with front desk on way out and she said no other charge and we are all set. However, we found out after we see the credit card charge. With this fee, it would be more bargain to stay at Club Quarter Hotel in San Francisco.

Staff was super nice. We were driving from far and they were accommodating letting us check in early and gave us a late check out. Definitely recommend this place if your visiting around hayward area.

I was placed on a do not rent list and the received an email stating that my reservation was cancelled however, wouldn’t refund me. It took 2 days of non stop back and forth to get my full refund. Prior to my knowledge of being placed on the do not rent list, my last stay I woke up late at around 12:10/12:15. I immediately called the front desk and asked if I could get a late check out for 1pm. Mind you, I’m half asleep. The front desk receptionist says the latest she could do is 12:30pm because house maids were leaving early that day. No biggie. I just said ok 12:30 is in a few minutes I’m going to jump in the shower and hurry as quick as possible. The receptionist was rude as hell and told me no that I needed to be out at 12:30 or she was going to charge me for another night etc etc . I hung up the phone so that I could hurry and get in the shower. She called back and was yelling and being rude so I hung up the phone again and then left it off the ringer. As I’m getting in the shower, the receptionist starts banging on my hotel room for like the damn police. I said I’m in the shower stop beating on the door & it wasn’t even 12:30 yet! I wish I knew her name! She’s fat though. Dark hair just rude and placed me on a do not rent list because of this. This place is ridiculous DO NOT RENT HERE

Check-in was horrible. We were given a key to a room that was occupied. A family that had checked in right before us had the same problem. We left for a few hours and returned to the key we had been given not working for our room, and the receptionist stopping by to ask how many bags did we arrive with but no key to replace the one that didn’t work. What is going on here!?! Now we are just hoping the key to our room is not given to another guest by mistake and we’re awakened to strangers walking into our room.

Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. I also had left a couple of items behind and they were quick to share what to do and got me a package in the mail fast. Thanks!

Lots of homeless people

I stay at this location when I travel to Hayward, This time wasn't as great as the past but it wasn't bad. Travelling for business I'm not looking for a lot. A basic place to rest and do some after hours work. This time I was third floor near the front and the road traffic took a little getting used to but not too bad. There is fast food and Emil Villa's close by for food. Not bad.

This was not a bad stay. The property is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. Not too far from the OAK airport. Would definitely stay again.

I went to the breakfast area at 9:30 on my second day of the stay and there was no vanilla waffle mix . I asked the kitchen attendant to fill it since there was another person waiting and she told me NO because breakfast was closing in 30 minutes. Not good.

Stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping came daily which was appreciated. The quality of the breakfast is fair at best but I managed to find something every day. Just the hot foods are poor quality foods. Front desk staff is great.

The breakfast had a good selection of cold cereal , oatmeal, waffles and fruit but the hot items like the scrambled eggs and the sausage were not very good at all (could not eat them) the eggs tasted as if they were an artificial type non egg and sausage was not at all tasty, we ended up going out for breakfast the next day
